Always pop in here for coffee and occasionally for a food treat. The staff are always warm and friendly and the coffee is great. Always dog (well behaved) and youngster -friendly too.

Visit this place before and has always been dog friendly. Thought it was ideally located opposite the vets and popped in regularly for coffee as a local resident. Today however we were rudely greeted and told of the dogs barked once we have to leave. We decided to go to the friendly competition just a minute or two away where they welcome regular business from locals. Also very limited selection of food compared to when it first opened.

Zest is a welcome addition to Kew Road. It has modern feel and is fresh and clean. It is owned by patisserie chefs and the cakes are the best quality, as is the coffee. The staff are always welcoming. Zest is my go to place for coffee in Richmond now.

I visited Zest for the first time on Saturday and could barely leave! The homemade cakes are sublime - utterly beautiful and taste as good as they look! Lovely service and teriffic eggs benedict! Highly recommend.

We tried this café for a tea and a coffee, plus a cake. Beautifully clean, modern and stylish place to eat. Everything was lovely. Couldn't resist stocking up on a variety of patisserie items, made on premises, to take home. Will definitely call agaIn and have a sandwich - if they are as good as the cakes and hot drinks (I'm sure they would be) I will be well satisfied.

Served the saltiest pasta ever, 3 of 4 dinners were sent back, I was then charged for 3 dinners , the attitude of the staff was poor when I complained , the bill changed again, I asked for the service charge to be removed. The waiter who I believe is one of the managers snatched the bill from my hand in a very aggressive manner. We received no apology and a semi lecture on dining etiquette.Oh how I laughed. If you choose pizza or pasta this is what they can make, anything else their the fine dining skills do not exist. Spanish restaurant across the road us a better option. The restaurant was busy and it is clear it is understaffed and cannot cope with a full house. The attitude of the staff is what disappointed us most, every chef has a bad day. Never again will we return and would suggest to everyone do not go here, there are plenty of other options available nearby.

Rosa's was our go-to cafe when we were living in Mortlake. Rosa and Karolina are such warm, friendly people and were so good with our daughters too. The coffee is fantastic, as are the pastries. We will drop-in for sure next time we're in the area

Most inviting place to eat with the friendliest of staff and delicious food. I would highly recommend M2 pizza pasta for anyone!
