Great atmosphere, staff were great, food came out quickly and was excellent, they were so good with my food allergies and the girl who brought out my sister's birthday cake was amazing! We all had a lovely evening😊

Staff were friendly and professional. The gluten free menu has a good selection and, as allergen orders need to be taken at the bar, we were able to eat here worry free and with confidence that the food was “safe”.

Delicious food and great service. Had the nasi goreng, which was fantastic. Kids had burgers, and enjoyed every bite!

Stayed in Swansea for a few nights , popped in for a casual dinner. Lovely staff, good atmosphere, reasonably priced food and drink . What’s not to like ! 😃👍

The staff are amazing, friendly professional and helpful. I was not well today and they all looked after me so well. Me and my wife love this place and it is the staff that makes it. The food is delicious too so what a bonus. This has to be our favourite place to go in Swansea. Thank you Zinco and all your great staff.

Nice big caffe with amazing paintings all over walls. Coffee and Breakfast was amazing and delicious :) We will definitely will be back!!

Absolutely delightful place. Dog friendly, multiple vegetarian and vegan options, massive space, prompt service and tasty food. Will recommend it 100%, wish a branch of this lounge was in London.

Lovely atmosphere no matter what time you go. Staff are always friendly and have good customer service. Food is lovely and priced fairly, very cheap compared to other restaurants in town!

we’ve been coming to Zinco lounge since it’s opened, years later and standards have never dropped, been there for many occasions, from pit stop between kids dance classes, cocktail nights, family meals, pre show meals, birthdays and work events and never had a problem. Food is always exceptional staff always seem happy to be there, always our go to place, and first place we recommend to friends and family xx Keep up the good work zinco 😊

We visited for my daughter’s 14th birthday meal, 8 children and 2 adults. From booking and paying a deposit online to arriving at the restaurant everything was very straightforward. The choice of meals was excellent. Despite having a couple of fussy eaters in the party, everyone was able to find something they liked. I was pleasantly surprised to see that Brunch options were available all day. All food was delicious and service was very good. We will definitely return. Thank you!

Amazing food and plenty of amazing vegan options. Great place for a coffee or a full meal. Staff is very nice and helpful and waiting for food doesn’t take too long even during busy hours. Great interior and very cosy. Rather on the expensive side but still highly recommend!

Really like this place, especially the venue which is a large and relaxed with cosy low lighting and candle lit tables, comfortable unmatched tables and chairs. The wooden floors and original features and the floor to ceiling eclectic collection of paintings/ photos with a 50’s / 60s feel, add to the welcoming and unique atmosphere. It’s not a place to go for a ‘posh meal out’, but is perfect for a relaxed Coffee ( good Coffee too!) and cake or a few beers and a burger or some tapas (we had a few of these and enjoyed)…it’s a top choice for me in Swansea.

Visited with family , really looking forward to it , due to good reviews We dined at 5.30 so not late The wings were not available and neither was the spicy rice Was a bit of a disappointment but we accepted that The wait was 45mins , again we realized that this couldn't be helped When the order arrived , the food was quite sparing and luke warm , must say very small portions My grandson was looking forward to his buttermilk chicken but again disappointed , dry and burnt I'm sorry but I don't think we will be returning For the nearly £80 paid for the meal for 4 , we should have gone to McDonalds

Visiting Swansea for a week from Canada. Looked around for a restaurant open on Sunday and was very pleasantly surprised by this place. We were greeted by a nice friendly staff member who explained the ordering on the app was an option or we could order at the bar. Menu was extensive and we both found something that was to our taste. After eating in restaurants for 5 days, finding something that appeals can be a challenge, but not here. We ordered on the app( when in Rome..) and our drinks and dinner arrived very quickly. The server checked in on us to see if we had every thing we needed. Food was delicious and good portion size. Wish we had found this place earlier because it’s definitely worth a second visit. The decor is amazing too!

Delicious food. Covid rules clearly adhered to. Was served by a very friendly, polite and helpful young man (tall with ginger hair). I would definitely return and recommend to others.

