Zaza Pizza in Erewash

Would have gave 0 if possible.placed an order on good to go.went to pick it up and the manager was clueless.he put in on there but didn't have a clue.useless

I went to zaza Pizza to get my dinner and bought a vegetable pizza for my friend. When I got home and I could hear something moving near the box, when I opened the box there was a rat! It jumped out of the box and ran off. There were small bites out of the crust and rat droppings in the box! It's absolutely disgusting!! DONT GO HERE EVER! ( The local shop next door told us they stored their food in the toilet).

not eatable at all, first time ordered from there and be the last, potato skins were raw and the chicken strips were wet inside and pink

We placed an order for 2 differant kebabs on food hub and requsted sauce and salad seperate not on kebabs. When the order arrived they had sent 2 of the same kebabs with sauce and salad on them. When i rang to complain the man on the phone started shouting saying he was very busy and slammed the phone down. Will not use again. Disgusted with their customer service and attitude.

Only been and collected but pizza has always been good Staff busy but polite. Have used the place many times.

We ordered through the just eat app, a bbq calzone, 2 tuna subs (JUST TUNA AND NO SWEETCORN OR ONIONS DUE TO ALLERGIES) When I phoned to complain about it the restaurant manager was rude and refused to send a fresh one out. Not only that he tried to deny it was their fault & blamed just eat for THEIR mistake!! He was disgusting and told me he would let me order a free meal the next day baring in mind I would be working a 12 hour shift & won't have time. Also specifically asking for TUNA - there was NONE! Not at all pleased and can see why you're rated #49 out of 49 in Long Eaton in all honesty.

Vile service, food thats off and tastes rancid, called to explain and my girlfriend was called stupid and the told to f*** off, council has been informed, shame as there is some good takeaways in long eaton and zaza is giving the town a bad name, dirty vile people, at least learn to cook basics before opening a pathetic attempt at a takeaway you silly little men

Dirty filthy horrible place, rotten people, avoid like the plague! I had a pizza from here and it was cold with the wrong toppings!

Ordered on Sunday due to Bridge Inn sandicare making us wait 2 + hours for a meal which turned up horrible! We were starving arrived 20 minutes early and lovely and hot. Brilliant! Ordered a few times and loved it every time. Guaranteed quick delivery and hot food! Thanks

Everything was average tasting. My mate had a calzone he said it was hard and dry(it looked it). I do not recommend this takeaway.

The guy on the phone made our order impossible. All we wanted was 4 kebabs. We ended up with 3 one missing and one was wrong! Rude staff blaming us for talking to fast. That's why the order was wrong. If you can, AVOID!!!! Idiots..

Pedimos comida el viernes por la noche 11 de noviembre. . Me dijeron que sería 45 minutos apareció más de una hora. Cuando finalmente llegó no era aún tibia, llame para quejarme y estaban muy arrogante y grosero. . No volvería y sugiero que no te molestes. . Si me dio la opción de una clasificación cero hubiera sido dado. . . Este lugar ha cambiado y no para mejor. . . Evitar! ! ! ! ! ! !

In good faith after being told things had improved we tried zaza again, had they improved? Far from it, terrible, grissley meat, veg soggy, pizza base doughy and under cooked, now it's the final ever time I order, I don't care what anyone says!!!

Would never use again. Poor quality and prepared. Late on delivery and not hot.... wished I had read these reviews before. Definitely using trip advisor from now on

Don't normally bother with reviews but food was poor and attitude of staff terrible when I made a comment, there are many other places to go for this type of food and I will be going to one of them in future.

Pizza under cooked and close to raw dough inside, called to complain and was told in so many words that they didnt care and to go away!!!!! We all work hard for our money and giving it away for a service or product we expect to get something that we are happy with and reaches a standard of quality, but not so with zazza, avoid, they just want your money and serve below average food... No 2nd chances from us
