Had a great lunch here - we had spicey pork bimimbap and some kimbap and a big portion of chicken poppers. All deliciously fresh and super tasty. Had some peach soju, too. £47 for the lot.

Went in for lunch today. I’m vegetarian & so I ordered aubergines & noodles. The aubergines dish came out within 3/4 minutes and was stone cold. They looked liked they has been pre-made and just sitting there. The noodles followed and were luke warm. When i complained they weren’t interested at all. I requested something different to eat; the response was that I would still be charged for the cold aubergines & noodles. It’s outrageous. The waiter then took my food; 5 minutes later brought it back after (I believe) sticking it in the microwave. I’m appalled by their behaviour and lack of food quality.

Very good and reasonably priced for what you get (in London). Generous serving of fresh and pickled veg on my dolsot bibimbap. Will come back to try other things on the menu.

Nice staff: Food so so - much better Korean food out there. Felt generally under seasoned and pretty average. Even adding Chili sauce and soy didn’t really help. Cass Jirean beer available but wasn’t quite cold enough. Fierce aircon Downstairs that we asked them To turn down which they kindly did,

I had an amazing birthday experience at this lovely Korean restaurant which has excellent service full of polite, smiling, friendly and welcoming staff led by the incredibly hospitable owners. Apart from the delicious food and fantastic service all areas of the restaurant including the toilets are impressively clean. The restaurant is good value for money and no matter how many times I have been the food has never disappointed and the owners always recognise me. Would definitely recommend this restaurant for anybody looking for authentic Korean food in London.

This is a very very good Korean comfort food restaurant. We live in Los Angeles, California, USA. It has the the largest Korean population outside of Korea. Our household is half Korean. So needless to say, we eat and make ALOT of Korean food. We are on a family vacation through the UK. This was our first meal after arriving London Heathrow. It was only a 3 minute walk from our hotel. Gave it a try. Food was exceptional. Exceeded our expectations. Our first meal in the UK was a 10+!

Totally inflexible from waitresses to owner. They sell ice cream, each portion comes with 3 scoops and there are 2 flavours. They are the same price. We could not persuade them to have different flavoured scoops. We refused to change anything on the menu. The key ingredients came in very small quantities which is reflected in the price per dish.

This is a spot that's conveniently located in Holborn. I had made a booking on their website for a table for 2. Upon arrival, I was told to stand at the counter until my friend arrived while there were lots of empty seats in the restaurant. I told the waitresses that I had in fact made a booking, they said no such booking existed without even checking their system. The food was fine - normal korean food with decent portions. However the service was poor again during our meal. At one point we had asked for more napkins and were asked to specify exactly how many napkins we needed. This was utterly baffling. Overall food was fine but would not visit again due to the poor service.

Really friendly staff and great food. Helpful with accepting our wheelchair even though there is a step to bump up! Dumplings were amazing and everything was fresh!

Me and my friend went here 3 days in a row because it was so lovely, we couldn’t get enough of it! the best place in London for sure. Not only was the food and service great, Everyone who worked there was so polite, one of the women showed me how to use chopsticks when i was struggling. I asked if they did somaek or how to do it and the women showed me, which was lovely of her! it’s a great place for food and drinks like soju! The man who owned the restaurant also gave us some ginseng to try which was so kind of him I really appreciated this place!! When I go back to London again I will be returning here ^_^

We had a really enjoyable meal from here when staying in a local hotel. The food is glorious, really tasty and colourful and attractive. The packaging is also good, not plastic and nice to hold and eat out of.

We went to zip bab( means home made meals) and had zip bab gimbab, Ddukbokki and fried chicken with sweet chilli sauce. The portions were generous. The food was so fresh, healthy and tasty 😋. This is the best Korean food I’ve ever had. Highly recommended

The restaurant is small, you order before finding a table. Very nice staff, friendly and helpful. The portions were generous, freshly cooked, very tasty. One criticism: the background music became louder and more intrusive after a while.

Went for a vaguely healthy/non meat dinner before seeing a film. Happy to say it delivered perfectl The restaurant was half full when we arrived on Thurs evening. We ordered a dolsot pot with seafood and glass noodles with tofu with a kimchi pickle set. The dolsot pot was lovely, crispy rice on the bottom of the pot, perfectly prepared vegetables and lots of squid and mussels and a few prawns. The glass noodles were very tasty and well cooked with a good bite. The tofu wasn't really necessary. The kimchi set was perfectly spiced, with traditional cabbage kimchi, cucumber/pepino and I think radish. Service was good and laidback.

We stumbled upon this place tonight - it looks very simple from the outside, like a cafe. Went inside and found really friendly staff, menus with good explanations and photographs and most importantly, delicious food! Had a 'dolsot' - which I really enjoyed and am already experiencing 'nosh-talgia' about! I will definitely try to come back when I'm in Holborn!