My go to place whenever I'm in town for lunch. Have never had a bad meal, the mocha is spot on and the assistant manager Kim can't do enough to accommodate you.

Disappointed to be leaving a bad review as this has always been my go to place to chill out and get some work done with some snacks and a glass of wine. The rude and hostile manner that the member of staff(mousy blonde larger built female) spoke to me in was absolutely disgusting and unnecessary. I had followed the rules, signed my track and trace card, waited, while I spoke to anogher kinder member of staff merely asking if there were any tables free near a plug socket his answer was interrupted by an angry member of staff shouting frustradly at me to go wait by the door. Went back to the door to wait, the kinder member of staff explained to me there was only one table by a socket and it was dirty but he was happy to clear and sanitise it for me, I was happy to wait, I sat at the table to the side, at this point the previously angry lady comes over to shout loudly enough for other customers to turn their heads, and yells at me "I told you to wait by the door", at this point other customers are staring in shock at the outburst. In complete shock and embarrassment I got up and said "ill leave there is no need to be rude", with no apology, only an eye role and a huff followed by "I'm not telling you to leave" but to minimise the embarrassment already caused I quickly and quietly left. It costs nothing to be kind and in such hard times I am shocked and utterly disappointed that someone who chose to work in customer service could treat a regular customer with such disregard.

This is my favorite place to eat in Swansea. Been here more times than I can count on dates, with friends and for family meals. Never once disappointed with the food or service. Staff are just lovely. Vegan options are AMAZING! The beyond meat burger is one of the best meals Ive ever had. If your in Swansea 100% go here. You will not be disappointed :-)

I didnt plan on eating out during this time but after having a tattoo I had to find somewhere quick and close to grab something to eat Upon arrival I was greeted with professionalism, and with covid guidelines to follow.When ordering my food (using a really easy app I may add) and as it arrived I started to feel seriously unwell and panicky. I started shaking and feeling sick not realising it was a hypo and my body crashing quickly. Before I fainted I managed to wave down and absolute star of a waitress brought me a sugary drink that brought me around properly. She acted so quickly and with so much kindness which I really appreciate especially in my state of panic and during a pandemic.The food was divine, hot and I can not fault it (or the carrot cake!)Thank you for helping a terrified lady from passing out and providing amazing food

6 of us went for lunch yesterday to celebrate your Granddaughters birthday. I had the chilli which was full of chunky beef and was amazing. We all had Churrios with a salted caramel sauce for dessert. Everyone enjoyed their lunch and we will certainly return. Thank you also the waitresses were very polite and helpful.

My friends and I have been coming here for years. We've been here as a table of two, a table of 5 with a dog, a table of 5 with a dog and a newborn baby and not once were we disappointed. The staff at Zinco always goes the extra mile and you can tell they enjoy being at work. Everything in this place puts you at ease. Whether it's the decor, the music, or the the atmosphere in general. The food is always hot and delicious. Even during a global pandemic they make you feel at home. Thank you Zinco and a special mention to Madara who is always there to welcome us back with a smile !

Zinco is in a great location and gets all the afternoon sun so a joy to have a drink outside. During the Government Monday to Wednesday scheme got very busy and we were told at 1.50 it would be half an hour to get seated so we went elsewhere. However we did go there for drinks after shopping and we also went there for an excellent breakfast. The tables inside are all socially distanced plus a form supplied for giving your details. With the doors wide open we were able to hide round a corner to get out of the gale. You ordered at the bar but the food came very quickly and great it was too. All the staff are masked rather than face shielded which is good because a lot of restaurants seem to do just face shields not realising its not adequate.On another occasion my son had tapas which he said were excellent.There's a lot to like here in a good locatiom

We ate here and thought that it was lovely. Staff were very pleasant and responsive, tonnes of veggie and vegan options. The place was well set up for Covid and felt very normal. We ordered without issue from the app and all of the food was fresh and hot. The only down sides were that my husband ordered a milkshake which, despite the glass being cold, was lukewarm and not good value for money, and if I was being picky the churros that we shared could have done with some cinnamon sugar! Would definitely return!

