Returned again for lunch but found it is now changed name. Excellent service and food. Always worth a stop off

Never go to this “restaurant”. We bought tickets to the Beyoncé brunch and ordered 48 hours in advance as requested. When we got there, they did not have a table reserved for us and said we didn’t order in advance. We showed them the email receipt and they then left us standing for 45 mins. After chasing around the manager, he eventually found a table but had to move other paying guests to accomodate us. As we didn’t want to ruin other patrons time, we decided to leave at this point and were told we would receive a refund of £20, which is the ticket price (rip off). As we were finishing our drink before leaving, the manager practically pushed us out the door. This was 2 weeks ago and we STILL haven’t received anything, despite chasing numerous times. This “restaurant” obviously enjoys scamming their paying customers so please think carefully before stepping your foot through the door.

Went to Jakata for a girls night after hearing great reviews from a friend and it did not disappoint! Excellent service, delicious food, great atmosphere! The cocktail menu had something for everyone, we ended up in the basement dancing all night. Brilliant venue.

We had wonderful burgers which we ate out in the sun. Didn't wait long for a table, but I can imagine it would be busier on other days. Food was great and the waitress was very quick and attentive. Would recommend for lunch on a sunny day, or dinner and drinks any time

Me and my friends came here for a couple of drinks and the waiter spoke to me with such a bad attitude was very condescending. We decide to leave after one drink as this put us off from staying here.

En Zebrano, todos los trabajadores son muy amables y serviciales desde el principio y también me ofrecieron un cóctel de cortesía, pero luego de que se fue Albenian Guy, empezamos a tener problemas con nuestros servicios, ya que no pudimos conseguir nuestra bebida, aunque pedimos 3. veces, nos engañan mal sobre los ingredientes de los alimentos y los métodos de pago. Mientras tanto, no dijimos ninguna queja sobre nada.

I started to come here very often after discover the place thanks to some friends. The place has a really nice atmosphere, maybe a little too dark downstairs, but for a night out it's perfect. Restaurant upstairs always great, food is amazing (especially steaks and pulled beef burger) and staff really professional. I had the chance to meet Chiara. She's especially one of my favourite waitresses, always ready and really kind.

Group of 17 for a work party - staff in restaurant were very attentive and full of smiles as was the bar manager downstairs in club. Food was good - would defo recommend.

We hosted work hen doo for our friend here. We pre-booked and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful over the phone! Were very flexible and accommodating and we greatly appreciated that. We pre-ordered some platters....but there was SO much food!! We massively over catered. We also pre-ordered drinks, which was a good idea as the staff on the night behind the bar were quite over run. Downloading the app before u get there is a great idea as you can save money on the things you haven’t pre-ordered. You can get table service but often ‘quicker’ to go to bar. Our reserved area was ours for the night. We were allowed basic decorations. Music was fun. Toilets are small and they have an attendant (who was lovely, but it always makes me uncomfortable). Would recommend if u just want a space to base yourself for the evening and have a bit of a boogy.

Ambiance sympa, rien d’exceptionnel, cocktails et repas simple, étonnant de trouver une personne entrain de manger dans les toilettes avec des produits et qui demande la pièce en sortant juste parce qu’elle a pressé sur le savon.

Les serveurs ne font pas d'effort pour comprendre les étrangers même lorsque l'on essaye de parler anglais et se moquent entre eux de nos efforts. Ils sont hautains et très pressants pour les commandes. Les cocktails ont été servis sans alcool alors qu'il y en avait dans le descriptif et étaient absolument imbuvables.Je déconseille fortement aux étrangers qui ne sont pas bilingues. Une des serveuses a paru extrêmement dégoûtée lorsqu'elle s'est aperçue que nous étions français.

Popped into Zebrano for cocktails and received great customer service from a lovely barmaid called Frankie. She was extremely helpful and assisted us in getting drinks quickly and ensuring we made the most of the happy hour offers. Music was great in the bar too - fun mix of party tunes! Will definitely be back soon!

One of the best options in Carnaby street, the food was delicious even though we had to wait a bit too long for it but was a lovely tiny lady who distracted our attention from the waiting very friendly staff always smiling definitely will return! Felt very welcomed thank you Andréa

Came here for my 29th Birthday with a big group of friends and we loved it. Music was great and the atmosphere was incredible. I was in close contact with Patrick in the run up to the celebration and he was really helpful, even throwing in some balloons. We used the "double bubble" offer (download the app for more info) and so the venue matched whatever we ordered. We paid for 4 bottles and got 8.

