Went to have the amazing smoky negroni drink! I also tried different other cocktails and i was surprisingly impressed on the good quality and service. The bartender was friendly and helpful. The atmosphere really fancy and glamorous. It’s pricey but hey if you want to have good drinks, it’s worth every penny!

Great experience - service is exceptional and food is top drawer. I would recommend going for a la carte and getting the non-veggie dim sum to share between two, the soft shell crab, the peppered beef, jasmine rice and hakka noodles. Perfect order for two people and good value all things considered.

Everything was First class, from the moment we were greeted, to the bar staff and the servers. Everyone was extremely polite helpful and friendly. The food was absolutely outstanding. This is by far my favourite restaurant ever. Thank you

What a shame to see how this once great restaurant has bought in to its own hype and self belief. Still a great setting, good ambience and the food was indeed good. That is however totally over shadowed by below average service and astronomical pricing that is simply not justified. Point in case is the Peeking Whole duck, this is priced at £130 and sold as a whole duck. There is absolutely no way they provide you with anywhere near what you have bought. Yes, a whole duck is presented to yo at the table, it is then taken away and you are served a fraction of what you might expect to receive. I raised this direct with the staff and was given an incredibly rehearsed and practised, patronising answer about how big boned ducks are and how little meat is on them! Well, I am very familiar with ducks, duck meat and what I might expect in return for a 'whole duck' at £130 and what they delivered is no where near that. Incidentally they also sell a duck salad, I am quite sure that the meat that goes in that comes from the 'Whole Ducks' they sell to gullible customers like me. I am actually going report this to trading standards as I am so incensed by what is a blatant rip off. Food good, setting good. Service poor and value for money absolutely non existent.

Locale alla moda, luci soffuse, ambiente carino ma…..costa veramente troppo per tutta l’esperienza e la ialina. Servizio discreto ma non all’altezza, idem lo spazio del tavolo che sembra più per un caffè. Quasi 200 sterline a testa con una bottiglia di vino da 75 sterline non ha molto senso. Ravioli cinesi ok, buono il cod…ma una porzione piccola… il menù scelto era quello da 90 sterline ma sarà che Londra ha tanti posti con prezzi senza controllo….. Purtroppo non mi sento di consigliarlo.

Amazing service and beautiful vibing venue, we had lunch / dinner there at 5pm and it was quite busy. Tasty food, though one thing they didn’t do a great job of was keeping the food warm. The noodles were already a bit cold when the came to the table and only the first piece of lamb was nice and hot and the food immediately cooled down. I do love my hot food served hot and thought this is an area where they could improve. It was quite cold in the restaurant and I’m pregnant and running warm so perhaps this also contributed to the warm food getting quite cold quickly

It's been a little while, since i visited, but wanted to share my experience after all. On my first visit to this restaurant, I was truly impressed by the food. Opting for the vegetarian menu, I found the flavors to be masterfully crafted, with each dish offering a refined balance of taste. The dim sum, in particular, was a standout—visually striking and varied, with vibrant, nuanced flavors that matched its appearance. Also the main dish brought about excitment, with well balanced flavors and great combinations. The cocktails and non-alcoholic fruit drinks were equally delightful, showcasing a commitment to quality. However, the service was a major letdown. The staff displayed a level of indifference that bordered on rude, which detracted from the overall experience. Hospitality should match the quality of the cuisine, but it fell shockingly short. Returning for a second visit with guests, I was disappointed to find that the food didn’t live up to my initial experience. The dishes lacked the finesse I had enjoyed before, with flavors that felt flat. Consistency is paramount, and unfortunately, it was nowhere to be found this time around. What started as a promising experience ended in disappointment. Overall it's tough to give a proper rating, but considering all I will give it a low 4 Stars - almost soley based on the food of my first visit.

This is my favourite Fusion Chinese restaurant by far. The taster menus are exquisite, especially the Pearl ensemble. I loved every morsel of the culinary journey that showcases the restaurant’s ability to blend traditional Cantonese flavors with modern dining sensibilities. Each course is crafted with care, offering a well-rounded and satisfying experience. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or simply indulging in a treat night, Hakkasan should be high up on your list.

