It is a basic hotel. Advantages are: -Good location -Soundproof so no nuisance -Good bed Disadvantages are: -Small room -No storage space for clothes and stuff etc -No toilet brush -Only 2 towels -Too soft pillow I would recommend it but don't expect too much. It is a basic hotel good for a few days. It is clean and very nice.

Following a handling error, I made a mistake on the dates. My stay was supposed to be from May 2 to May 4, but I mistakenly entered the dates from April 2 to April 4. The hotel didn’t want to hear anything! No commercial gesture on their part, and no response to my requests. They refused to change the dates, even after offering extra from me. This is unacceptable, especially for the price paid! Due to a handling mistake, I made an error with the dates. My stay was supposed to be from May 2nd to May 4th, but I mistakenly entered the dates from April 2nd to April 4th. The hotel didn’t want to listen! No customer service, no response at all! They refused to change the dates, even after I offered to pay the difference. This is unacceptable, especially for the price I paid!

I’ve been trying to get a hold of someone over the phone and it’s impossible. Their WhatsApp is not available and my comments on IG have been deleted. As per your policy a non refundable rate can be amended by paying a £50 fee and a difference in rate and I got an email saying there is nothing you can do so basically contradicting your own website terms. Says to email reservations, reservations email has an automated response asking to contact the hotel via WhatsApp which I already mentioned is not available or via phone which I already said no one picks it up. I am stuck in a loop. I do not recommend the hotel at all

ketan was good... nice hotel Check-out was originally at 10 o'clock, but I mistakenly thought it was 11 o'clock and told the front desk, but the staff member said she had a way and extended it to 11 o'clock with no charge, and she wrote the post above. Originally, you had to pay an extra charge.

This hotel gives you everything you need for a great stay in London. Great location— less than five minutes from Chinatown and “The Phantom of the Opera” and many other shows were 3-4 minutes away. Very close to restaurants and shops. New towels daily. From Heathrow, an easy train ride with no transfers all the way to Piccadilly Circus. Although they do charge 15£ to store luggage, there are many neighboring luggage storages that charge much less than that leas than 4 minutes away from the hotel like Bounce.

My sister and I booked this hotel through a travel agent. They made some mistakes when booking, which meant we didn't get a room. However, when we explained our problem to Lucky, he immediately set about finding a solution and even though he said he couldn't guarantee us anything, he single-handedly made sure that we got the room we wanted in less than 10 minutes, despite the wrong booking. We only have him to thank for this and that is why we can only more than recommend the hotel and especially the helpfulness of the staff and Lucky.

This used to be a great little minimalist den in central London but it's not coping with heavy use. Our previous visit the room was damaged but just OK, this one was like a prison cell - full light or nothing, not a single comfort. This morning it was suggested I could have argued for a better room. Nobody should have to do that, and there's no way this room was acceptable. We will be seeking a refund and not staying again - since the prices went up you can get a normal fully featured hotel room for these prices.

The room has no windows and zero sound proofing so it's good for sleeping, if you have ear plugs. But you it's also very small and has no room for your things. You'll have to keep it all in your suitcase. The cleaners just swapped my towels and left the dirty sheets umade. Didn't though the bed at all and didn't empty the bin or clean anything. Good location but overpriced for a cramped room with no sound proofing and a lack of any light and terrible cleaning "service"

This is our second time in London. We tend to make the most of our time in the cities we visit, so we know we're only going to sleep. It does its job, after a day spent visiting places it becomes a place of tranquility and disconnection from the hustle and bustle of the city centre. Modern and clean, we love the way it's designed. The only drawback is the maze that can be getting to the room. We recommend it and we think it's our safe choice if we visit London again.

We booked for 4 nights of which 2 we were unable to sleep due to the work done inside the hotel, we are in the center of London and we spent more than 600 euros of which 60 to postpone check-out which was also useless because we were unable to sleep a wink due to the noise caused. The rooms are tiny, with no windows, and without a hairdryer

Despite the very good location of the hotel, some defects remain. It is a little cold in the rooms even though reversible air conditioning is present. There is no daily cleaning service, just a stopover to replace our towels and give us a roll of toilet paper. It is also missing some accessories such as a hair dryer, a toilet brush, a shower mat. However, the location is the beauty of this hotel, it is located a few steps from all the shops of Piccadilly, 100 meters from the Chinatown district and very accessible by transport

I stayed at Zedwell Piccadilly Circus for two days and was very satisfied with their hospitality. The room was clean and well-maintained. During my breaks, I visited the café and enjoyed coffee and snacks, and I was really happy with the service. A lady named Neg or Nigin ( Apologies if I spell it wrong) was exceptionally professional and had a very polite and respectful attitude. Highly recommend both the hotel and the café!

