Would’ve given it 5* if people at the reception didn’t look down upon you. Had a membership, but they acted surprised that I had a membership. Not very welcoming. Restaurant is excellent. Each of the dishes are made to precision. Service is also good

I'm sure I visited this casino prior to the covid, and it seemed like a lovely casino. But, I turned up today, and apparently, I'm not good enough to come in :( despite their website claiming everyone was welcome and me already being a member of the Genting casino group

The atmosphere in Colony was great. There was a great variety of food to choose from, even for the kids. Service was top notch! Thanks Abdal. You were great!

Great Casino, restaurant and bar. Fully recommend the Teppanyaki Bar.

The ambiance is five star, retro stylish with the best linens and livery on the tables. The menu is modern European, Chinese and Thai and the food is super. Service is professional with bon homme and panache. A wine list that's a sommelier's dream. All told its a magical experience from a bygone era. Alas! One has to be a member to get in or at least know one to be invited to dine.

We ate at the TEPPANYAKI BAR and the service, the wine and most importantly the food was just perfection. I couldn't eat some of the food (I can only eat certain fish ) but they ensured I was catered for and looked after. They was so wonderful and made me feel so special. The staff was just amazing.

In centro, a Mayfair, questo ristorante è al piano superiore rispetto al Club Casinò situato al piano terra. Menù internazionale, cucina indiana, cucina giapponese, possibilità sempre di avere qualcosa di "italiano" (pasta). Cibo ottimo, personale cortese e attento, vini ottimi. Ristorante di ottima fattura e adeguato al posto chic in cui è inserito.

The staff at the upstairs restaurant make this one of my regular dinning locations in London. There was also a lovely 2012 Gran Reserva Rioja on the wine list that topped off our scrumptious group meal.

Great place to visit but this is a members casino and has a private members club attached. Great food and great decor. You will want to join. Also as I am lucky enough to be a member I know there are some great events coming up.

Took FOR-EV-ER to get drinks despite it being virtually empty. I asked our waitress about the wait, she rolled her eyes, and whispered something to the manager. The manager came over to us immediately and told us to leave. We said why and the manager threatened to get security if we did not leave. We were not about to get into a fight so we ran out of there as quickly as possible. I still don’t get what happened but I know I will never go back.

Our first trip to London. Concierge recommend Colony. There is a casino on the 1st floor tucked away behind reception & coat room. Restaurant is upstairs. Very friendly greeting at reception. Seated right away. So many nice gestures I can't remember them all... pulling chairs out for both of us. Handing napkins to us. Hot towels before dinner. Menu was excellent however, after only taking glance over I immediately knew what I wanted, Dover Sole Meuniere, filet. Excellent presentation with boiled new potatoes. So delicious and flaky. Meuniere was Seasoned perfectly. My partner had Filet Mignon with Bernaise. Tender as could be and cooked perfectly. Truffles for dessert. Magnificent. Highly recommend.

One of the best places to be in London for amazing food, cocktails and casino... if you are looking for a afterparty that go on after 4am, this is where you need to be... expensive and exclusive... dress to impresses and you will be treated with respect... 😀😀😀

Lovely place but the bar downstairs is quite pricey at night.

Really nice bar, would have gave it 5* but only 1 waitresse was rude... No customer service, attitude for days pretty chick but i would get her working as bathroom attendant cause her attitude was so stinky.. She lets the bar down, think she was the manager @ the bar

First time and highly impressive. Great menu, wonderful environment and great service.

The cash machine dispenses £50 notes. Minimum hand on blackjack is £10.

Friends in London invited us and another couple for drinks and dinner at this lovely venue. We had drinks in the ground floor bar and then went upstairs for dinner. This is an unusual restaurant as it serves Lebanese, Asian and European food. They also have a Teppanyaki bar. So everyone can choose whatever they feel like eating. All the food tasted wonderful and we had a very nice evening with our friends.

Shame this next to Hilton ..Be careful of Bar when buying drink they steal money they think we don't know the Currency Of pound they take extra money and also I ask the supervisor to check my bet witch I bet they was rude this happen today around 3 o'clock on 13/08/ 2018

One of the best Bar, Resturent and Casino in London.

Food was excellent and restaurant service was good but concierge parking service was despicable. I left my car with the doorman for parking services and when it returned it was scratched.

I am a member of the Ceasers Casinos- so they rejected my membership!! I wrote to them asking why- and they did not even bother to reply. I went in as a guest of my wife and there was hardly any crowd- no one on the blackjack table!!

I didn't go to the Casino but the dining room was interesting with a tv screen creating the illusion of a tropical setting. Food was fusion, service was ok.

Restaurant is Good, pricey but decent food, Casino is OK, but beware for no reason or any reason without notice they will block you, not allowing access to any Genting Casinos. It Picks and chooses its clients, basically middle east only.

One of the best place to eat drink and gamble if you dare

Llegamos en el Colony Club y la señora de recepción era bastante desagradable para ser honesto y nos preocupemos acerca de comer allí. Cuando fuimos al restaurante, el personal era excelente. La comida era fantástica, y a la izquierda hay una sensación muy completo y muy especial. Gracias a todos.

