Having not had a chance to visit for a while, it's good to see that Zingas continues to impress with its authentic Indian food and generous portions. My Chicken Balti had plenty of chicken breast, and flavours that you just can't create at home. One of the best things about dining at Zingas is the feeling of eating a good, healthy meal every time. The friendly service provided adds to the overall experience. Returning to Zingas was a pleasure. The consistent quality and positive experience is what sets Zingas apart.

Incredible that Zinga survives in Bromsgrove with all the other options.Staff are aloof,food has really suffered in quality and portion size over recent years. Our last visit was just about as bad as it could be-cold food,massive waiting times-some tables getting up and walking out.One table walked out when their food arrived because they had waited an hour and the food was cold. We complained and ended up in a stand off with the manager who was an unbelievably rude person to manage a restaurant. Would not go back even when we were offered vouchers as we walked out the door.

Ordered Garlic Chilli Chicken but it came as Chicken Tikka. When I complained I was told that they always do Tikka not as menu which clearly stated Chicken. They begrudgingly changed it and brought a replacement 5 minutes later with a couple of pieces of chicken undercooked … no apologies!

Zinga is always a good night out on a Monday, for the banquet night! Lovely food and great service from the staff and bob, who always looks after us! Definitely check them out!

Ordered a prawn sag balti and plain naan. Others in our party ordered vegetarian balti and chicken balti. Delivery was local on a Saturday night within an hour. The food was excellent and included a complementary potato and spinach dish. This is good service and we'll use again.

Went to Zinga on Friday night with friends atmoshere was great, lovely food and the staff were all very friendly and helpful, will certainly be going back again.

We got a takeaway from there while the boxing was on, we had to wait aged longer than first stated and once it was finally ready ( after loitering outside the restaurant ) the food was terrible. The naan breads looked and felt like they were on their 33rd re heat. Stay away would be my advice.

So we always love going to zinga for our family meal at weekends we live nearby so it’s convenient and staff have always been friendly. However on Sunday we went along and Bob greeted us, he’s always lovely and great to our son Joey. There is a new waiter there who when took our order seemed rude but I passed it off, he just seemed a bit off hand. My husband mentioned it too but we ignored it. When our food arrived my husband started his meal and realised into it that it wasn’t the dish he ordered. He didn’t want to mention anything as it didn’t want to make a fuss but I had to Sam’s something as it was duck and my husband would never order duck. I let him have my meal as I was full anyway. I told Bob who apologised but the rude waiter overheard and shouted across the restaurant that was definitely what he ordered. It wasn’t and he wasn’t accepting it. To challenge a customer is wrong on many levels and he should’ve politely accepted the mistake. We’ve always gone here for years but not so sure we’ll be back to be honest. It’s such a shame. Absolutely gutted. All it comes down to is customer service.

Lovely food ruined by finger in the air pricing, not wanting to be confrontational about the bill was charged more than 20% of the menu prices! Now I am new to living in Aston Fields and I like to buy local but being overcharged in the restaurant you should morally support feels wrong. Disappointed Zinga.

Having read some of the reviews, we were a bit dubious on what we would find but quick service and great food had us thinking how this place could get bad reviews.

I have been visiting Zingas for years and years and is always our favourite curry house.

Nice greeting by the waiter behind the desk, ordered my food and told to come back in 20 minutes. When I opened the chicken tikka jalfrezi, it was lacking chicken compared to other takeaways. It was over taken by the peppers and onions and seriously lacked seasoning. I was very disappointed.

As having experience of many Asian style restaurants the staff told us to put our thoughts here.

Best Indian restaurant in Bromsgrove for quality of food and service. My wife won't go out for Indian food anywhere else. On our last visit we had the usual Poppadoms with Onion Salad, Chutney, Mint Sauce and Tamarind Sauce, followed by two Starters, then two Balti Curries with Rice and Garlic Naan. All for just over £30, great value for a three course meal for two. What makes Zingas even better value is that you can take your own drinks, as long as they're alcoholic drinks. We've been visiting Zingas regularly for many years and have never been disappointed.

