terrible! I phoned up after it missed second delivery time and was still half an hour later. the guy on the phone was super rude and the delivery guy spent ages trying to find the house...it's clearly numbered, a straight road and he was wearing pajamas. also we ordered a chicken tikka masala and they sent a korma instead even though labelled as CTM.

The food was really late…..I’ve never ever eaten mushrooms in a biryani sauce….the chicken tikka masala was really watery and the yogurt was curdled into the sauce….the onion bhaji were burnt around the edges….the poppadoms were also over cooked. The naans were the only decent part of the meal

I had a notification at 18.50 saying my order was on its way but it didn't arrive until 19.30. That's 40 minutes, no wonder it arrived warm not hot. Shame really as the food is usually really nice.

Ordered 4 meals from yourselves tonight, with 3 of them being tasteless/inedible. Extremely disappointed as we've ordered from you before and enjoyed the food.

food was 45 minutes late from the ETA and 30 minutes late from the food is out for delivery. food was Luke warm and needed reheating. very disappointed.

Our dinner was exceptional, would highly recommend. The food was restaurant quality, not like other Indian takeaways that taste like the foods reheated; this was fresh and full of flavour. Thank you very much.

Don’t get me wrong food is lovely from here. But the let down is when you call to order. If the order is over £40 they charge your card twice 50p per transaction due to them not wanting to take card payments over £40 per transaction. I find this wrong and it’s also illegal

Most of the food was tasty, the chicken pakora’s were dry and cardboardy. The real let down was the delivery time. It took 1.5hours from time of order to delivery, awful considering we live 5 minutes away

We order from here a lot (pretty much every Friday) and I have to say tonight’s curry was AMAZING not sure if the chef has changed or something but previous orders were ok and this one both my husband and I were blown away. Really hope this quality/flavour and service continues and then we will continue to order rather than looking elsewhere

I have used most Indian takeaways and most of them are OK but for me zera tandoori is by far the best, love the chicken masala and fried rice, lovely people to vary highly recommended.

Very Disappointing Sagwala was very bland with only 4 small pieces of lamb, and was warmed up in the microwave. Mix grill overcooked Salad was a few strands of lettuce/one strip of onion.. Poor Was given pilau rice when I ordered Keema Zeera special was missing Won't be ordering from here again, there's far more better choices in the area and the most disappointing thing I pre- ordered 4 hours before and when I collected no other customers/ orders was being prepared

Really good food and you pay for what you get but really poor delivery. 2 hours is way too long, even on a Friday. Called for update, was told it was on the way and was still another 35 minutes after that. No apology just told ‘it’s busy’

Bag of lettuce brown, chips inedible, dry and brown, rice hard and naan didn't seem fresh. Curry dishes tasty but overall a disappointment.

Sadly, the second time I ordered here and both times the deliveries were very late. Waiting 2 hrs from ordering to delivery today. Food arrived luke warm and needed reheating.

Used this restaurant a few times, for some reason the last two orders the mains have only been half filled containers, not sure if this is because I’ve ordered on a Tuesday and get 20% off but won’t be using you again.

The food arrived on time and the delivery lady was lovely!...however the mint yoghurt sauce that was sent in tubs was all off, it was sour and almost fizzy when you tasted it. The salad was also in small bags that were still frozen on delivery making us feel like nothing had been made fresh. After calling the restaurant they said they'd deliver more yoghurt sauce and I had to explain that one of us had poured the yoghurt over one of the starters without checking whether it was okay. They agreed to send a replacement starter and then hung up on me with no apology. It was then another 30-40 minutes for the new sauce and starter to be delivered, whilst the rest of the food was going cold. The rest of the food was nice, but it made us wonder whether anything had been made to order.

Was good a shame about the papadoms

Curry containers were both slightly open and had spilled out into the bag. Rogan Josh and Balti tasted the exact same and were far too spicy. Very disappointed.

Appalling service. Food was over an hour late and cold when received it! We rang the restaurant in excess of 15 times and the phone was never answered!!!!! Food was cold by the time it arrived. Absolute shambles!

Food had very little taste to it aside from the keema naan which was good. Just over 2 hours for delivery with no update from the restaurant is really poor.

Kids portion wasn’t very nice, lack of sauce meant most of it was dry.

All the curry's full of onions, not much chicken, and we all said the same thing , none of the curry's tested right,and luke warm,, plus they lefted ordered on the cold floor in front of door,, not happy, will not be ordering from them again,

I understand it’s busy but the food is cold and why does plain fried rice have onion in it? I’m happy to pick out big onion but I’ve ordered a plain fried rice I don’t want onion Also the food does not taste good And also should state there’s onion in the rice Disgusting

Food quality was OK but missing poppadoms from order as well as salad and mint sauce for Tikka Main. Also have to say the lack of meat in all dishes was obvious to see with the Tikka main looking more like a starter. Finally, the Bombay Murgh did not have 'chef's special garlic potatoes' and instead had a lot of boiled potatoes seemingly in replacement of chicken. Will order elsewhere next time

Food arrived cold and messy, had to microwave it. When I say messy, someone put my curry on the bottom of the banana the rest of my food on top of it which meant half the sauce ended up in the bag and not on my plate. Reheated chips are nasty but as I was hungry i ate some and the rest went in the bin . I've ordered from here a few times but am afraid won't be again and in this climate you would think they would have a better service.

Food was delicious! Lamb was very tender and would definitely order again. Only downfall we were missing the onion for the popadoms and the mint. was also missing from the starters when we selected mint yoghurt too. I would still order again but please ensure everything is in the bag please

Order to delivery was 90 mins, never saw the driver as he/she knocked on the door, put my food on the ground and walked off before I opened the door. Curry and rice and bread was lovely but sadly the chips were cold and dry if I had from here again I would collect

Second time of ordering and both times severely late. Called to query the second time and was outright lied to by either the restaurant or the delivery driver, whom I also queried. Food delivered at least 30 min late. Every. Single. Time. Food itself is average, so no third time trying for me. Done with this place and the poor customer service.

Be ready for text messages every Friday and no way of blocking or stopping them. Poor service.

Ordered at 5:30, it came at 7:40pm! This is not the first time. In fact it happens more often than not. Going to look for another Indian restaurant near by now as I’m done with this place now. Food is normally good which is why I keep going back but ova two hours for delivery is just not ok. Never again

Waste of time was asleep when it come didn’t eat it , food was cold and broken up also in the packages

Took two hours to arrive and was 30 minutes to deliver after notification saying out for delivery. Only one dip provided for 5 poppadoms and one container of food was damaged and leaking in the delivery bag.

Food was good (although it was a little colder than expected) but it took a lot longer to arrive than we were originally told.

Food was great, a lot of meat in the curry, some places give me hardly any. Very flavoursome instead of just heat, nice and thick. Set meal is a nice amount and good value too.

Although the restaurant and delivery staff were polite when I phoned the food took over 2 and a quarter hours to arrive, the food was cold when arrived , the bhajis were rock solid and the naan was stale.

Oh dear, one of the most culinary traumatising meals of my life! Neon mint sauce, rock hard bhajis, dry rice, i could go on ... all round horrible meal! The delivery driver shot off, we thought zeera was too embarrassed to charge us .. alas not, they shoud be grateful we were honest enough to pay them! Never eat from there again! Eurgh

Ordered a set meal and then a biriani for my partner when it arrived there was a note on the biriani saying “I didn’t need the rice that comes with the set meal as the biriani has rice”even tho I’d paid for it

Also gave me additional rice to make up for the previous time
