Kegworth Chippy in Erewash

One quite can’t pontificate how morbidly disgusting this whore house of an establishment is. Upon a fine spiffing Wednesday me and my good friend Hamish Geraint Jones were out for a we yonder around the area admiring the glorious weather, however when we stumbled upon this what poor folk call “chippy” we decided to divulge. I had never seen such a poor judgment or choice made since Diana decided to stepped foot in that wretched taxi (oh my what should be now our queen). The food can only be described as the meal from hell! Sloppy chips with satans salt all over them! The fish well it may as well still have been swimming and the batter more like butter just vermin. Honestly my pet rat Ethol wouldn’t have even dabbled in that garbage those folks might dare call food! Avoid. Go to the fine M&S instead and make your own fish and chips; you’ll find much more pleasure. In fact my butler Conroy shall be making me a fine plate tonight

I have been here a couple of times and am always delighted by the fact that it’s somewhere where you can get good, fast Greek food in a place like Kegworth. It’s a great Mediterranean alternative to a Chinese or an Indian. Especially if you order the skepasti and ask for it to be prepared in the traditional way. You will receive tzatziki inside the pitas and also remember to ask for oregano and paprika to garnish; with a beer or a cola, you will feel so well fed! Just bear in mind, stuff like gyros is a guilty pleasure, not fine dining. Ευχαριστώ πολύ!

Ordered a chicken gyros which was cold and looked like slop , wouldn’t put my stomach through the trauma and I’m not someone that would complain, sent it back don’t waste your money , my husband ordered chips and kebab which all looked anemic 🤢🤢🤢🤢

Terrible service, food Was delivered incomplete, chips were missing, phoned and told more chips were on the way although they never showed up. Problem is we tried to keep the rest of our food warm while we waiting but to no avail. All went in the bin after waiting ages. The owner said he would refund the cost but later had someone else phone to say he had changed his mind.
