Ordered donner wrap to come home and find it filled with onions and I mean absolutely massive piece 🤢 and when I called up the manger then was rude full of attitude wouldn't recommend at all!

Food was not good don’t get the kebab!! it was like leather and the sauce was tipped all in the bag wouldn’t suggest hear at all.

My dad always criticises the kebabs he's had in the past, but he absolutely loved his kebab from here! His words 'best kebab I've had around here' and that if you're contemplating, try it!! I had some and it was very tasty, haven't tasted one like it myself. Amazing!!

I had pizza last night and im not recommended cheese taste like no mozzarella ham very poor quality i think this place have to be checked by food hygiene pepole

Since the new take over the food is 10/10 staff are great too! Highly recommend their pizzas and kebabs and chicken wings!!!

Not had a delivery for a while from here and wow its gone so far down hill cold chewing kebab meat , cold undercooked nan bread, its changed ownership since we last ordered and the prices have rocketed, never will we use this place again, in my opinion its bloody awful and I'd rather have a slice of toast than food from there again.

Avoid!!! Over an 1 hr & 20 mins to deliver. They then miss the fries off the order. Call to complain and they were not bothered and wouldn’t come back with the fries!!! Terrible service, will never order from here again!!!!

Ordered a kebab and a pizza, from this restaurant through just eat The kebab was lovely, but the pizza was burnt on the base, making the whole pizza taste acrid and inedible. Contacted the restaurant the following day to demand a reund for the pizza. Man said he would deliver a cash refund with a driver within the hour. Driver never showed. P**s taking F*****g C***s Avoid using this company.

I had ordered from this place on Uber eats and they cancelled my order nearly an hour after placing it. They then said I rang up to cancel and kept my money. I am still waiting on a refund from them. It’s been over 10days now and I am not happy about this at all

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE I went here as a walk in customer and ordered a kebab the guy behind the counter warmed the donor meat up in the microwave I couldn't belive it and I walked out as I don't want food poisoning I have heard some real bad things about this place like he keeps the donor meat in the fridge and everyday reheats it so please think twice before ordering from here !!!!

Food is ok but missed an item off my order and said they were to busy to bring it an they will give it to me next time, when I asked for it next time they didn’t believe me.Also spam sent me a 20% off code an when I tried to use it the next day they said it wasn’t valid because of new management then rang back after I cancelled the order and offered me a bottle of Pepsi if I continued with the order, unfortunately I won’t be using again as there is plenty of other options to choose from.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Wife ordered a pizza on a Sunday night, wait time should have been 30 mins which is fair enough. After waiting an hour and it being 30 minutes late phoned to be told it was on its way. So another 30 minutes goes by so it’s now an hour late and phoned again to be told the printer was broken so our order hadn’t gone out after all. 1 hour 20 mins late and all that was ordered was a small veg pizza and potato wedges. Pizza was average at best. Don’t bother and go else where. Terrible service

Had a Kebab this evening, food took over an hour to arrive and the guy on the phone was very dismissive and rude to my partner and hung up on him. Food arrived and it was freezing cold and the donner meat was like cardboard, hard and freezing. The guy on the phone again was dismissive and hung up, not the least bit apologetic!

The strangest mixed kebab I've had, ever. They charged me a pound less than the menu price without explanation, probably because it was simply a pretty poor dinner. I could not finish it. I really hope this is not the "best in town"

Not The best. Mixed kebab, quite flavourless, also we never got every thing we ordered, rang up and they offered us discount next time, there won't be a next time, we ordered what we did because that's what wen wanted, we didn't want discount

Ordered deep pan pizza but came back thin and burnt

Order was over 1 hour late, despite being told 30 mins into our wait the driver was ‘just leaving’ it was quite obvious the order was missed and they only started cooking it then! Once the order arrived (by taxi!) both pizza’s were incorrect and some food was cold despite only living 8 minutes away. Better options available at other places and certainly NOT best in town in this case.

I have ordered a Peperoni pizza and this is what I received. Totally a waste of money ordering from this place. The quality of the food is really bad so had to bin the pizza they sent me. Avoid this place if you dont want to waste your money.

Ordered here a number of times foods been alright, but unfortunately maybe the last time after last night's order. Food was OK again but forgot the drinks abit dissatisfied 😒

Worst takeaway ever had. Burger did not come with chips and a drink , large chicken kebabs .... more meat on a sparrow and more salad on a doughnut. Best part of £20 wasted. Will not bother again.

Great value for money, great food

Omg it's terrible, the first and last time! Don't order, they where an hour and 20 mins late :( I had fish and chips (battered) it was bloody oven cook stuff that you can buy from any shop!!! And chips where warm but stiff and chewy :( Other half had a pizza deal, that wasn't too bad but have definitely had better pizzas from the shops :( Was not worth they money we paid, very sad and disappointed.

Never had any issues before with them. But today was the first and last. Had a call from delivery driver who said "your god's ready, come and get it" ? I went outside and he was sat in his car. He dumped it be the flat builds door and didn't even get out the car. I understand social distancing you have to take care. But that was just pathetic and plain lazy

I live a flat ofonly 2 story's and so isn't a great adventure hike.i got a call "your food is ready come and get it"?? They could even get a simple pizza rite, wrong toppings and the cheese was like rubber and didn’t taste great had a couple of slices and it went in the bin, we won’t be going there again.