Wow, what an experience! Don't be fooled by the location which could be better - once you walk into the restaurant you will be a world away from the streets of London. Atmosphere was perfect and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable about their menu and always on hand to make your dining experience amazing. And the food - wow! Amazing!! We had one of the set menus and we were not disappointed. A selection of starters which all tasted great (especially the crispy duck salad), a selection of dishes for the main which again were wonderfully tasty and the desert was topped off with dry ice which was a spectacle. This wasn't just a meal out, this was an experience. It's not cheap but for a special occasion I would thoroughly recommend!

I went early in the evening so not busy midweek , I think when it’s later the atmosphere would be different. It’s very dark and the music was a bit repetitive which I didn’t particularly like . I probably wouldn’t recommend , the food was good but not amazing for the price. Service was exemplary from the reception to the bar to the table couldn’t fault it.

We finally made it to Hakkasan for the first time last week! And it was good. We tried their vegetarian tasting menu, and I wouldn't say it was the best vegetarian Chinese food I've had in London, it was decent, and presented with a lot more care and detail than in other restaurants I've tried. The cocktails were amazing - pricey though, and the service was impeccable too. The atmosphere of Hanway Place is dark and intimate with occasional trance music playing? It was pretty cool haha. Definitely worth a visit, the portions were generous too for the menus.

Didn't enjoy the good to be honest, we had just been to the Hakkasssan in Istanbul weeks earlier and thought we'd also try Hanway place as its our local, staff are all very friendly and welcoming but the food was a real let down...its really over priced for the poor quality..wouldn't recommend

As a Chinese this is my first time to this “authentic Chinese restaurant”. The environment is nice, with beautiful art pieces and the menu provides Chinese text which is so considerate. One thing really upset me though: the waitress from Ukraine (or other parts of Central Europe) skipped me every time she came to pour wine. Everyone’s wine is filled except mine, even though mine is less than others before theirs were filled. I was so busy at talking so didn’t notice even other servants had done the same but no one has filled my wine through the whole night, even though the service fee is paid! Is that the kind of service how a Chinese supposed to get in a Chinese restaurant?

Beautiful Asian food … Francesco our server provided us with an outstanding level of service. Sharron the GM was an absolute delight too. We will of course return and it would be great to headhunt the GM for my own place !!!

Amazing service I wish we had more time at the end to get their names and some cash to leave more of a tip we had a trainee waiter he was fantastic as was the guy training him everyone from start to finish couldn't do enough for you! We were in a rush pre theatre and they really pushed to get our food out quickly but still the experience didnt feel rushed somehow I had a birthday voucher and recieved over £75s worth of free food and drink we had champagne the taste of hakkasan menu with a cocktail highly recommend the Hakka lychee cocktail it was beautiful! We also had the Hakka noodles the rib eye was cooked to perfection they brought out a birthday dessert and the set dessert was like a giant ferrero rocher my friend and I preferred this to Tattu/sexy fish and similar restaraunts we've been too I can't wait to go back!!

My second time here. Last time was just after Covid and it was disappointing on a number levels the last time. This time was a much better experience. Better service and better food. Couldn’t really fault the food at all.

Went there to celebrate my friend birthday and everything went very well! Venue looks amazing and the food and drinks were great. Alex our waitress was amazing and made our experience special. We all left very happy and we will for sure come back.

Good experience at a fairly fair price for London. The dishes are delicious and I recommend you try the dishes with Peking duck which we didn't know you order whole, so at the end of the meal we received a whole duck.... Past this very beautiful misunderstanding!

I can’t say this enough, but Hakkasan Hanway has to be one of the best Chinese high end restaurants out there. Nothing beats their delicious food and amazing service!

