1hour 30min wait and the food was cold. Also didn't get any change as the driver had none!

The staff here are always friendly,and what makes the diffrence is they smile when they take your money.the sho0 always appears to be kept really clean and tidy.the staff are all very polite.food i can honestly say ive never had a complaint as of yet and i have been eating here sometime.i highly recommend this gaff

Best kebabs and fish & chips around!

This is a great kebab shopm Howeverz please add this to the menu Mix Kebab (chicken shish,lamb shish and CHICKEN doner) Then it's a 6 star establishment :)

Didn't feel good after eating a kebab from here .. but chips were OK

I was kept waiting for over an hour whist phone orders were being dealt with and it was so hot in that place.. The food used to be the best in Wycombe for kebab and chips things have gone wrong here chips are reheated and were terrible we threw them away plus the doner was covered in a mixture burger sauce and garlic sauce we asked for sauce in pots. The shish was dry as the desert.. I finally give up with this place and will visit no more.

This is the second time I've come to this kebab place and got nasty old chips! I called them and told them and they told me they were fresh! I told them they are brown and obviously old chips and they said they were. AVOID THIS PLACE

Doner kebab is one of the worst sort of meat with bone bits inside (beef/lamb/alien). The chicken been definently a chicken but again, noting fancy. If this is the best kebab in High Wycombe I'm loosing hope in people here. The £2 sausages taste exactly as it sounds, really bad. Definently not recommend the food mentioned above. Don't know how it's fish & chips but I won't be interested in testing it.

Could have slammed the door in my face for being one of the last customers to enter, but welcomed me as if they had just started.... not only was the food delicious, but customer service from everyone is and was on point.... definitely recommended 👌

Food is good, the guy with the ponytail refused to put the TV. I have been here before twice and the staff are always friendly and put the TV on. Excuse was we close soon but close at 10.30 which is 2 hours away. Poor attitude from the guy with the ponytail

Very expensive and staff were arguing when I’m trying to order food , just not very friendly and have to wait a bit longer bacause they forgot to cook my chips when they are ready to give the food.

One of the best experiences in terms of eating out I've ever had. Halil showed me around, the food was incredible, very filling, got a complimentary Turkish tea, and the restaurant is so clean. Can see why it's been nominated for awards. A must in Wycombe!

The food is great, I’ve used the app 3 times to place an order and each time the order has been wrong… twice I’ve asked for salt and vinegar on the fries and it didn’t happen and then tonight no chilli sauce or mayo on my kebab…. Small problems but it’s annoying…

Ruined one party of order by smothering in chilli sauce after asking for garlic. Lamb shish had just 3 pieces of lamb, pathetic. Email did not work, it rejects and submitting feed back gets no response. Used to be good but frankly I would now just avoid.

Amazing food! Lamb shish and chicken shish are soo tender and juicy . I love the option of fries or thick chips. The sauces are tasty (a bit more chilly would be nice) There is free parking on site, which is always a plus point ( be careful when leaving as it's near the roundabout) a really calm and welcoming atmosphere and staff are very polite and friendly.

The food is really nice. The staff are polite. The parking is 3 or 4 parking spaces on the side of the building which is situated right near a roundabout which can make it a bit hard to park.

Food very average. Hot sauce without any distinct taste. The garlic sauce also had little garlic/yogurt flavor, the fries were too soaked in oil, the salad was also nothing special. Overall 2/10

Terrible service. Jamal (lad with pony) was rude and shouting. Three staff in there. One of the chaps was good and apologised on behalf of the rude fool.

Really nice meat and chips! Can't fault the taste or quality. My only thing is possibly price to portion size when ordering a large and comparing to an equally good kebab shop in Ruislip that I used to use. But I would not hesitate to return back and would recommend it to others like it was recommended to me.

Probably worst fish and chips I've ever had. Stale old chips. Rubbery cod with batter black and triple fried. Horrid.

Absolutely disgusted with what I was served today, never mind the price... DO NOT BUY THEIR CHIPS OR CURRY SAUCE! The chips were shocking but the curry sauce I was served was nothing more than OILY BROWN WATER!!!! I also have a video of it if the owners of this establishment want to try and argue with this review. I never normally write reviews and although petty I felt I had to write this.

Was passing on way to a house sit will definitely be going back this weekend x the shop is so nice and clean x staff polite friendly x food chicken doner was delicious and plentiful my new go to take away x you can sit in also.

Mixed grill rarely comes with tender lamb pieces but these guys smashed it. They were super busy on a Friday night and it didn’t show with the food. Very impressed. Had to wait a little bit but worth it if its being cooked well. Asked for crispy chips and they weren’t the best but I’m still happy with the rest of the meal and would go back for sure!

The Galette Falfel was great and the fries perfect. The service is friendly and cozy. I will definitely come back!