We had a delivery from there last night.kebab with a small pita bread,that small that you have to eat it with fork because you can't wrap it. Fries quite bad and really small portion and quite rubish chicken nuggets.I won't be ordering from there again

I left a bad review on just eat because they got my pizza order wrong and thought they wouldn’t send another. If fact they did so I am sorry for the bad review. I hope this makes up for it

First time ordering, they over charged me massively. Complained and they said they would sort it next time. 2nd time ordering, I got fobbed off with some real lame excuse, something along the lines of the person who would deal with that wasnt in?! 3rd time me ordering i got told it was under new ownership and it wasnt there responsibility. Second time ordering. I'm really not a huge fan of takeaway or kebabs normally but this really is delicious! Piping hot. So tasty. Fresh pitta bread. Crispy chips. Salad kept separate and also super fresh. Fabulous service. Highly recommended. Thank you

If this is the best in sandiacre go to another town. Worst take away I gave ever had. Ordered chicken kebab with salad. Took ages to arrive and when it did was a pitta bread that you can buy in a shop with a bit of dry chicken on top and no salad. Terrible

So we ordered for the first time yesterday and they forgot chips I paid for but food was really nice, called in today they said they will give free chips for the mix up yesterday. Driver turned up with wrong order! Called restaurant and they said keep the food and will replace it but the driver said we can’t keep the food and opened the kebab to see what was in there and then said we can have it!!! I said KEEP IT took my money back and restaurant manager said he will replace my order, I said it’s too late and I don’t want the food now but he said he will replace it free and he said taxi driver delivery driver had complaints and he will send a new driver so thought ok fair enough they made a mistake 12.05 am 1:45 mins after I ordered a new driver came asking for full payment ??? I asked him to call restaurant and they said it wasn’t free!!! Complete mess about!! All I wanted was some food and been messed about. Will never give them my money again. Also driver was coughing his guts up outside my house and being loud outside my house on phone to restaurant when my kids asleep! It’s a shame because the food was nice but lost a good customer for sure. If you want food delivered hot, and correct food and not get corona then DO NOT go here

First time ordering and had a lot of complications online and was over charged. Anyhow...when they guys delivered I got what I was owed back and they was very nice and apologetic. Best kabab takeaway I've had since living here the last 3 years (and I've tried them all) I'd have rated them a 5, was very tasty!!!! ...just dispointing at the beginning. I'll be ordering again in hope they get it right next time. 👍

Been using this establishment for about 2 or 3 years now and never had a fault whatsoever yet! The food is always piping hot on delivery and done to very good standard with more than enough quantity. Get on very well with the lads in the shop like a house of fire, great lads and csnt do enough for people and great at their job.

Would never order from again. Delivery man was extremely rude - Garlic Pizza bread was basically a dry pizza base and pizza was very standard.

Used for a long time unfortunately this time ordered and was told 55min for delivery after 75 min and no show rang them and was told they've run out of doner but can get my order in 15mins or just cancel was very disappointed and felt they were very rude so cancelled and will sadly not be using again 😡😡😡

We have ordered from best in town very often and never had a problem, this one time we had an issue with missing salad and sauce and the guy who answered the phone to me absolutely shouted at me and told me to wait 15 minutes for my salad and sauce... I asked for another kebab as the one delivered would be cold by the time the salad arrived and he refused to give me another!! He eventually agreed... more than half an hour later I'm still waiting for my kebab, salad and sauce!!! I will NOT ever order from there again. The guy on the other end of the phone is extremely rude, he also tried to blame the poor delivery driver saying that he must have gave my salad and sauce to somebody else !!! Absolute joke!!

We had been going to these for years but the orders seemed to get worse and worse so we stopped going Decided to give them a go tonight and just as bad Toppings missing of pizza when I called to asked what had happened he said I had not asked for them Absolute rubbish he even read back the order to me Told him I would not be coming again HIS ANSWER WAS THATS YOUR CHOICE REALLY GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT will never use these again If I had a choice they would not even get one star

I was alittle late by 2 minutes but I ordered 2 small kebabs and when I got home I had a box with kebab meat and a pita and in another box we had salad, it should of been ready to eat rather than make it yourself !

Absolute disgrace. I have just been charged nearly £60 for 3 pizza's., 12 chicken nuggets and chips and an extra portion of chips. Certainly not good value for money or particularly nice. Definitely will not be using again

To be honest it wasn't worth one star but had to put it to get to here. Well should def not be called best in town maybe the worst you'll ever have in town. we got two kebabs and god knows what the other folks are eating n say there top notch because they are way way off the mark. First off we asked for naan bread and got pitta bread and the grease well let's just say there was enough grease in the bottom of the tray to bathe in and spent about ten min cleaning grease off my table def not what others portray in there reviews going off other reviews god knows what they've been eating but def not the same take away best thing I got from there was the btl of Coke n let's face it they couldn't mess that up. Most def will not be going back and a word of warning to all if you know what's good for you find a different take away

We have ordered from best in town for years and always loved their food. For the last half a dozen times the order has been missing items, usually the chips. Granted they do always send the missing items but who wants to eat items 25 minutes apart. We've been loyal customers but I'm afraid it's goodbye from us.