Situato nel famoso quartiere di Carnaby Street questo affollatissimo locale ha una caratteristica: il pessimo servizio! Ci siamo accomodati per bere una birra e per riposarci un attimo dalle fatiche "turistiche" in giro per la città, il cameriere, visto che eravamo "stranieri" è scappato senza prendere l'ordinazione e dopo un bel pò di tempo ci ha mandato una persona che parlava italiano (non c'era alcun bisogno di farlo, anche se almeno questa era cortese). Avevamo tanti pacchi e pacchetti e borsetta e giacche "al braccio" visto che la giornata era piuttosto calda ed abbiamo utilizzato una sedia del tavolo vicino, dopo averla chiesta, per appoggiare le nostre cose; dopo un pò una cameriera (?) è venuta a dirci di lasciare libera la sedia perché serviva per altri clienti costringendoci a tenere tutto in grembo per non mettere sulla strada (eravamo all'aperto); a parte il fatto che poteva procurarsi un'altra sedia, i toni utilizzati non erano certo cortesi; poteva fare di meglio!

This bar & restaurant looks small at ground level but downstairs is a nice big space with dinner tables, a bar and a dance floor.

A great option for a cheap mid week dinner and drinks.

On Saturday evening I visited Zebrano with a friend. We were served by a lovely italian bartender called Matteo who showed us all the best cocktails (ones that I had never tried). This was my first time coming here and i will definitely be coming again very soon. I was very impressed with how patient and attentive Matteo was because i was being indecisive with my order. Amazing service. 10/10

Visited here on a trip to London and it’s a cool little place quite cute if you are with your partner with nice lighting and comfortable seating. The food was nice and reasonably priced without being anything special but I found the cocktails were very average and overpriced. They do a happy hour but it seemed they just put less alcohol or work into them as they seemed a bit watered down and poorly made. I definitely wouldn’t pay full price for them! The have an app which if you download you can get a £1 cocktail and 20% off your food bill which is worth doing. I had a nice time and the place was good but I’m not sure if I’d go back.

today I was in carnaby street with a friend and we stopped by zebrano, I had never been here but I will definitely return to meet the person who made us enjoy a pleasant experience. At the beginning we thought it was the manager for the professionality and savoir faire that he showed to us but after we discovered that it was the waiter Matteo who first made us feel welcome and then advised us to download the zebrano app and thanks to this we paid our cocktails only 1 pound !!! But the most impressive thing about this guy is that after having recommended the cocktails we could have liked he jumped behind the bar and he made them and we found out he is an expert bartender because our cocktails were absolutely delicious .... thanks Matteo you made our day I will return with more friends only with the hope of being served by you

We are a couple from USA , visiting London and Paris, for our 20th anyversary. On our last night at London we went to this restaurant located on a great location at London. The host sitted is and after we asked for our drinks and dinner , he went to inform us that the restaurant do not accept any credit cards with a security “chip”. So we had to go to a nearby “ATM”, and pay cash . Also my wife had a goat cheese and beet salad, and I had a shrimp and clams linguini. The goat cheese was not so good and the beets were canned. My linguini consisted of 3 real normal shrimps and it was filled with small canned little schrimps. We paid the bill and went to a nearby tapas restaurant. We spent 4 days in London, and this was the only bad experience we had .

Catch up with a great friend who had booked the burgers and Prosecco deal. Bottomless burgers and Prosecco. Not quite a marriage made in heaven but seemed a good price and a bit different!

Really good meal deal to be had as for £28 each (inc service) my friend and I ate as many delicious burgers and as much Prosecco as we could for 90 minutes. Yummy scrummy in my tummy. Sooooooo good. Waiters alert for the need to top up quickly. Would recommend ♥️

I have been here twice and both times it was bad! This time, Saturday just gone, the chips were cold (again) they were replaced after I had finished the rest of the meal!

We used to come here all the time as we liked the cocktails and some of the dishes. But these days it's just noisy, crowded and not all of the staff members are seem that friendly. We had some unfortunate visits and will check out other places instead.

Foood was good, try platters. The best part of the restaurant, service is very quick. We got huge discount i.e 20% on food and many other discounts on drinks, using Zebrano app. Ask for waiter Matteal. He was very nice to us, he explained all about the app and got us good discounts. Will visit again.

