Had an argument with the delivery driver over the phone about where my house was. Arrived eventually, 20 minutes late. Ordered chips, for £2.95 I literally got a handful. Called restaurant to query this and they didn't care, could not be less interested. APPALLING SERVICE. FIRST AND LAST TIME ORDERING FROM HERE.

Lovely food. Slightly disappointed with rice cartons ordered large ones but wasn’t very much for 2 people at all. Other than that food lovely, hot and tasty

First time ordering from here, never again. The curries were watery and the popadoms didn’t arrive. When we called up as they are less than 0.6miles away they said they couldn’t deliver them and didn’t even offer a refund. The only think that was good was the arrival time was an hour and on time.

Disgusting, we booked for the 21-10-20 on arrival the waiter just pointed to a corner for us to sit. We sat down ordered a couple of bottles of beer and some poppadoms, they were greasy and soft ‘great start’ let him know we will be using the reduced menu as we have groupon vouchers his whole attitude just went angry. We started to choose our food and he said no you can’t have that no you can’t have this, questioned him and showed him the reduced menu from Zeera Lounge on the voucher and he started shouting I don’t care what that says you have what I say and boiled rice only even pulling his mask down to shout over us. I asked him to calm down and he told us if we don’t like it go and get money back from Groupon as they make no money off them. Truly a disgusting man.

Hi I have place an order and with my Naan bread I had a big stone in it, I called the store the guy on the phone was so rude told me that they don’t have stones so it can’t be from the shop and that when I asked for a refund he started getting aggressive on the phone telling me to do it online and I tried to do it on the app and it didn’t work, so I called them back he started shouting down the phone telling me that it does work but acused me of saying that he was lying, I’m so unhappy and mad that he could speak to me with such little disrespect and vile attitude when I am a regular customer. Something needs to be done now

Curry’s were all rather watery and non distinctive by taste, meat, rice and naan were good.

First time ordering from Zeera Lounge and really impressed. Food was great, arrived in good time (sorry we didn't have change for the delivery driver - will make sure we do next time) and was piping hot when it arrived. Was reluctant to use JustEat again after a terrible experience last time when ordering from Tandoori Gate, but Zeera Lounge have more than made up for this and we will be ordering again from here. One of our mains was forgotten in the delivery and we had to wait another 15 mins for it to be delivered separately. We were somewhere pleased that some free papadoms were added.

We booked this deal as staying in Chichester. It was an attractive looking restaurant inside and out. We were the only diners. The starters ok, main courses the chicken was rubbery & chewy. Ordered a vegetable dish as an extra, waited ages for the bill.

Shocking, chicken very pink and missing item. Told to report both items not arrived so that I couldn’t raise issue with chicken not being cooked through. Shame I can’t add photo

We ordered takeaway online and had to select a delivery time slot, the slot we selected was over an hour away from the time we placed the order. When the delivery was 20 minutes past the end of the half hour slot we had selected I rang to enquire about it to get a very gruff, it's on it's way, no apology for the lateness or anything. It arrived and we unpacked it to find an item missing so I called back and again no apology or anything just said they would come back with it, I said by the time it gets here the rest of the food will be cold to be told that "curry doesn't get cold that quick" I said it does when it doesn't start particularly hot. The missing dish did arrive but the whole lot was inedible due to being cold. I understand mistakes get made so my issue is more with their attitude toward me. We certainly wont bother with these again.

Went for a spur of the moment Friday night curry with my partner. The restaurant was rathe quiet with not many customers. My partners coke was warm and my cider came without ice which was a shame. The service was good, the food come out promptly and was overall excellent quality. Great spices, fresh flavoursome vegetables, tender meat and good portions. The side dishes were generous and very well cooked. I look forward to my next visit,

Food was great but late due to problem at restaurant

Went to Bognor Regis for the weekend, and was feeling quite hungry so looked around and found this Indian restaurant called Zeera, it was immaculately clean, had very nice decor, with blue relaxing lights, the waiter that served us was called Mohammad, but liked to be called Raymond, was very helpful, and we ordered our meal, which was cooked and served in a decent amount of time, was really freshly cooked, tasty, and plenty of it, the onion bharjies were the best ever, the meal was so good that we went again the next evening, and will go again when next in Bognor Regis

It was a little late but food was amazing it was worth the wait I will definitely be ordering from here again!!

Had a very tasty meal with my friends , but there no atmosphere and staff a little cold as was the temperature in the restaurant. Just a little more of a smile from staff would help but couldn't fault the food.

I was really looking forward to having my favourite cuisine as it is a treat for me. I get the call to say oh I’m here and the driver wasn’t there as they were lost, to which they said that they had actually driven past the area. But for £13.95 I paid for 2 bits of prawn and loads of sauce. Won’t be using them again unless they want to give me a free order

I visited the Zeera Lounge with a group of friends, on a Wednesday evening. The restaurant was very quiet, and apart from two other customers, we were the only people dining. The food was ordered and took quite a while to be served. All fifteen meals arrived at the tables together and immediately everyone were impressed with the presentation. I ordered the Tandoori Mixed Grill and thoroughly enjoyed my meal. It was the birthday of one of our friends and (the cake was provided by another friend) the waiter kindly lit the candles and delivered the cake to the birthday boy. He even played happy birthday on the restaurants music system. Everyone enjoyed the evening, the food was good and we will certainly make a return visit to the Zeera Lounge.