El personal era muy amable y atento, y la opción de menú era muy bueno y muy sabroso, definitivamente se re visita.

Went into the bar with 2 other friends on Friday night.. We were innocently trying to enjoy a girls night out. When we went to the bathroom we couldn't help but notice a lot of 'prostitutes/escorts' were hanging around talking about their clients for the evening.. That immediately made us want to leave. We ordered a drink at the bar and began to take a few pics but then the security guard abruptly told us no photos were allowed! He was extremely aggressive and rude. We made the decision to leave because quite frankly we didn't feel safe in this venue. AVOID at all costs! So many beautiful places in London with impeccable service!

There are no many restaurants in London which can offer 3 different cusines. The food in Colony is superb. the teppanyaki table can put extra flair on your dinner and the indian food is outstanding.In the unlikely event that you gone out with a friend who loves Chinese, you are at the right place. All of you can enjoy the dinner of your choice. I love Colony as you never get tired with the food.You get attentive service and certainly quality food and drinks.

Awful. Waited long times for drinks and when complaining the manager refused to Say sorry or help. Told Other manager Gary Moor would speak to us but he was at bar very cosy laughing with young girls.Very sleazy. Not good for Arabs.

Colony Club is one of my favourites in the whole of London. Located in the heart of Mayfair, close to Park Lane it oozes style, luxury and finesse. Started the night with a couple of cocktails which were beautifully made at the amazing bar located on the ground floor. We then moved upstairs to the Teppanyaki Bar where we were warmly greeted by our very talented chef and his team. We ordered the mixed platter which was served with rice and cooked in front of us with a gorgeous beach background. This venue is very special. The service was impeccable, the decor and the ambience was nothing less than perfect. General manager Gary and his team were outstanding. Can't wait to go back. Thank you Colony. Keep up the good work. X

We went there at 4 am due to its 24 hours service. A guy came to us while we were standing on the queue, he said we need to pay £1000 to book a table!? Of course we went another place after that answer...

I went to this club with some friends, we had been in the club for a few hours and the service was noticeably poor - slow drinks service, rude staff, etc... When we ordered the last round of cocktails we waited over 30 minutes for them to be delivered - at which point we all decided to move on to another club. We offered to pay and leave without receiving the drinks at which point we were advised not to pay and to leave the club immediately.I don't think a small group of people having a quiet evening out should be treated so rudely and receive such poor service, so I would like to advise potential patrons to avoid this place. There are other clubs in the area which offer service with a smile and will appreciate your business.

I have been to the Colony Club for drinks with friends a couple of times. Both times, we were very satisfied with the quality of cocktails and the selection of champagne and wine, but a bit disappointed with the quality of the service.Last time, we ordered a bottle of champagne and when we asked for the bill, we were charged more than 10£ extra, compared to the price on the drinks list. This was excluding service charge. When we asked for clarification, we were told they had applied a "after 11pm" charge, of which we were never informed.Moreover, we ordered our drinks way before 11, it was 10:30pm when we did, but the waitress insisted on making us pay this charge.She then understood we were not wiling to pay for it and took it off the bill. It was a bit frustrating and ruined our excellent impression of the bar.It's a shame because, if the staff were friendlier, this bar could become a massive Mayfair hotspot for drinks.

Echoing the streamlined contours and motifs of an age of romance and sophistication, The Colony's unique style has been perfectly realised to recreate an effervescent atmosphere with a very contemporary twist.

It was an experience that a friend of mine wanted to enjoy. She actually won some money. I found the place a bit seedy. It was well maintained but the general atmosphere was a place that was more like a men's club as I did not see many women there. A lot of smoke and late night atmostphere.

Everything was right about the Club; Greeting, waiter service, sommelier and the excellent food. Atmosphere is right, with the correct balance between being polite, attentive but also humorous and friendly too. Please keep it up! The meal was all one would expect from this area of London. The wine list was more than adequate to balance the menu at all stages of the meal.

Extremely racist to non Arabs. Very disappointed

Myself and my boyfriend have come here a few times for cocktails. They are pricey (starting at around £12 per drink) and we end up spending a lot but its all worth it! The bartenders put a lot of effort into each drink and if you sit at the bar it's fun to watch. Jack the bartender is a good laugh and makes the best drinks! Very cool and classy place, we always choose here for drinks.

What a fantastic evening! The staff are extremely accommodating and professional. We were celebrating a 50th birthday party with 20 guests and they arranged for reserved space at the bar on our arrival and time on the gaming floor as well. Definitely return. Many thanks to all at the Colony Club.

I usually take my family to this restaurant. We went there two weeks ago and the service, as usual, was great. I usuallyask for the fillet with foie grass, and it was very good although I felt they cut down the quantity of foie grass! However, I know any type of seafood or meat it will be a good choice. Wine was also good.

In the Beaumont Hotel. A great menu with something for anyone. Beautiful salads, Grilled meats for lunch and dinner. I had the gammon with pineapple. Solid Bloody Mary's to start. Great for couples and business lunches