We went to Zinco Lounge for a lunch last week. We were sat on a lovely table by the entrance and placed our order online. About 15 minutes after that the fire alarm went on. Everyone had to evacuate and wait until the fireman come and reset the alarm. Unfortunately it was raining outside and we had to stand there for about half an hour. Many people left after a while but we didn't really want to look for a new place so we waited patiently. The alarm went off, we sat back down and waited for our food. All good, until we got our foods and all the chips was completely cold. The burgers were great though. One of us had the falafel and hummus salad that was also good. The unpleasant waiting outside could have been managed better by the staff.

Ate here twice whilst visiting Swansea and both times (breakfast and lunch) were lovely! Staff seemed lovely too, very polite and nothing too much trouble. Also the gluten free options are brilliant - not many other places have this variety. Well done !

Just across the road from the Dragon Hotel which we were staying made it ideal for breakfast. Especially during the 'Eat Out To Help Out' campaign. 2 full English breakfasts for less that £10 - you cant go wrong

Tried here on the off chance as we hadn’t booked anywhere on arrival in Swansea. It was well laid out with socially distanced seating. We sat upstairs which gave s good view of the ground floor. Ordering via the app meant you could avoid contact with others. Food was good - the chicken burger was excellent. Would definitely eat here again.

Part of the Lounge chain. Good variety in terms of food and nice atmosphere. Service attentive though a bit slower than usual. Excrllent value for money.

Been here many times for coffees and for food. Great for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Great quality coffee (think they've recently upgraded!?) and perfect for sitting outside in the sun. Can order from your phone too. Love the avocado and egg on sourdough, although it's sometimes a little too salty.

Definitely the friendliest and most welcoming place in Swansea. Came here for brunch and everything was perfect including the food. Would highly recommend !

We came here for a brunch following an optician's appointment. The staff were super welcoming and the food was divine. We got money off due to the eat out scheme but we would have been more than happy to pay the full price. We will definitely return soon.

We choose to sit inside, we ordered via the app, drinks arrived followed by food, the food and drinks were lovely, the staff were very friendly, we took advantage of the eat out to help out so all half price😃

I didn’t know what to expect from this quirkily decorated restaurant so I was very pleasantly surprised to find a varied, interesting menu. In fact I was delighted to find so many “light bites” available. Our meals were served promptly and I would recommend the poached eggs with smoked bacon on an English muffin. Very tasty and lovely coffee, too. There was no hassling from staff to vacate our table- it was a very relaxed lunch.

Went in for a coffee with a friend, lovely atmosphere and quirky paintings. Was served by Matt who was funny and helpful. Best iced latte in Swansea!

Children bought us voucher for Xmas so added to their receipt to have steaks could have put whole meal on quarter of dish as chips were in bowl and as I said salad was more like dandylione leafs and that was it might go again to see what burger s like but won't be in a hurry

Im a regular visitor to the Croeso Lounge in Mumbles so knew what to expect. Walked past Zinco many times but did not realise how big it was inside, yet still managed to feel cosy and welcoming. It was a saturday lunchtime on the day of the ^ Nations match between Wales and France so the place was busy and buzzing but not overwhelmingly so. Food was good , staff were lovely, would quite happily return.

I had the Vegan Beyond Beef burger (without the vegan cheese, I don’t like cheese anyway) and it was spectacular. The slaw that it came with was especially delicious, I put most of it in my burger and it made it perfect. I can’t wait to go back and try their other vegan options, I have really high hopes for them!

