First time in many years of ordering that we've had an issue with an order (missing item) and within 10 mins of calling to let them know, a hot, fresh bag of chips was being dropped off at our door. Really impressed with how it was handled!

Closes at 9.50 so beware, but this is the only place you can get PROPER charcoal lamb shish and chicken. The rest of them are late, dry, chewy or boiled or shown a pizza oven for 10 minutes. A mixed kebab (with 2 meats) on a naan with a salad box will last me 3 days and feed the dogs. 👍

Tonite we will be having any food from torinos. Calzones are simply perfect. Pizzas how i like them and everything else has been spo on. Staff always friendly too and helpfull. Think goin for mega box meal later mmmmm.

Massive shame, always enjoyed these guys’ food, came here a lot too, and then after 2hours waiting they didn’t deliver £9 worth of our food, i even gave a tip, tried calling them to which they jus aired my calls and on their live chat left on read, I didn’t want it to get to leaving a bad review but save your money and go Venezia Pizzeria where they won’t scam you and disrespect your loyal custom, let these guys just scam students with half -arsed slop

The food is as good as always. One item was missing but they promptly delivered it to us. One gripe was the way the garlic pizza was cut..into squares! As this was a sharing item, some people only had crust on their slice and two lucky others got the middle pieces with all the cheese on it..and that caused an argument unfortunately.

Food arrived late and cold.. paid almost £30 for 9 inch pizza bacon burger and curly fries.. not worth it.. vastly over price for size and quality

Last night I ordered kebabs, something messed up on my account and never even asked for my address and used a different one. But I called up straight away and told them the situation and they were fine and understood. Delivery was fast and food was delightful not to greasy! Forbthe salad I asked for just onion and they did exactly that. Thank you 😊

Order was late. It got marked as delivered 20 minutes before it even arrived. No one answered the phone when we rang to enquire and food was stone cold.

The best kebab in Long Eaton - not cheap but well worth paying for the quality, our regular takeaway choice. We had a family takeaway tonight (8 adults and 7 kids) and they delivered ahead of schedule and the order was 100% - tasty and really good.

Food was hot, driver was very polite. Lots of meat in the kebab and the pizza base was actually a thin base (which I ordered but I don’t usually get from other places) it was best takeaway pizza I’d had in a long time

I have been ordering from Torino's for over 15 years and still to this day it's the best pizza around, I have even moved out of Long Eaton, and still order on a regular basis from here, and it still arrives fresh and hot every time! Highly recommended!

My go-to takeaway in Long Eaton, which serves great food, is well-priced for what you get and a speedy delivery service. I have consistently been impressed with the food each time is has arrived and the delivery is always speedy from when you order. The portions are big for the money you pay and whilst you might think this compromises on quality, you would be wrong as the quality has been good every time.

Only bought half the food that was ordered, forgot a large garlic bread with cheese and also onion rings and also a dip, when contacted about the missing items, they proceeded to be rude over the phone questioning the receipt I was given from my order. I had this right in front of me when I contacted them, they have since bought the garlic bread however forgot the onion rings and dip. I wouldn’t have minded this however I felt as if I were being blamed for them forgetting food. I am regular on just eat also. Thank you.

Pizza looked like box had been put upside down as all the toppings and cheese had come off. Normally really nice but disappointed this time.

Accidentally gave me olives on my order but didn't have anything missing so I picked the olives off and still had a great pizza.

We ordered meals for 8 people, during an England match so we knew they were going to be busy, but the food was piping hot, on time, tasty and the whole order was correct. Can’t ask for much more than that!

Both pizzas came with nothing on as all topping was at the bottom of the box

Probably, no definately, the worst kebab I've ever had. Wife said the same. Cheap, fatty, inedible shish... Dry and Cold doner, naan bread you could throw like a frisbee as rock hard and dry. Literally gross, left most of it and I was starving. Will never return here again. Not cheap either... Madness for what they're Serving up.

Nice kebabs but the only thing wrong is the kofte kebab is not real kofte it’s made of beef burgers cut into square’s or hard to tell when I’ve worked in a kebab shop myself

Used to go here very often but the prices have sky rocketed for the same size and products. Yes I am aware of what’s happening at the moment but this price hike went up before/during what is happening. And as for the petrol I have no choice but to buy that otherwise I wouldn’t survive, where as your food I do.

Not had a Pizza in a long while, Torino was my takeaway of choice and I wasn't disappointed by the quality which was excellent as usual. The food is always reasonably priced, the service is above and beyond. Also the Pizza and kebabs are the best I've tasted..

Pizza was luke warm and not cooked thoroughly. I will not be recommending nor ordering again.
