An outstanding cafe , run by the loveliest people . First discovered this cafe when we were arranging our wedding and visited the nearby cake shop ( which incidentally supplies the cafes cakes ) . Breakfast is very good , perfect poached eggs and very well presented . Coffee is excellent and we usually leave with take away cake . The staff are very efficient and very lovely

We came across this cafe by chance. Visiting neighbouring shops to supply cakes and flowers for our future wedding, all recommending the cafe next door. Myself and my partner went in to try their highly recommended milkshakes. They were amazing! On top of that, the service was fantastic and you can tell the staff really care and put a lot into their crafts. We enjoyed it so much, we went back home and brought our daughters to the cafe so they could enjoy a shake or a sundae too. We didn't get to try hot food on this visit, but I can guarantee we will be in the very near future. A fellow customer was enjoying a hot breakfast and was also recommending the food, which looked the highest quality. The parade where the cafe is located is a short journey off of Blackshirts field, but it is really worth the trip with our girls wanting to come back every Saturday.

Donka and the lovely lady who accompanied her to take the allergies order for my auntie were so attentive to my family and I. Donka was so friendly too, she deserves a raise!

Unit 8B, The Boardwalk, Lakeside Shopping CentreManager unhelpful with regards to my buy a gift booking. Just keep telling me I had booked it wrong even though I had a confirmation email & unique code. Was not interested in helping brought over laptop in front of other customers to show me I had booked it incorrectly & kept repeating i had done it wrong then asked his waitress to deal with us and thank God julianna took over I had infact booked it correctly and had the unique code the manger needed. Manager just did not want to know & came across as rude Julianna however was brilliant & we received excellent service from her I have emailed head office about this too

Lakeside Shopping CentreThe food was incredible… shame you have to sit in the main dining area of lakeside to eat it, because the food was banging, it deserves to be eaten somewhere fancier! The butter chicken curry was so good, chicken was lovely and tender and combined with the crunch of the fresh salad it was perfect!!

56 Orsett Road GraysThe food was really good—hot, fresh, and tasty! What really made the experience great was the customer service. Ashlin was especially helpful and kind. He made sure everything was perfect with my order. Definitely coming back!
