A comfortable stay for one night. Shamed, Jaspreet and Ranga were particularly helpful in arranging an early meal, taking the order delivering dinner.

This hotel is in the best location if you need the tube or train because it is next to victoria station and and not a far walk from many attractions. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. The room was spacious (family room) and the bathroom was clean. Elevators for strollers and accessibility. However, there is a lift for the outside stairs that needs staff assistance so we carried the stroller up a few stairs which was no problem. A person with a wheeler chair might need a little more time for the staff to assist with the outside lift. We walked to the tube every day and it was super convenient. The circle and district line is at the victoria tube station and connect with Paddington station too. We walked to the south bank down to the tower bridge and back through town to the hotel. It was a nice long walk but the hotel was the best location for us. It was much cheaper than hotels nearby. My travel agent couldn't get a better deal either! I was extremely happy with my choice. The only other thing was the tub is higher than the bathroom floor. It is a long step down out of the tub. there should be a better support bar to grab and hold on when getting out for the clumsy short old people like me. Not very much room for clothing if you like to take everything out on a long stay.

We stayed from 26/03 to 29/03. Negative things: the windows of the room couldn't be opened but there was air conditioning and the cleanliness of the room wasn't the best (we found things that weren't ours under the bed) Positive things: simple but complete breakfast, excellent location for moving around independently, comfortable although basic rooms, very helpful and kind staff and very attentive to children (they always gave little gifts after breakfast), very comfortable beds. overall I would definitely stay here again. Really excellent and kind staff, congratulations!

The hotel is good located at Victoria station and with good prices, best for us who wanted to be close to the bus departures for Harry Potter Studios. Mohit Bali at the reception was incredible helpful and as the rest of the team in the reception and restaurant very friendly. The family room was big and my kids got their own beds instead of a bed sofa. Breakfast was completely and tasty and the girls serving were so friendly with the support with gluten free food😋

I expected a very small room because it was London, but there was more space than I expected and the location was perfect for going to see Big Ben or the London Eye! Above all, it was great to take a bus from London Airport to Victoria Coach Station, and it was a short walk away, and it was very convenient as it only took one bus to go to Luton Airport the next day :) I think I will visit again next time I come to London!

The hotel is well located, the value for money was good, it was clean, the breakfast was OK BUT two points were not good at all: when we arrived the room was very cold and not heated at all, it even felt almost like it's in a refrigerator, I've never experienced it like that before. We were then given a mobile radiator and together with the air conditioning, the room was finally warm when we returned. There was also a very unpleasant experience. Our daughter forgot her pajamas under the covers and they weren't found?!?

Nice location. 3 stars is being generous. Premier plus room was tiny and the worse we've ever stayed in. Breakfast not great. Had a mouldy pillow when we checked in. Room didn't have a window that opened at all. Which left the room with a damp feeling.

They currently seem rather understaffed on reception and the restaurant. I waited over 30 minutes to ask for a menu in the restaurant after being seated, only to wait another lengthy period to order, and again to finally receive my food. My room was spacious, but there seemed to be an issue with damp in the bathroom. The location is fantastic for nearby shops and public transportation links. The food was reasonable, but I won't be staying again due to the slow service and quality of the rooms when there are nicer Premier Inns nearby.

Amazing location near Victoria station but extremely disappointing room and service. We paid for the “plus” rooms which ended up on the 5th floor with NO working elevator our entire trip. Coming internationally with nearly 10 bags between our two room party made this unacceptable but the staff did not seem to care. We asked on Friday if the elevator was going to be fixed after it wasn’t working for over 24 hours and the one person at the front desk (who admittedly is overwhelmed with people) stated she “hoped” it would get fixed but “it’s the weekend” so who knows. It was Friday afternoon during business hours, is that the weekend in the UK? It did NOT get fixed and there wasn’t so much as an apology or an offer to do anything to make it right or even help us with our bags. We witnessed elderly people and families with scrollers struggle to get to their rooms multiple times and it was utterly ridiculous. We’ve stayed here before in the regular rooms and somehow the upgraded room was smaller and exceptionally uncomfortable. The room temperature at night was atrociously warm making it nearly impossible to sleep. Between the uncomfortable nights sleep and barely being able to get to our room, we were desperately disappointed in the lack of hospitality at this location. Unfortunately, do not recommend and won’t be staying here again in the future.