Last week, I stayed at Zedwell Piccadilly Circus and had a great experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-managed. I also visited the café a few times and was really impressed with the service. Negen the barista, made me a fantastic coffee and was extremely professional and kind. This is review of the cafe downstairs. The coffee is abysmal. I ordered a latte and the barista was in the middle of making another coffee already and proceeded to give me the one she was making before I had ordered. It was full of airy foam. I then told her I had ordered a latte and this was moreso a cappuccino and she insisted she had given me a latte. She made me another but honestly, they remained both watery and weak and the foam was airy and puffy again as if I had bought a coffee from an instant coffee machine. The space is large, spacious and quiet. Ideal for working if in a pinch.

Room: The toilet was to high For me and I am 1,80. The shower wasn’t getting warm and stoppend sometimes, The sink and shower where a bit dirty. Location; no compains. I do not recommend this hotel. My experience at Zedwell Piccadilly Circus was extremely disappointing. The room we were given did not match the photos shown at the time of booking, and to make things worse, we found blood stains on the bed sheets. When we informed the front desk, they told us there was nothing they could do until the next day as the hotel was fully booked. Due to the unacceptable hygiene conditions and the lack of immediate solutions, we had no choice but to leave the hotel and find another place to stay, causing us extra expenses and a lot of inconvenience. Despite reporting the situation, the hotel refused to offer a refund and instead offered a 20% discount for a future stay, which is completely unreasonable considering that we had to leave precisely because of such a serious issue. Definitely not the service, safety, or quality you expect when booking accommodation.

We used the luggage storage service upon departure and were surprised when they offered us a £15 discount in exchange for leaving a positive review on their website. This seemed like a dishonest practice, as reviews should be genuine and not incentivized. Moreover, the service itself did not justify this kind of manipulation: the staff was not particularly friendly, and the overall experience was disappointing. I would not recommend this place to those looking for an honest and transparent service.

Cannon location But nothing else Certainly the price is really attractive but there are a lot of negative points I think on reflection I would have preferred to pay more for a better room in another hotel. 1. You have to pay 15 francs per suitcase to leave them. Bags counted as suitcases. So there were three of us, that’s 90 francs for suitcases. 2. The room was ready but for us to return 30 minutes earlier we had to pay 40 francs more 3. Housekeeping is not done. It's vrm deg 4. No hair dryer. 5. No privacy 6. No toilet brush 7. We hear everything, we live with the people next door… 8. Breakfast 15 francs for a croissant and coffee 9. Cleaning is not done on a 5 day reservation…. So a small space like that quickly becomes even dirtier 10. We had to ask for new linens ourselves 11. It was 9 a.m., we were woken up by the staff who wanted to go into our room, for I don't know what because they told us that cleaning would be done after we left, so okay? 12. I find that the ventilation in the room is not good Otherwise security is good But in short NULL NULL NULL NULL

If you are OK with the concept then this is a good place to stay. This is not a traditional hotel room. It is a small room the size of a closet with a bed on the floor and a glass wall between the bed and toilet/shower. There are no windows in the rooms. No drawer or dresser. No vanity or shelf to put out your toothbrush. Heat and air conditioner for each room works great and there is a good ventilation system. This is an OK size for a couple or a single person. You can hear music from a bar so make sure you are on a high floor. 40 pounds to check in an hour early is a scam. They provided new towels and toilet paper every day which was appreciated. This hotel was extremely clean and new/modern. There is a fitness center. Located at picadilly circus, near all of the attractions, culture and nightlife of west end London, and near Soho and Regent St. shopping area.

The lack of windows in the hotel made it feel depressing, and the lack of any other facilities apart from beds and bathrooms made it very unsuitable for families.There was no hairdryer in the room and needing a hairdryer I was told would cost extra.The bed sheets and duvet cover were not sure if they had been changed since the last traveller left, they were a bit dirty on the top.This hotel does not offer free luggage storage, they charge by the piece and it's expensive, 15 pounds for a single piece (I heard it depends on the person, some are 10 pounds some are 5 pounds).Check in time is very late until about 2.30pm and there is a hefty charge of 40 pounds for early check in.Check out time is also very early, to check out at 10am, no check out take pos to knock on the door.Can't really think of anything good about this hotel other than the fact that it's in a good location.