Ich besuche das Hakkasan seit ca 10 Jahren regelmäßig an unterschiedlichen Standorten. Das Essen, insbesondere die getrüffelte Ente, sowie die Peking Ente sind international herausragend und die Restaurants entsprechend ausgelastet. Bei meinem letzten Besuch war das Essen erneut sehr gut, aber das war’s auch. Ich bin nach einem anstrengenden Flug abends um 22:00 Uhr mit Reservierung eingetroffen, habe Vor- Haupt und Nachspeise bestellt, wurde in 45 Minuten abgefertigt, hatte einen schlechten Service, die Preise für das Essen haben sich zuletzt weit über das Inflationsniveau entwickelt, so dass man sogar für eine Handvoll Reis als Beilage zum Essen 9,50 £+ plus Service Charge zu zahlen hat. Nach 45 Minuten und 250 £ habe ich das Lokal verlassen und es seitdem auch nicht wieder besucht. Es gibt auch andere hochwertige Lokale in diesem Stil, die es nicht übertreiben.

We ended up leaving. We were pretty excited to come here being we are huge dim sum fans. Ordered a drink and started reviewing the menu. The menu was extremely disappointing. Vegetarian dishes seemed to be unavoidable or appealable dishes were very limited. We were willing to work around it. But, then the drinks came and they were horrible. Being that the price point was so high and not delivering on the quality for that price, we ended up leaving after those drinks. Food is a 3 since drinks were very bad but did not try food so met in the middle. Service was OK. We had some questions with he Menu and may have strained the conversation. Atmo was great

Hakkasan Hanway Place was amazing! Had such an amazing time, food was incredible. I highly recommend doing a set menu, specifically the Shou was fantastic, every course had something that was phenomenal in it. Can't decide what my favorite dish was but I highly recommend the Crispy Duck Salad, any of the Dim Sum, and the dessert which featured a hazelnut ice cream, a sorbet and the chocolate caviar. Another bonus is that the portions are larger than expected so you definitely won't leave hungry! 100% coming back!

Hakkasan Hanway offers a great atmosphere and service at a high price. Do not do the mistake of thinking the high prices gives you an out of the ordinary taste experience. The food lacks both finesse, flavors and textures. Our choice for the evening was the "Shou" menu. Portions were very generous, and we didn`t finish more than half of the food on the plates. (as a plus that they gave us a bag so we could donate food to the homeless outside the restaurant). If you would like to have a tasteful ££££ fine dining experience, with exiting flavors and textures, go somewhere (anywhere) else. If you are okay paying ££££ for a Instagram friendly meal, with a quite simple taste experience this is your place.

Went for brunch. Amazing time! Lovely service and loved the food

I’m at a loss for words. Let’s start with atmosphere, I walked into a dark and dingy building with 30+ stairs to walk down and reduced visibility (little too no lighting). Long story short..I fell down the last 5/6 steps. The door attendant was more interested in literally shooing me from the stairs and badgering me to get into the restaurant and have a seat, not realising I was severely hurt and had several injuries, including a torn ligament and sprained ankles. Yes, both. Perhaps you’d like to get some lighting, alternatively let people know you have a LIFT, incase anybody with visual impairments/ disabilities would prefer to use it, to prevent things like this from happening. I waited all night for the ice they promised me, never to arrive. Nobody offered me first aid or an ambulance despite the fact I sat there for quite some time in pain, I am shocked and astonished by the treatment I received from these people..went on to hand me a £1400 bill £300 of that being service charge..laughable. Servers were rude and didn’t seem to know anything about the food/ menu or wine. Food was beyond basic, the best thing was the duck. They bought out a whole duck for show, then came back with a plate with small cut out squares of “pancake” an immensely thin stip of duck and the skin of the duck covering it. That’s all fine..where is the rest of the whole entire duck you bought out for show??? They came back with a small plate of stir fry duck as if that could have been the whole thing, I’m disgruntled to say the least. If you are going to order the duck, have them cut it in front of you..because they surely used majority of the duck for other meals..duck salad ect. Before you order cocktails..just don’t. They’re all disgusting, save your money. We spent at least £500 on alcohol/shots and felt the shots were either fake don julio or watered down, cocktails barely had any alcohol, not that it would’ve made a difference it was just terrible.

It was our second time at Hakkasan. The food was delicious and the service was impeccable. The reason for the 4 stars is that fact that AC was not working correctly and we felt like we were on the tube during a heatwave. Sub optimal conditions especially when consuming spicy food! Other than that, we had a very pleasant evening. Staff are very attentive and professional. Thank you!