We’ve been to lots of this “chain” over the years and often choose these restaurants over others because of the relaxed and friendly atmosphere as well as excellent food. Zinco was no exception. We arrived in time for cut price cocktails and as we weren’t driving we decided to order a couple. These were beautifully presented and tasted really good! Monday nights are free wine or free pudding with certain mains - we both had chicken, avocado and bacon burger and chose a free pudding. We have had the burger many times before and always enjoyed them and the same again tonight, if not one of the best we have had. Having the bacon crispy makes all the difference! We both chose sundaes for pudding. Berry one was great but my sticky toffee one was a bit disappointing. Too much sticky toffee cake and not enough ice cream for me. Overall the staff were extremely helpful and friendly and we had an enjoyable time there. If we are back in Swansea we will return.

Had food tonight and it wasn't great so I asked one of the lady's if she could help to change it or sort something out. She went above and beyond to make sure I was okay, bringing me a new meal and drink with my money back. Really greaful, coming back soon.Thank you guys

Popped in for afternoon drinks. I had the vanilla milkshake (I have mine made with no ice, otherwise it’s to cold) the atmosphere I find to be very relaxing and the staff are most helpful. It’s very nice to see such places being dog friendly

Visited on a Sunday afternoon with my son. Place was very busy but managed to get a table upstairs. Nice menu with plenty of vegetarian options. Reasonably priced. Order at bar. Food came quite quickly. Although not big portions, the food was hot and very tasty. Nice staff. Nice atmosphere. Great for impromptu meal.

We always have the tapas here and it didn’t let us down. Tasty, well presented and plenty of it. I also had a skinny latte, which was lovely, plenty of sugar free syrup, very moreish! The service is slow, so do allow plenty of time, but it’s worth the wait. In the meantime relax in the informal atmosphere and look at the paintings, the walls are covered.

Got to be my favourite place in the city centre.

Good choice of beer(brewdog) and wine (by the bottle or by the glass). We had 6 different types of tapas and they were all amazing. Service was quick, order and pay at the bar - so simple. We stayed for a few hours buying drinks, tapas, drinks, tapas. Very pet friendly as there were (well controlled) dogs eating along with their owners. Staff were amazing and a credit to the bar. Can't wait to come again and bring more people :-)

I visited Zinco lounge with my team from work for our office party. We pre ordered & there was a lovely table with crackers waiting for us.

We had a Christmas lunch here last weekend, all in all I had a great time. I love the decor, lighting and atmosphere at this place and was glad to be eating here again. Tapas starters were nice, cheese and leek pie was quite good although a little dry, and for dessert I had churros. These were okay but the salted caramel dip was far too salty and the churros were lacking the sugar/cinnamon coating. Service was attentive and the waitress polite and helpful.

A very pleasant place. Informal seating and alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks on offer. Plenty of space and a variety of seating. We didn't try the food but it looked good.

The girls were very friendly that served me and the brunch was gorgeous! I will defiantly come back here again.

One of my favourite places to visit any time of the day, last nights location for a girls catch up. Lovely atmosphere, delicious food and great wine.

Really nice to have so many vegetarian and vegan options. My wife and I had an evening meal here which was tasty and filling. We both opted for the felafal and avacado wrap with halloumi and fries. Well cooked, not greasy and well presented. The decor with frilled and ball shaped lampshades and walls festooned with pictures made for a great ambience. Having studied the website I realise there are other 'lounges' with different names in various parts of the UK. Will definitely look to see if there is one in other places we visit.

Second time at Zinco. Service was outstanding again. Three of us had excellent meals, but my mother in law was disappointed with undercooked bacon after asking for crisp. Sadly the second time that weekend in Swansea (the first time at another restaurant). The virgin bloody mary was perfect. Need to try it with vodka next time! Would definitely recommend.

Only visit Swansea when the cars are due for a service so asked for a recommendation for lunch. The service was good, the food reasonable. I wasn't keen on all the dogs yapping !

Wij waren op zoek naar een restaurant om een hapje te eten maar dan met onze hond. Nou dat valt nog niet mee in Swansea. We kwamen hier terecht. Super leuke inrichting, erg vriendelijk personeel, heerlijk eten en vooral, de hond mocht mee... Zeer zeker een aanrader, ruime keuze in eten en een heerlijke relaxte sfeer.