Poor Value for mone y curry very average nothing special paid nearly £24 for two currys and rice and portion of chips thought this was over priced wont be having one from there again .Me thinks they need a bit of competion to improve .

We have just got back from a great night out here. We were recommended this restaurant by the hotel nearby that we are staying at - they suggested we should book, and it was easy to see why, as the restaurant was busy with a really good atmosphere.

I work just up the road from this restaurant, and myself and the team always head here for our Indian food. The team are always really welcoming, we have a laugh with them all the time, and they are really generous with the portion sizes. I always leave feeling full with great tasting food. Probably my favourite Indian restaurant!

Another great meal for five on Saturday night. We sat upstairs having booked for 7pm and the restaurant was pretty packed. Service was prompt and friendly even though it was busy. All mains are just the right size. A bit of advice around rice portions which are pretty small and the naan are adequate not huge. All our diners cleared their plates and were stuffed.

We love the food at zinga’s and that’s the reason why we kept returning. We have sat upstairs the last 2 times as we were a big table and we were freezing. The heating needs to be sorted as most of the diners were sat in coats and were shivering. We had to ask on several occasions to turn the heating up but it ended up being very hot in 1 area of the restaurant and freezing in another. Definitely ask to sit downstairs!! The food was good but was let down by the heating.

Outstanding always 45-60 mins delivery, we live in Wychbold and never had a problem, I would highly recommend it.

I know one man's curry is another man's stew but if you like quality authentic cuisine which is well prepared and presented then check this place out. It's not licensed but try an aperatife in the ladybird pub and get your wine and beer in the corner shop next door. I've eaten here many many times and have never been disappointed. We hadn’t been to Zinga for while, not for any particular reason so decided to give it a go over the Christmas period, our party consisted of 6 people. We were seated upstairs which was nice and roomy not so tight as down stairs. We ordered poppadoms and all the dips which came quickly and tasted fresh. We took our own drinks which is always a bonus but getting glasses and a bottle opener was not the easiest. Eventually at the end of the meal after using a spoon and drinking out of bottles (not wine we had glasses for that) we got glasses. Couldn’t really fault the food which was various curry’s but some of the staff quite clearly don’t like the stairs. On the whole an enjoyable evening will return.

Ordered take away took two hours to deliver when we rang to enquire where it was after after an hour and forty five mins we were told if we had driven to pick it up then wouldn’t have had a wait!! Take away ! Avoid our visitors went home without their meal as they had a long drive not the first time this restaurant has let us down either

On recommendation we visited Zinga, down stairs is a little small and a little cramped, the staff lacked the personality and friendliness you normally find in Indian restaurants, on the plus side the food was good and a variety of different dishes on the menu, the portions were not as large as some we have visited but were ok for us.

Visited recently on a Friday night and had an amazing Balti Saag Gosht! It was without a doubt the best Balti I’ve ever had with service to match and much better than anything I’ve had on Stoney Lane or Ladypool Road. It’s also good to see a restaurant this busy with a level 5 food hygiene rating.

Found the takeaways from this restaurant to be very hit and miss, you can either get a restaurant quality takeaway or a total disaster that ends up in the bin.

Chicken tikka chilli balti was superb ! Always had great service ! It's always a busy restaurant and the food is fabulous ! About time we had a decent curry house in bromsgrove ! Definitely recommend! They do vegan options too!

Visited on a busy Friday night. My wife had a prawn and spinach balti, I chose a prawn and mushroom balti with naan. Both were saturated with prawns which is not always the case when you choose these dishes. Service was prompt and attentive. Overall, the experience was better than expected. Will make a point to return!

We went as a family of 4. My youngest won’t eat curry, but he ordered scampi and chips! Huge portion he loved it. You take your own alcohol which ultimately saves you money! Food was gorgeous, service great, helpful with my eldest when he couldn’t make his mind up, the menu is huge. The toilets are the cleansest I’ve seen out in a long time!!