We went there to celebrate my wife's birthday. The food and cocktails were exceptional! What made this restaurant stand out was the impeccable service! The service was better than restaurants in Mayfair! Would highly recommend

The food was good but I would not recommend this restaurant for the price they charge. Also, it seems like they lost the Michelin stars for the right reasons: I would not recommend this to anyone at this price point. Despite booking a private dining experience, we noticed that there were limited dedicated staff for the event. This is quite unexpected from a restaurant of this nature. The bar service was particularly slow and the bar staff seemed ignorant and inefficient – one of our guests received his drink after 30-35 minutes of order; after 3 reminders. The end vodka shots served to us were particularly at room temperature - too hot! The ambiance in general and the service in particular was not impressive and not expected from a restaurant charging such high price.

Given the price, the service is terrible. The waiter was completely uninterested, could not make any recommendations, was generally inattentive and chatting with his peers, was unable to clearly speak or understand English. If the meal wasn’t £200 / person no big deal. Given then cost, I’d expect a comprehensible and enthusiastic server. Food is good but no better than any decent Chinese.

Wonderful meal, swish decor, excellent friendly experienced service. One by of our family had a birthday so we got free champagne, a noodle dish and a birthday surprise. We got there before 6.30 so could take advantage of their reduced menu which still had a lot to offer and plenty of food. All very tasty and beautifully presented. Special thanks to our waiter from Pompeii, Valerio, and the charming sommelier from Ukraine who knew her stuff. Hope they get their Michelin star back. I was pleasantly surprised by the bill- it does not have to cost a fortune.

Went there for father's day with the family. I have a child with multiple food allergies and the restaurant was able to cater to her multiple food allergies with a very delectable fried rice. The portion sizes were perfect and the service from valerio and Daniela was impeccable. We will be sure to visit again as we were very happy with chef Kieth and the service

The last time I went for a meal here must have been at least 8 years ago. The place was less busy than I remember it being and getting a reservation was very easy... I don't recall it being this easy in the past. Service was good and food was great I especially liked the black truffle duck and tofu clay pot but everything was nice. It's a bit dark inside and I had joked about using my phone's torch to see where everything was. This place doesn't disappoint

Great place. Amazing vibe. There’s a branch in Mumbai where we live but this is the OG Hakkasan and it’s worth every dime, every time. Huge shoutout to Vincenzo (from Italy) who served us. Our recent visit to Hakkasan Hanway was extraordinary. From the moment we stepped in, we were welcomed with warm smiles and a cozy ambiance that set the tone for the evening. We had invited a group of friends and family, many of whom are notoriously picky eaters, and to our delight, every single person had an amazing time and raved about the food. Chef Keith worked absolute magic in the kitchen. The dishes were not only delicious but also beautifully presented, and there was something on the menu for everyone. It’s rare to find a place where every dish is a hit, but Chef Keith pulled it off flawlessly. The service was an amazing highlight of our night. Our server, Maura, was incredible—attentive, friendly, and genuinely caring. She made us feel like we were the most important guests in the restaurant. Ilias, the manager, also came by to check on us, adding a personal touch that made us feel valued and appreciated. Everything about our experience at Hakkasan was perfect. The food, the service, the atmosphere—everything came together to create a truly memorable wedding celebration 💜💜💜. We felt so well cared for, and we left with full hearts and happy bellies. A really big thank you to all the team for showing their love, it was magical, it was the best place to create amazing memories. Thank you from our heart.

Lovely lunch with Pearl set menu, which included small eats with mixed dim sum platter , 3 main dishes, peking duck as second main and side dishes. The total cost of pearl set menu is £158 excluding vat and service charges. It is a nice dining experience, feel like in the night club with dark ambience. It is huge restaurant but not busy during the lunch time so it is good for us. Some dishes like braised quinoa stuffed fresh morels with baby spinach is a bit salty but overall the foods there is great. Nice friendly waiter with nice service.

Had the weekend brunch fixed menu which includes a cocktail and half a bottle of champagne per person. Lovely dim sum and fabulous duck salad. The chilli prawn main course dish was outstanding. Will be back to try some other dishes soon.