I have attended here about 7 times so far, and each time its a bit hit and miss, mostly Hit (unless its busy and then you have a incredibly long wait) - I really enjoy the brunches that they do, the avacado , egg and chilli salad on bruchetta is to die for and some of the best carrot cake around. I highly recommend going here when it is quiet, as the service is second to none, but if you do go on a busy day (weekends mostly) be prepared for a long wait

The customer service here is great. Always very understanding of dietary requirements. Their menus cater to everyone, meat eaters and vegans alike! Not a bad word to be said and they allow dogs!!

My husband, my niece and I went here for brunch last week. When placing my order I asked for soft eggs as can't eat them hard. When our food eventually arrived, all the eggs were hard. After explaining the situation to a very unimpressed waitress, she took my breakfast off to the kitchen. When my husband was nearly finished his food, my breakfast still hadn't returned so I approached the waitress to complain.

Stopped off here after dropping my step daughter off at afternoon nursery and banging a bargain for some books in the nearby charity shops.

Visited for lunch,great welcome from the friendly staff.We both had a Tapas board and it was very tasty and well presented and cooked.Love the laid back atmosphere and ambiance.Would recommend for a tasty snack or meal,we shall return.Cant wait for their new venture to open in Carmarthen,just what the town needs in my opinion.

The brunch is amazing here and I cannot praise Kim enough. I regularly come in and she always goes above and beyond for her customers. An asset to the business and was amazing one particular morning when I wasn't having such a great day!

First thing in the morning, no one around and time for b/fast. Strange place or vibe - could quite make it out but great member of staff serving us - he was a credit to the place. Breakfast very filling and certainly will come again.

First time here, although I walk past all the time. Very relaxed atmosphere. Prompt, friendly service. Food was delicious. We liked the curry with cod best. Tried 2 beers which were good, but nothing special. I will definitley go back sometime.

I love going to Zinco Lounge because (in my humble opinion) they do the best Cherry Bakewell cocktail out of all the Lounges. The staff are always really fabulous and have great ties with the local community.

Been here a few times now with my mum and dad the breakfast is always excellent lovely bacon sausage, eggs and hash browns and the bigger breakfast is truly delicious and huge.

Was looking forward to eating here, but was very disappointed, food over cooked, very small portions, ordered the superhero burger, pulled pork could have snapped it,that dry, burger no way near filled the bun over cooked and dry, came with 10 chips and a teaspoon of coleslaw £13,95.

Went for the first time with my godson on his recommendation. Whilst the mains were reasonable, they served us the meanest, smallest pieces of carrot cake ever for £3.50, gone in a couple of mouthfuls.

Came on Friday 2nd August, for breakfast with 3 friends. All I can say is wow. The service was excellent especially the young man on duty sorry I didn’t get a name. Can’t wait to go for my next breakfast. Lovely place and clean. Keep up the good work. Thank you.

Went for breakfast and had a really great time, veggie breakfasts were the best we’ve had. Only downside is the fact that the scaffolding outside has been up for so long that I’ve forgotten what it looks like without it. Makes the interior a bit dark and not pleasant to sit outside.

We’ve been to many of the restaurants in the chain and they continue to cater well to our family. The food is usually good too. It was very very busy today for Friday lunch and we were told that there was a 30 minute delay on food. Not much of a problem as we were told this when ordering. Our boys enjoyed their drinks in the meantime and played with the toys and games that were free to use. Food was ok, not excellent and the coffee was good. Zinco Lounge like the rest in this chain continue to offer families friendly high street dining which works for us!

Nice place. Shame about service. Went with 3 friends. Asked could we pay for same table separately/same bill so we could receive food at same time. Told we would have to pay separately at different tills by stroppy till server and we may have food at different times. Would definitely not go there again as 1 meal was nearly finished before others came. Also Vegan meal was £3 dearer than meat dish. Expensive vegetable dish!