Although it was expensive given the time of year (English schools get off later than our NI schools or Scottish), it is hard to fault the experience that I had here. The staff were really lovely and easy to talk to, very welcoming. Breakfast was excellent, with loads of food and plenty of choice. The room was spot on with a well equipped bathroom and a superb mattress. I slept like a baby both nights (17th and 18th July 2024). Very quiet. If I had to pick one negative it'd be the small size of the restaurant which is used for breakfast and the slightly poky (small) rooms. However it was more than adequate for my needs. I was working from the hotel (not enough annual leave left) and wasn't once disturbed by housekeepers (you have to specify if you want room cleaned). Even on the day of check out I was able to work in the bar beside reception - the receptionist even made me a cappuccino on the house - what a hero. Location is spot on, 2 minutes from loads of shops, food takeaway and restaurants as well as Victoria Station. Near to my favourite coffee shop in London (Formative coffee) too. Highly recommended and I will be back!

The food here is great, and the staff are very quick to refil any glasses of water you may have. The Honey Rosted pork was a highlight of our last visit. The bathrooms, while not the most aesthetically pleasing, are always clean as they have a regular schedule for maintenance. The only downside was that after we paid, they were very quick to get us out the door.

A long weekend in London with my beautiful lady and after a busy walking day we were onto our 2nd Marylebone pub. And a super pub it is!! Hidden away in the back streets with plenty of locals we loved it. Unfortunately they were closing for a private function an hour later but no matter we still enjoyed the beer and atmosphere in a quirky small pub. And…..they had a millennium falcon flying above the bar which was a real bonus. Strange little cubbyhole areas which can be reserved was another feature I have never seen before!! Nice bar staff….shame we couldn’t stay longer….but we will be back!!

What a nasty experience. We booked the Teppanyaki restaurant at The Colony Club weeks in advance for our anniversary. It was meant to be a special night. My partner made the booking through OpenTable, and I was sent a separate email to confirm attendance. I accepted the invite. I read the policy. Nowhere in that email was I told that I would need a physical ID. If it was, I would have brought it. I almost always do. But this was a special occasion. I carried a small purse and was intentional about what I brought. On the night, traffic was bad due to road closures. We spent nearly an hour trying to get there and attempted to call the restaurant multiple times. Their phone didn’t even connect. No ring, no message, just dead. We finally got through via live chat and explained we were delayed. About ten minutes before arrival, we were told we would need a physical ID to enter. My partner had his. I had a digital copy of my passport, but they refused to accept it. What followed was the most humiliating and unpleasant encounter I’ve ever had at a supposed luxury venue. We were met at the door by a bouncer, a Black man, whose attitude and tone were immediately dismissive. He didn’t care about what we had to say. We explained everything calmly. We were polite. We weren’t causing a scene. But he looked at us like we were nobodies and spoke to us as though we didn’t deserve to be there. He didn’t try to help. He didn’t care that we had travelled nearly an hour and made a reservation. He just shut us down cold. We asked to speak to someone else. He said no. His exact response was, “You’re not going in.” And that was that. Eventually, someone named Diego came out. For the first time, I felt heard. He explained the situation clearly, calmly, and with respect. He told us about the ID policy and why the venue requires it. At least he had the decency to treat us like human beings. My heart genuinely felt lighter speaking to him. But by then, it was too late. We were still denied entry. We asked for a refund. Refused. We asked to reschedule. Refused. We left hungry, embarrassed, and completely disappointed. A waste of time, effort, and money. This isn’t just about being denied entry. It’s about how we were spoken to. How we were dismissed. How there was no care, no warmth, and no accountability. The Colony Club needs to review the way their security staff treat people!! You cannot claim to be a luxury establishment and have staff who lack basic emotional intelligence and people skills.