Encontramos esta joya un día y en el sol abrasador, tuvimos el mejor tiramisú así ser turista de Islandia que nos tuvimos que ir de nuevo y esto fue en mayo. También fuimos allí en julio durante un corto viaje a Londres. El Tiramisu er siempre lo más destacado, pero también el restaurante tiene una fuente de canapés con pollo y más y a pesar de que tome la versión más aún es suficiente para dos personas. El servicio es siempre lugar allí durante esos tres visitas que hemos tenido este año. Pruebe este bar, probar el plato de aperitivo, pero por favor, prueba el tiramisú. . Totalmente. para morirse <3

Almorcé allí con un amigo. Tenía una selección para compartir los platos que eran buenas y buena relación calidad-precio. Sin embargo, los camareros eran un poco distraído y me pareció difícil de conseguir su atención pero gritando y grosero. También mesa parecía un poco sucio, quizás tenga que cambiar sus productos de limpieza.

Precioso cócteles, lugar encantador, la música era también perfecto, sin duda volveré a este lugar, gracias por esta noche! !

Visited here on a Friday evening for cocktails only. Downloaded the Zebrano app so we could get in for free otherwise it was £5.00 entry. We had half price cocktails until 10.00pm with a code on the app. The place was lively and the deep passion cocktails were delicious. I’d definitely visit again.

Encontré este lugar mientras buscando un lugar para tomar algo de comer y un par de copas. Los cócteles eran fantásticos, tuve algunos de los martinis que venía muy bien presentado con hielo seco. Mis amigos y yo tuvimos algo de comida de los menú de bar que era de excelente calidad y delicioso. Una pequeña joya que se esconde en la vista!

Mientras que el lugar era ideal para un viernes por la noche, la hora feliz, la comida, etc. Una chica rubia, que era un camarero cuyo pelo era más corto por un lado era bastante desagradable. . Parecía que no quería servir. Aparte de eso, era decente, los camareros eran mucho mejor y siempre sonreía.

Primero tuvimos una cena muy barato no arriba. Me gustó la idea de "pequeños platos": usted puede probar platos diferentes sin conseguir rellenos de inmediato. Como mi principal tenía costillas a la barbacoa y debo decir que eran deliciosas. No puedo decir lo mismo de los vinos pero vivir con eso. Lo que a menudo los asuntos de estos lugares es lo que yo llamo el "factor humano" y Domenico y Sergio, los chicos que nuestra mesa, ambos eran muy amables y eficientes. Cuando estaban a punto de cerrar por la noche, nos dijeron sobre el club de abajo abierto hasta las 3 de la mañana. Fue realmente genial! Sin duda volveré!

I visited with my partner for food and drinks. He had chicken satay burger and chips and I had Caesar salad and chips. My salad arrived with anchovies on top (which wasn’t stated on the menu) so not one to complain, I simply picked the four of them off. I was thoroughly disappointed with the rest of my meal which consisted of soggy lettuce a few shavings of Parmesan and 2 large croutons, all for the bargain of £7. The chips (an extra £3) were soggy oven chips that had been deep fried. My boyfriends meal was of a similar abysmal quality and he is normally happy to eat anything. Honestly I’ve had better quality food at Wetherspoons for a fraction of the price...to top it off they have the cheek to include 12.5% service charge in the bill for awful service from very rude staff. This surely should be the customers choice? Avoid this place.

Recomendado para pasar el fin de semana, sobre todo para tomar algo (cerveza, cóctel...) en la parte de abajo del local. El local consta de dos partes, la parte de arriba incluida la terraza y la parte de abajo. Los sábados y domingos, los cócteles son a mitad de precio!

La música siempre es genial y es un ambiente muy agradable, pero el servicio deja mucho que desear, y la ironía es que agregue a un cargo por servicio de alta en tu cuenta!

I recently celebrated my birthday with a group of 12 family members, ranging in age from 23 to 69!! All of us thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon and evening. The cocktail masterclass was a great success, the guys behind the bar made it so much fun and certainly didn't hold back on the alcohol!! We then went upstairs for dinner, which couldn't be faulted, the food was so much nicer than expected. Although our table was only booked for 2 hours, we kept it for the whole evening until we left at 11 (I hope we didn’t get too rowdy as a party!!). Our waitress, Gioanna, was absolutely lovely and couldn’t do enough for us, she constantly made sure we had everything we needed and was so attentive. We were there during happy hour which was great value. All in all we had a fantastic time and I would highly recommend Zebrano’s for a celebration, but would also return as a couple for cocktails or a meal.