We have just had our third takeaway from here, and every time the food has been absolutely amazing!!! Beautifully cooked, good size portions, fantastic flavours! We will never use another takeaway since discovering this one. Delivery is always prompt and the food arrives piping hot. Cannot fault this place in any way. 💕

Came here for dinner with my partner, the service was terrible from the beginning, I was served a warm coke and was told if I want it to be cold I should of had ice, the man serving was so rude and was very unwelcoming, food was average, when it came to the bill I asked for the coke to be removed one of the staff members said yes, until it was produced at the table and the coke still on there the man serving kicked off and told me I should of chose not to have a drink if I wanted it removed and snatched the bill out of my hand and walked off, all in all a rubbish restaurant and will not be returning do not recommend.

We had chicken korma and egg fried rice, lots off rice and the chicken was cooked perfectly. 👍 Only complaint was that the naan bread was a little over done👎. Free poppadoms is always a good thing too. 😃

Came here with a Groupon Voucher. All worked and straight forward. The food was good, but we have had better. The service was quick, but very sterile, you were not made to feel like a welcomed customer. Would we eat here again, probably not.

4 of us visited for the first time on a Saturday night. Food was enjoyable and service ok. My husband asked for his curry extra hot but it was brought out as normal, didn’t stop him eating it though.

I should have known when I phoned to book our meal that we were not going to enjoy our evening.

We were really looking forward to a curry so decided to order 3 meals and sides from Zeera Lounge. The order was placed online, on their website, at 5.15pm but knew they didn’t open until 5.30pm. Selected delivery time between 6pm to 6.30pm which included a £1.00 delivery for some reason, the website says free delivery for orders over £18. Come 6.30pm it still hadn’t arrived so gave them a call. Not ready they said. Probably another 15 minutes. We weren’t impressed so said we would go and collect. On arrival at the shop we were told it still wasn’t ready so we waited patiently. After another 10 minutes I insisted on collecting the food. Again told that it wasn’t ready and would we like free drinks while waiting. Absolutely not. At this point I said don’t bother and I wanted a refund. Nobody knew what to do including the manager who made an appearance with our food. Again I declined the food and insisted on a refund. To rub salt in to the wound he said I had to ring a number to get a refund as he didn’t know how to do it! Miraculously, on advising him that I would be happy to take cash, he denied having any cash in the till, then proceeded to pick up the card terminal and process my refund!!! I collected the money to my card and advised him to enjoy the food they had taken an hour and a half to cook!! Never again -I have a life to live !!!

Delivered one incorrect curry so had to wait until they brought round the correct curry while the rest went cold. Not much taste to the whole meal. Popadoms tasted stale. Rude and poor on the one when asked about incorrect curry.

We got a groupon voucher to try this place out. The portion sizes were really good but we got offered stale popadoms and had to pay for these- disappointing.

Food was cold on arrive almost 40 mins after expected arrival time 30 mins after email to say food was on its way. Popadoms were so stale you could bend them in half with out them snapping. Absolute joke. Last time I order from there

Grumpy service from a man who was more interested in his phone than the customers. Music one minute on and off the next so difficult to have a conversation. Menu confusing with no proper descriptions- just names of dishes printed on A4 piece of paper,giving very cheap and amateur impression. Poor old decor of the place. Food alright but nothing to write home about. Will not be returning as there are better Indian places in town.

Went in for an early dinner and was impressed by both the service and the food. Dishes were explained clearly and presented beautifully. We didn't have to wait long and the waiters were polite,attentive and friendly. Delicious dishes and calm atmosphere with authentic Indian music playing. Will return.

The food was warm and not hot enough, suggesting it had been waiting around. We arrived at the time given on just eat. The nann bread was hard, not able to bit through some parts of it. The nann was cheese and garlic but there was little in it. The poppadoms appeared to have been made a while befor collection. Disappointed as food there is normally lovely.

This used to be an excellent restaurant, we lived up the road and visited regularly. I have no idea what has happened, but there seems to be new owners and the food is, well, inedible in my case. The papodoms were singed so tasted burnt, the onion bhajis required steak knifes to cut. A simple chicken biriani was served as a dome of rice and a vegetable curry that was thin, tasteless and without a trace of a fresh spice or herb. They’ve also put the prices up. Would have been no stars. A once excellent place, ruined.

Bit tight that you don't get any free poppadoms, despite spending 20 odd quid. Food was okay. No salad with the prawn puri and it was very tomatoey. Korma was decent. Biryani average.

I thought that was the worst meal I've had, there was no taste, the rice was watery, chicken tikka Masala is one of my favourite meals from an Indian restaurant so I have had it quite often, it's a shame cos this is my 3rd meal from this restaurant and the other 2 wasn't bad at all, I just think this meal was rushed as the restaurant opened at 17:30 and my meal was delivered 18:10 which was 10 mins early.

Firstly this is my first ever review but I need to let people know to never eat here. It was my wife’s birthday and we traveled 250 miles to visit her family and booked in to eat here it all seemed ok st first until our food arrived. It was like boil in the bag food but didn’t complain until I found a big black hair in my food so complained which he said I’ll not charge you for you tikka dish but I was put off my food and couldn’t eat anymore and then my daughter found one in hers and they tried saying it was from us which it definitely wasn’t. We all left our food and still ended up paying the full amount. My worst ever experience in an Indian.

It was a very quiet midweek dinner, so there was little buzz to the place. But it's nicely decorated in a modern way. The food was good, the service friendly but unobtrusive, the prices fair. We'd be happy to go back.

Staff very pleasant but food was nothing special. Probably wouldn't visit again although it was a nice touch to be offered cocktails
