Zicaffe in Hammersmith and Fulham

Lo más importante de una persona de la mañana, siempre he querido comprometerme a un lugar para mi desayuno para que me ayude a pasar el día, tomo mi café y el desayuno en Zicaffe, pero su toque único y hospitalidad es lo que me ayuda a pasar el día. Increíble comida sabrosa, buen ambiente limpio.

The quality of the coffee is truly amazing, tastes fantastic and is fairtrade which is a win. definitely one of the best in london

En primer lugar, pedí un plato de curry que supuestamente venía con arroz y ensalada. La ensalada, de hecho, vino con ella (y algunos extras, que detallaré en breve), pero, por alguna razón, el plato de arroz no estaba a la vista. Cuando le pregunté a la camarera por qué esto era, ella nos dijo que no les quedaba nada y, por alguna razón, se había negado a decirme en la caja. Llevé esto de vuelta a la caja para ver si podía obtener un reembolso. El gerente simplemente se encogió de hombros. Finalmente me ofrecieron una lasaña que podría haber sido agradable si no hubiera regresado parcialmente caliente. En resumen, nunca volvería a comer allí.

Ahora tienen un gran equipo de personal muy amable y educado, y muy proactivo. La comida era increíble. Hoy comí una ensalada de lasaña y una porción de pizza fresca hecha en casa era increíble ahora, pensando en tomar una rebanada de tarimasu con mi café fuerte y caliente muchas gracias a El personal y especialmente la señora a cargo es fantástica.

Coffe and cappucoino is great, food is nice especially lasagna and breakfast, service is quite fast eccept when is busy and I need to wait 10/15 min, rather then that all ok

Myself and my husband arrived at this cafe at approx 11.30 a.m. on Monday morning. There were a couple of people who left and tables were not cleared - places left on tables. Ordered eggs on toast, egg and bacon with toast, a breakfast tea and an americano with milk. Took a seat and waited and waited.....A party of 4 people came in and sat by window - ordered food after us, had their hot food and drinks delivered in seconds. Our breakfasts arrived. My husband's plate and food was hot. Mine was cold. I asked waiter to take this away which he did. I complained that I couldnt eat cold bacon and eggs and he informed me that the chef was very busy - busy? 4 people who had already been served! I told the waiter that however busy the chef is or what he is doing shouldnt impact on me as a customer. He asked if he could heat this up - I informed him that you cannot heat fried eggs, bacon and toast in a microwave. I didnt want upset stomach. My husband had finished his breakfast before tea arrived. I asked for coffee and was brought the wrong coffee. I asked once again for a weak Americano and as it took so long I cancelled this. Waiter then brought refund for coffee. I asked for a refund for food I didnt eat and he was surprised by this. He mumbled something in his own language (Turkish I think) to 2 girls behind counter who just scowled. I was so disappointed. Cafe looks nice but I can see why it is never very busy. Should have gone to one of the other very nice cafes on the other side of the street. Beware, bad food, bad service with attitude and a chef who clearly cannot cope with more than one or two orders.

We’re looking late Sunday morning for some breakfast before the shops open. We have passed by Zi Caffee on previous occasions but haven’t been it since they normally are not filled. Since most were either not opened yet or don’t serve a full breakfast, we decided to go it when we passed it. The halal signs were promptly displayed so we were curious that halal options were provided on the menu. We ordered something with bacon thinking that it’ll be the halal version that we get back home. When it was served, we realised that it was the real thing and requested for a change. Their service recovery was prompt and apologetic leaving us with a very good impression. Food quality is as expected with a well made coffee.