DO NOT STAY HERE! My friend and I stayed at this establishment during our one-year exchange program and encountered a severe bed bug infestation that completely ruined our experience. We were traumatized and had to discard numerous clothes and personal belongings due to contamination. The management's response was utterly inadequate. They attempted to downplay the situation, offering us a different room and a complimentary breakfast, which consisted merely of a croissant and coffee. When we reached out via email to request proper compensation for our losses and distress, we received no response—a typical display of their disregard for guest welfare. I strongly advise against staying at this place. The combination of unsanitary conditions and unresponsive management poses a significant risk to your health and peace of mind. Avoid this establishment at all costs.

Very good value for money but a very stripped down experience. Rooms have no TV or clothes storage and a walk in shower so can feel a little claustrophobic. The big advantage of this place is that you are in close proximity to everything in central London so for some is worth the trade off if you are only looking for somewhere to put your head down. Very clean and modern otherwise. Great value compared to similar places.

Room was clean and comfortable as a base to do the sight seeing and shows which we came for. No thrills but it was what we were expecting from previous stay. I highly recommend staying here if you’re going to one of the many theatres in the area, also the tube station and bus stops are in minutes of the hotel so you can get around easily. Get the TfL go app this was a real help for getting around or you can use Google maps.

There is absolutely nothing in the room except 1 double bed and 1 single bed, no table, no chair, no storage... Also there is no window, you don't know what time it is or what time of day it is, which is not stated on the page, so you better not be claustrophobic! And the bathroom is the worst: there is no privacy because it is separated from the bedroom by a glass wall! It is also very difficult to take a shower without washing your hair because there is only a standing shower. As for the towels, you get one large and one small hand towel for all three people. The breakfast is minimal, the lunch package, the staff slow and unfriendly. Positive points: great location. In short, I will not return to this hotel.

Really bad experience as I arrived at 11pm. They could not find my booking and told me that it was my problem and I need go contact the agency. After some challenge they found I was not the only one with the issue, that was driven by their systems, and give me a room, different from what I booked. Then, no internet or signal available. Understand that is minimalistic, but no where to hang a coat and no table to put even your phone.

Zedwell Hotel – Absolutely Awful! Avoid at All Costs! Looks like they deleted my first review—so here we go again! I stayed at Zedwell Hotel on 21st Feb, and honestly, it was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The only good thing about it? The location. It’s right in the middle of Piccadilly Circus. But that’s where the positives end. The room (or “cocoon” as they call it) was tiny. I could touch both walls at the same time, and the bed was squeezed in less than a foot from the door. The shower and toilet were practically on top of the bed, making the whole space feel ridiculously cramped—so much so that it felt like I was inside myself. To make things worse, the shower overflowed and flooded into the bedroom area. If you’re thinking of staying here, do not leave anything on the floor unless you want it soaked. But the absolute worst part? Both my partner and I woke up covered in bites. One on my leg was so bad—purple, swollen, and painful—that I ended up in A&E the next day because I could barely put weight on it. A hotel in central London having a serious health issue like this is beyond disgusting. And as if that wasn’t enough, getting any sleep was a joke. The whole night, all we could hear was the thumping bass of a club next door (or above us?), so loud that it felt like we were in the club bathroom. The noise never stopped. If you don’t have noise-cancelling headphones, forget about sleeping. This place needs a full health inspection immediately. DO NOT STAY HERE!

My stay at the Zedwell Piccadilly Circus Hotel was supposed to be a pleasant experience, but unfortunately it turned out to be a nightmare. The hotel has a great location - it is located in the heart of London, right next to Piccadilly Circus, which makes it an ideal place for quick access to the city's attractions. The minimalist design of the rooms and their soundproofing were supposed to promote comfort, and the lack of windows, although a bit strange, actually allowed for a good night's sleep. Unfortunately, none of this mattered anymore when I woke up with bites all over my body. It turned out that there were bedbugs in the room. Every morning I found new bite marks and the itching was unbearable. It was disgusting and completely ruined my stay. The hotel staff didn't seem particularly surprised, which suggests the problem may be well known to them. I wasn't offered any specific compensation other than a room change, but after such an experience, all I wanted was to get out of there as soon as possible and forget about the whole situation. It's really sad, because the hotel has a lot of potential - great location, modern interior and good soundproofing. But what's the point if basic hygiene leaves much to be desired? Failure to respond to such a serious problem as bedbugs shows great negligence. If it weren't for this, I could probably recommend this place. Unfortunately, the presence of insects completely ruins it. If you don't want to risk an unpleasant surprise and having to fight the bites when you get home, I advise you to avoid this place. For your own health and peace of mind.