I recently moved to wycombe from London..to compare abit pricey..but the chilli sauce to sweet..which spoils the taste of the kebabs. .tried another kebab in wycombe again chilli sauce to sweet..you need to get the recipe of London kebab restaurants they do proper chilli sauce. .......

Discovered this place a couple of months ago and have to say that I've never been disappointed. The food is always delivered fresh and piping hot, it tastes fantastic and is also a good sized portion. Don't think I would get a kebab from anywhere else

OMG. Been here twice. First time the best fish and chips. Second time a family dinner of Lamb and Chicken Doner with fries. Amazing both visits. Just pop your head in to see that this is the cleanest kebab shop ever as well as the politest. Buy from here.

Lovely decor shame the food and service doesn't match. Took ages to get 6 extra extra hard crispy chicken strips, which i had to remind them of my order. Not enabled (got home very disappointed after the long wait.) Sloppy service make's me question overall content quality! Need to improve!

Come here if you want great food but don't come here if you want it quickly. Great Cod and chips beautifully cooked, but its a new fish and chip shop finding its feet and they have done that very quickly. News spreads fast when the food is so good and it's extremely busy at weekends. In my opinion well worth the wait.

Okay so they have put there prices up, which I understand but they have cut back on the portion size of the salad but more importantly have changed their chips - they use to be so good but now really poor. If you’re going to put prices up please don’t compromise on quality.

Delicious food, great quality. The staff work extremely hard, and are friendly kind people. It's very clean inside, has anything you would want and more. I really hope that business such as this get help during the energy crisis. The stress it is causing business owners to stay afloat is unimaginable.

I've ordered from this place three times and each time they've forgotten to send 1-2 items and then said they couldn't send the missing items or give a refund and they'd 'take care of us' next time. The food isn't cheap so leaving out items does cost. This time when we called to complain, the shop blamed the driver for the missing items and said we should have checked we'd received everything before we let the driver go. Bit difficult to open up the food boxes on the doorstep to check! Also, once or twice might be a mistake but three times suggests a pattern. The food quality has gone down as well since they've opened so it's just not worth the bother anymore. I'm certainly not ever ordering from them again and I would not recommend them to anyone unless you're prepared to pick up your own food and check each item individually or to eat in. The one time I did pick up my own food, the service and the food was good so it may just be that they're not great with delivery but good as an eat-in place.

Lovely clean place was there Friday night didn't been busy ,which was quiet surprising. I order mixed kebab small . Was really nice big portion ,lamb diner was thin sliced very well spiced fresh chicken kebab was melting really nice too . And salad was fresh. What was the most surprise for me was the pitta bread . It was fresh tasty fluffy and was home made not like other shops selling already made pitta. All overall 10/10 will come again.

Mix donner was pretty average nothing special £10 for large is a bit much. Clean environment so can’t complain there and person who served me was also pleasant. Might have to try out the fish and chips next time.

I have popped into Zem's a few times since it opened and I have to say I have always enjoyed the quality of the food from here. Tonight the owner asked if I would leave a google review and he specifically asked me to be honest...even if I did not like anything. Personally I think being that willing to ask for a review even with the risk of getting a poor one is a sign of a business owner that cares, as I am sure any bad feedback would be taken on board and amended. For what it is worth, I am unable to give any bad feedback. :) We had a mixed donner with salad and pita. The pita's here are very light and fluffy, a very nice change from the usual stiff pockets of volcanic steam usually served from kebab shops. We also had some grilled halloumi cheese which was lovely, with the perfect flavor mix of sweet and salty and a good squeak as you bite into it (I totally recommend this), but the star of the evening was the Turkish rice. This is a dish so many places fail to offer and frankly no Turkish kebab is being served with any justice without a portion of Turkish rice! Light fluffy rice with a sweet and nutty taste, glazed lightly with butter....a real treat indeed (so make sure you order some next time you are there!). Lastly, before anyone thinks this is a paid review, yes I paid for my meal myself and have over 100 similar (and at times brutally honest) reviews on trip advisor so I am just someone who likes to leave a review that gives a whole picture if I am going to the effort of writing one. So, if you are hankering for some grilled meats, cheese and salad as most of us do especially at the weekends, give Zem's a try and consider having with rice and serve it on a plate and don't eat from the box like you usually would...you can thank me later :) Enjoy!

Ordered zem2 for £35 koftas were missing. Chips were inedible. £7.20 chicken burger had processed chicken in it. One of the buns was stale. Ordered chilli sauce was given bbq sauce. Ordered Turkish flatbread got nans instead. Very expensive for what I ordered and actually got. Very disappointed will not be

Never enjoyed a lamb donor kebab in all my years until now. No gristle, not greasy, lovely thin and well cooked meat, fresh salad and crispy fluffy in the middle chips and fries.