Very disappointing meal. The cloakroom and front of house staff were the only part of the service that warranted the price tag. The bar staff lacked personality and could learn a lot about service from the restraunts neighbours like Sexy Fish and Amazonico. Once seated the waiter was good and friendly, offering support and guidance on the menu. We went with two taster menu ( I believe it was called Shou) and a bottle of Sake. The starter was very good and was delivered by our waiter who explained the dishes (this is standard for a restaurant of the calibre). The main course was HUGE! And not in a good way. The portions were much too big and the lady who delivered the dishes didn't explain them and had to keep rearranging the table to get all the plates down. It felt clumsy and unrefined. The chicken was overcooked and dry. We ended up leaving half, but kindly got a doggy bag. The dessert was great and very flashy which was fun. Unfortunately the dishes didn't get collected after we finished for 40mins until I asked for the cheque. It made it annoying to relax afterwards and finish our Sake. It's also removed the opportunity for coffees or other after dinner options. I also had to ask for the bill twice, but assuming because the first person I asked wasn't our waiter he just didn't care and left us waiting 5mins. It was my birthday which was on the booking, but got overlooked which was disappointing. I told the waiter that I wasn't happy having to ask for the cheque twice or that we had finished plates left on the table for such a long time and he got annoyed, which really pissed me off. A 15% service charge, which was £55 on the bill and I couldn't even get the bill or plates taken in a timely manner is a joke. Not wanting to get into a complaint with my wife on my birthday I begrudgingly paid. I will never return and I will make sure others know. It felt like a influencer Chinese takeaway.

Very dismal experience. The food was overpriced and bad. Very limited vegetarian options with no modifications allowed. The vegan dim sum were dry and flavorless. We left hungry and with a hefty meal. Ended up going to China town for a real dinner. Do yourself a favor and just start out in China Town for much better, cheaper, and more authentic food. Note- price quoted above was just small plates. We left hungry.

Baba and Vlad gave us amazing service. They are brilliant ! The food was so good ! Highly recommend ! Highlight of the meal was the stir fried beef with Merlot sauce.

Very unique, dark, almost pitch black atmosphere. Several menus of fusion Cantonese, we tried a 3-course for GBP 39, the cheapest option, and were very happy. Especially the crispy duck salad. Good size and impeccable preparation. Staff was perfect.

My Girlfriend and I were lucky enough to get a table the hakkasan restaurant in london and we were more than overwhelmed by the friendly service as well as the excelllent quality of the food. A huge thank you goes out to Amina and Vlad who made our evening more than special. Their professionalism, charm and all around attentivness made this an amazing evening which we will not forget. We will definitelty be coming back ! 10/10 you guys rock

The staff were absolutely amazing, everyone is very friendly and attentive. I came for my anniversary and it was honestly one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been too, everyone made it extra special for us. The food was fantastic!! Though the food was enjoyable, it was a bit pricey and just ordinary, especially since several menu items were unavailable during our 9 pm visit. The service was a major highlight—attentive and friendly, greatly enhancing our dining experience. Be sure to try the Chocolate Caviar!

Great tasting food and beautifully presented. Service was great too, fast, polite, courtious, attentive. Atmosphere, intimate, dark, buzzing, special. It was our anniversary, so went for the 'Plum' set menu. That was £90 per person. There was very good portion sizes for evethying that came in our set menu, which i was surprised as had expected smaller portion. Food is expensive, the most we have paid anywhere, if we were to go again might go for al acarte option but that might come to the same cost.

Well, food was bland, not what I expected for the price my date spent, he didn't mind but for what we got... no way, make sure you say NO ice in your cocktail (sea of cloud) as they give you a MASSIVE block of ice when you take it out there it litrally quater of the glass of drink its crazy, portions where small but we ordered 5 little things ANYWAY our food came up to £303 and honestly wasn't worth it

While the cuisine at this restaurant is undoubtedly exceptional, the overall experience left something to be desired. The food was truly outstanding, each dish a testament to the chef’s skill and creativity. However, the ambiance could use some improvement. The restaurant is in need of refurbishment to match the caliber of its culinary offerings. Additionally, our dining experience was marred by the presence of a large, boisterous group nearby. Their loud laughter and occasional swearing disrupted the atmosphere and detracted from our enjoyment of the meal. It was disappointing to have such a distraction in an otherwise delightful dining establishment. With some updates to the decor and perhaps better management of seating arrangements, this restaurant has the potential to truly shine.