Visited on a Saturday lunch(27.07.19)with my friends and daughter. We had tapas which was beautifully cooked and surprisingly filling, and a child’s meal for my daughter. The staff were lovely I believe the male member of staff name was Matt and a young blonde girl who’s name I didn’t catch but she was very friendly and made a fuss of my daughter by giving her some colouring to keep her busy. We come here quite often as we love the chilled environment and never feel rushed to leave.

Imagine you’re a broke student and you hear a small local cafe is selling a vegan full english breakfast for only £8. Quite frankly, I jumped for joy, and I imagine anyone else would at the menu’s other items. All their vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options are excellent value for money and can even be enjoyed over a board game! My personal favourite is the giant board of ciabatta (for only £1.75!) over a game of scrabble. The music and atmosphere is very chilled out and the decor is like nothing I’ve seen in a long while, the walls covered with all sorts of wonderful paintings that catch all the corners of your eye. The staff are always keen and happy to assist customers and tend to leave you feeling care-free, knowing they’ve got all the details right and that you’re only a short time away from some great food.

I visited with a friend last night, really cosy nice vibe to the place. Served quickly by a nice guy at the bar, we both ordered burgers which were faultless for a decent price too. Food arrived quickly and no fuss by the waiting staff just got the job done bringing the food over and checked on us once then took the plates away no awkward encounters, very relaxed evening all round.

Just enjoyed "Bang Bang Chicken" - a noodle dish with chilli and chicken. Delicious !!! Prices are reasonable too. Dogs can enjoy water and a supply of dog biscuits. Useful place to visit in the centre of town. Loads of seats and friendly staff !

Family of 6 on a birthday treat. Hip atmosphere with a lot of background noise. Food a bit pretentious, mainly burger and chips. Drinks reasonable but bar staff to laid back and had an odd habit of serving front of queue then darting off to clear table or serve food when next in queue left waiting. Not quite sure if its a bar lounge or eatery

So the wife and I get an unexpected date night (thanks mother-in-law) and decided on a meal and a film.

Me and my family came here for a catch up and I can honestly say from the moment we walked in the staff and the food did not disappoint. Food was amazing and the staff could not do enough to make sure our experience was one to remember. 100% recommend for any occasion. Even had my 5 months old daughter with me and they were so accommodating for our every need.

Excellent: Both sides of salads were incredible and complemented each other well, with the slaw having a good crunch and flavor, and the tomato salad bringing that freshness with just the right amount of dressing. The bacon was also cooked perfectly, the onion rings were tremendous, crispy and well seasoned and the buns were grilled just right.

Met for drinks before lunch. Really quick service and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend this restaurant.

I visited in April for my birthday. I didn’t realise we could book and it was very busy but two tables were pushed together to accommodate our group of 8. I had two staff members talk to me extensively about my dietary needs and a meal was put together for me. I had a vegetarian meal that was low carb. I’ve never had such good service from a restaurant. It made me feel really valued as a customer. The staff were so kind and I was reassured that they were happy to do this for me. They were so lovely. The atmosphere is great here with great decor. Thank you so much. Might I add that all ‘Lounges’ are dog friendly......we like to pop in with them :o)

I just love zinco lounge more than life itself. Great food, great drinks and home from home service that makes you feel welcome and appreciated. Always hits the spot and my dog loves it too.

Went to Zinco with a friend for the first time a couple of weeks ago and I had a great experience! I had Bang Bang noodles and it was so tasty. All the staff were really friendly and helpful.

My partner and I visit Zinco regularly, it has a great relaxed atmosphere and the staff are lovely and friendly. We both had the tapas on our last visit and it was delicious! I really recommend the houmous and Patatas bravas. Good size portions and the cocktails are freshly made, you won’t find anyone pouring it pre-mixed from a carton! I can’t recommend this place enough.

All lunch/dinner meetings with new people are now held here. I never have to check if someone is Vegan or Gluten free because Zinco caters for pretty much everyone.

Had the tapas and it was small but delicious. Would definitely have it again. Very busy but still got served quickly at the bar.