!!! WARNING: BEDBUGS INFESTATION!!!! Don't be fooled by the positive reviews about this hotel. As soon as we arrived, we noticed that the rooms were dirty: strangers' hair, dust in the corners and under the mattresses. After two days, my body was covered in red bites. Reporting the problem to reception, we were poorly received. Yes, we were offered to change rooms, but we were also promised a steam treatment for our clothes, which was never done. Only the exterior of our suitcases was cleaned, which is useless when there are bedbugs inside. When we asked for an explanation of this failure, the staff became rude and demanded proof of the presence of bedbugs. It goes without saying that the rooms are extremely poorly designed: they have no windows, which makes them dark and stuffy. The bathrooms are entirely glazed, offering a total lack of privacy. As for the shower, it is fixed to the ceiling, without the possibility of adjustment, making its use impractical and uncomfortable.

You can't beat the location right in the middle of Piccadilly next to theaters, restaurants, and public transport. Having no windows in the bedroom was unusual but it was very calm and relaxing, and we didn't plan to spend much time inside anyway. The room was extremely clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. We asked for extra pillows and those were brought up as requested. After booking we saw some reviews that mentioned bed bugs, so when we arrived we checked the room and bed very thoroughly. Everything was very clean, the mattress and bedding looked basically brand new. Our only complaint is that the bathroom was divided with a translucent glass wall and sliding glass door that didn't fully close (there was a small gap on the side, plus a hole where the handle is). The ventilation was good so there were no issues with dampness or smells, but it does mean there's not much privacy. Staff was really friendly, especially Juliano in the baggage room who was very helpful, great service. They also had security at the entrance during the night.

I found this hotel in the center of London and the cost per night is relatively low for London. The hotel is popular among both tourists and lovers of walking and having fun in London. The room is super minimal. The room has no windows, divided by a glass partition behind which there is a shower, washbasin, and toilet. The room also has a mirror on the wall, something like a nightstand and a bed. More precisely, not even a bed, but something like a platform where the mattress lies. The bed was clean. Two towels and a shower mat. There are tiles on the floor. Quite clean. There is air conditioning. In the shower there is shampoo and shower gel. In principle, if you just need to spend one night, this is a great option.

This is basically an expensive hostel in a great location. The rooms are micro with absolutely no amenities. No windows, no TV, no kettle. Bare minimum. The lower floors are noisy because of the location of the hotel. The location is the only redeeming quality of the hotel. Right at the heart of London. But for the price you can find much better in London.

While the location is perfect it was pretty expensive for how basic it is. My room looked NOTHING like the photos they advertise. It was literally a big square room with a bed and nothing else. I assumed I had one of the accessible rooms as the bathroom was big and would be easy for someone with mobility issues to get around. However as someone who does not need that space I was confused as to why I got it. There were no cozy vibes, no fun lighting, literally just a bed in a box.

Would have been 5 stars but I think you need to rethink the lack of hairdryers. I understand the philosophy of ‘nothing you don’t need’ and not having them in the rooms, but to not lend them out from reception? And the ‘solution’ is a distant ‘beauty room’ that has been blocked by another guest when I get there? I don’t have space in my easyjet luggage to bring my own unfortunately. Worth a rethink and maybe make sure that the decision makers on this point have more hair than the average male executive.

A long weekend in London with my beautiful lady and after a busy walking day we were onto our 2nd Marylebone pub. And a super pub it is!! Hidden away in the back streets with plenty of locals we loved it. Unfortunately they were closing for a private function an hour later but no matter we still enjoyed the beer and atmosphere in a quirky small pub. And…..they had a millennium falcon flying above the bar which was a real bonus. Strange little cubbyhole areas which can be reserved was another feature I have never seen before!! Nice bar staff….shame we couldn’t stay longer….but we will be back!!

The food here is great, and the staff are very quick to refil any glasses of water you may have. The Honey Rosted pork was a highlight of our last visit. The bathrooms, while not the most aesthetically pleasing, are always clean as they have a regular schedule for maintenance. The only downside was that after we paid, they were very quick to get us out the door.