I've been to this place for more than 10 years. Little has changed. The food and drink is reliably good and well prepared. Now the atmosphere. It badly needs updating. I can cope with the dark ambiance, but the music, club music is so yesterday, so last generation.

We visited for dinner a year ago. In short, the food was good, as was the service, but the atmosphere is not fit for a restaurant. People were crammed too close to one another. I could touch the person at the neighbourhood table. The music is waaay too loud for a restaurant, so much so it is difficult to talk to at distance. The prices are too high for what you're getting. There are honestly better, inventive and cheaper Michelin starred restaurants in London. Needless to say we won't be coming again. Edit: I'm happy to find out this place lost their Michelin star because it definitely did not deserve it

Had the taster menu share between 3 ppl. Starter dim sum was great but spring rolls nothing special. Mains fish and vegan chicken was delicious but sweet sour pork was average. Dessert was fab although the extra item I got for my celebrations for free, which I am thankful for, is not something I would pay for. I was surprised not to see duck in their tester menu as this is what they are known for! Overall still OK for those special occasions.

Hakkasan is an absolute gem! From the moment you step in. The food is served fresh and is utterly delicious. Their Peking duck is a must-try, and I couldn't get enough of the Hakka's. The service was attentive, adding to the overall delightful experience. I highly recommend Hakkasan to anyone craving an exceptional dining experience. The food and atmosphere was excellent. When we arrived we had a waiter serve our table. He could only talk to my husband and kept referring to him. I was deeply insulted he would not speak or look at me when explaining the menu restaurant etc. I think it was because I was female. I have never been disregarded to that extent in my whole life. My husband and I were deeply upset. Being totally honest I am insulted, so much so It brought me to tears and destroyed my night. I didn’t want to say anything but my husband spoke up and only for him. When we raised the issue we had a new waiter serve our table who was excellent pleasant and spoke and referred to both of us at the table. The food was out of this world excellent Atmosphere was excellent Service was insulting to say the least! Value for money fair Would I go back again- possibly not because I’m so hurt by the poor table manners of that one waiter. Being disregarded to that extent has NEVER EVER happened me and it was appalling! The management tried to cover up the situation but it was too little too late. Our night was deeply insulting.

My experience at the restaurant was lackluster. Despite its reputation, the service was patchy, and the food fell short of expectations, lacking the quality I anticipated from such a renowned venue. Overall, it was an underwhelming dining experience.

I don’t know what to think of this place. It’s certainly London cool. Location is a bit out of the way but the restaurant is interesting and has a good vibe. The food….i think you need to know what to order in this place. It was kind of hit or miss with us. Some dishes were very imaginative, like the raman noodle lobster pasta (see photo); that was totally unique, I have never seen something like this before. They pour some soupy liquid over the “animal” (?), and it all melts into a pasta. You can see I was highly impressed! :) The staff were excellent and helpful. One big issue is the noise level, which makes dinner with friends less enjoyable.

Second time eating at hakkasan, first time was many years ago. Went for the weekend brunch set menu which wasn't given to us until we asked for it but is great value as it includes a bottle of champagne (between 2) and a cocktail each. The duck salad was very good. We ordered a la carte for our daughter and the seabass was delicious but at £60ish was quite pricey. The lighting was also very low so if you like it dark and atmospheric this will suit you, otherwise it's quite hard to read the multiple menus.

White wine too warm, dim sum too cold, service erratic. A very ordinary experience. Not worth this price point. Management promised to follow up but didn’t hear from them.

Aida from Hanway Place has provided us with amazing customer service. We will dine at hakkasan next week but thanks to Aida this is possible

Nothing bad to say about Hakkasan. Always have a good time , great atmosphere and wonderful food.

Maybe my 10th time. Sadly, Hakkasan never recovered from its pre-pandemic self. Food (taste wise) remains good but oh dear, the service is / got so poor. With regards to the food, we did note a couple of shortcuts and post pandemic / inflationary savings but I guess we have to live with that. However, overall, Michelin must have felt the same when revoking its long time one star distinction.