After having tried many other places I decided to come back, not only for the food but also the very polite and professional staff. A special thanks to Domenico and Ricardo for making us feel at home

Found this place during happy hours, 5 to 8 pm on Friday. We got great service and when happy hour was finished our server told us so we would not be suddenly be shocked that we had to pay more.

Popped in after a meal and went straight downstairs to zebrano for a cheeky cocktail..Happy hour so win win! Had a hazelnut tequila soo good..music was brill and seating great..have to return!

First of all excellent food & decent service in a busy part of the city. Saying that when it came to pay the staff refused to take Scottish banknotes ! I thought that this was a think of the past but no still exists. Must admit it was the only place I came across that refused them on my three day trip south. Time this place got its act together.

El dueño nos dio la bienvenida para unirse a su mesa y el servicio fue excelente. Hermoso lugar, muy divertido, no comimos allí, así que no puedo opinar, pero sin duda volveremos!

I came upon this den of iniquity by chance, on my way to a restaurant. Down the stair it opens up into a spacious red lit black boudoir, it's got a nice vibe and the killer punch is the half price cocktails on the menu, on a Saturday no less.

Amazing Masterclass with Ovidiu and Massi, they teach us how to make some really nice cocktails! I suggest everyone to booke a masterclass with them. :)

Went to zebrano with a couple of my friends recently and I'll definitely will be going back. The food was excellent and every bite was consistent. The drinks were really tasteful as well and had a good presentation. Besides the food what impressed us the most was the staff and their service. We were served by a young lady named Keti.. she was really lovely and approachable and she kept asking us if we needed anything. Although the rest of the staff was great she kind of impressed us the most as she was quite bubbly and friendly. She also had a good chat as well which we enjoyed. Overall definitely a recommended place to visit :).

Tenía una gran noche con amigos! El personal es muy amable e hizo todo lo posible para acomodar a todas nuestras necesidades. El bar tiene un ambiente muy guay, es muy espacioso abajo y tienen un DJ en vivo y baile. Nos divertimos mucho. Ya tengo ganas de volver.

El entorno es muy bueno y el lugar está situado en una buena zona. Los camareros son muy amables en particular Marco, que era muy cortés y servicial.

PLEASE PLEASE PAY ATTENTION FOR ALL CHINESE!!!!! I NEVER EVER suffered this very serious RACIAL DISCRIMINATION in this pub, the security guy push my friend to the corner when she finish one cigarette, he blocked us outside and doubt we had toxic without any reason even our bags still inside. Just because we are ASIAN!! PS: All the behaviour happened after we just finish the payment, the attitude suddenly changed. What the “wonderful” service of this pub and what the UK service look like??????? Is it politely country that I heard before. That’s ridiculous!! PLEASE AVIOD RACISM!!!!!! If you dont like asian people, please block us at the beginning that we dont need to pay for this restaurant !

Booked a table for a party of 6 for the restaurant, went all ordered steak, service was amazing, the food was brilliant. Staff were great the manager emilio ensured we had a great time very friendly and professional. Went to the club downstairs after, drinks were reasonably priced.Good atmosphere had a great night, would defiantly recommend and would most definitely visit again!Thank you

I would not know where to start. An absolute sham and rip off. Pre booked an area for 30 then arrived to be moved to a tiny table. Try putting food for 30 people on a coffee table!!! Manager pretended not to be the manager when we wanted to complain. So that says a lot about him. Toliets were filthy food was freezing cold when served. All in a rip off rubbish night that cost a 1000.00. Would I go back there again. No way and that speaks for 30 of us.

We reserved table for 30 people and were squeezed in to a small space on the ground floor with another team of about 15. We couldn’t move and had no space to eat or drink. The waiters were very nice but the place wants money and doesn’t care about customers. Will not go back.

As a VIP the service and professionalism was an absolute perfection, my guests arrive with around our booked VIP table already prepared and well decorated we enjoy the night and celebrate my birthday for the first time at the Carnaby Zebrano like it should be, it was the best place I could imagine to have the best moment ever,The music, the VIP area, the staff and the atmosphere was delightful, The manager Massi and Qiccardo were awesome, they make us felt really comfortable and relax with smile...