What a horrible place, a dark and noisy luxury canteen, with awful music and overpowering incense smell, tables crammed so close to each other that waiters kept on knocking against me with anything they were carrying, and of course impossible to talk. The wine list is ridiculously priced, not one decent one at a reasonable price, waiting time between courses around 40 minutes, with this hideous brain washing music at a very disturbing volume. The only decent aspect was the food which was ok. But my wine bottle was not with me and i could not administer as i like. Hygene, terrible, waiters handling sticks and cutlery without any care and our glasses were clearly poorly washed. But Worst of all, my wife did not enjoy it at all, absolute disaster. Never again, I fail to understand the hype over this overpriced, noisy, dark, crammed and generally horrible cellar.

Dim sum, cocktails and dessert were absolutely delicious and make the experience worth the price. The main dish, we had stir-fry black pepper rib eye beef with Merlot, was a bit disappointing though.

Vincenzo, our waiter was excellent and provided just the right amount of interaction. Invited friends to the restaurant for the first time and they had a lovely dining experience. Great customer service, overall positive experience and although it was busy, it has a more relaxed vibe than Mayfair and the staff don’t rush you, maybe because it’s less busy! Highly recommended😊

The lighting of the restaurant was extremely dark. The food was a little bland for my liking and lacked flavour, I would have expected a little more flavour from a restaurant of this calibre. The service was a little too pushy for my liking there were too many waiters and waitresses serving us and forcing us to order drinks. Without even asking they poured our water in one glass and pushed for us to buy another bottle which we had no choice to do so. This place is extremely expensive so be prepared for a hefty bill at the end of the night go in with low expectations.

Excellent food and great atmosphere. Been around a while but still one of the best. Great night out. On the negatives… it can get pricey and service was good but not quite good enough for this price point.

Great food but rude and oppressive service ruined the experience somehow. Staff came unsolicited to our table towards the end of dinner and started getting into calculations including loudly disclosing the gift voucher amount I was using (which was not supposed to be known by my partner) and pressing us to order more so that they wouldn't have to refund the 100gbp booking fee which would be "easier". This was rude and disruptive and only made us want to leave. Not a level of service you would expect given the high prices including the hefty 15% service charge

Food was very good, really enjoyed the flavours and cooking of the dishes. Service was extremely poor, and didn’t match the standard of food or price point. Multiple times we had to ask the team to remove glasses and plates, including when they were trying to place more dishes down. Service team didn’t know the menu, we asked for a corn soup and told that wasn’t a thing despite being the first item on the menu. Atmosphere - very busy, nice buzz about the place, but difficult to enjoy a conversation between 4 people. It was the first time at hakkasan, food was very good, can’t dispute that, but based on service I’d eat elsewhere.

I really liked hakkasan, lovely interior, great service from staff, Samuella. We ordered from the taste of hakkasan menu. With extras from the a la carte menu. The food and hakka cocktail was really nice. I'd definitely go back and try other food on the menu, so much to choose from.

I went to Hakasan for my hen do, and we all had a wonderful time. All the staff were lovely, and the food and drinks were so tasty and delicious. Thank you for a wonderful time. I have been before, and will be going back many more times.

We was sitting where they was serving from and a few times the servers interrupted our conversation thinking we was talking to them but my major issue was being asked leave our table as soon as we finished eating. We only just got the dessert when they asked that we finish our drinks at the bar as soon as we finished the food. We had only been in the restaurant for 1 hour 15 mins at this point. So we clearly had not been sitting there for ages and considering the cost I am appalled that we could enjoy our meal in peace and drink a coffee or liqueur at the table after our meal. Maybe think less about the profits and more about our your customers!

We had a lovely meal celebrating my husbands birthday, we had the amazingly valued set menu, couldn’t fault any aspect. Staff were attentive and food was fabulous.

Very nice place. Rushed us to pay bill to take back table. Server did it very well and politely but ultimately asked if we could leave. Would have been 5/5 if that had not had happened as everything else was spot on.
