I understand that covid restrictions and all that, but wouldn't take my cash which was all I brought out with me, last time I'll be going there, was a big order too!.

I recently placed an order for two pizzas: one pepperoni and one vegetarian. The pepperoni pizza met my expectations, but unfortunately, there was an issue with the vegetarian pizza—it had a faint smell of bleach. This raises concerns about whether the vegetables had been washed with a bleach solution and not properly rinsed, or if the ingredients were somehow contaminated with bleach during cleaning. It's unclear what the exact cause was, but it certainly made the vegetarian pizza inedible for us. Due to this experience, we are hesitant to return to this establishment.

Never received my order, been refused a refund expected to just accept I’ve paid for a service I never received. Provided evidence of this to be told the decision can’t be over turned..

Have been getting Pizza from the long Eaton branch of Domino’s for years. I normally order for delivery and the pizza always comes quickly. When I have collected (I normally order online) the pizza has always been ready to collect. I like Dominos pizza, it’s to my taste, so can’t say much more about that.

Look, this is never gonna be the best pizza. Its quick and easy only. I always opt for order and collect, do not rely on their delivery, they lie about times, and your pizza will be cold when it arrives. Pizza is OK, lacks the toppings imo. Garlic bread for some reason is always missing the tomato sauce on one half, how hard can it be to spread tomato sauce on a small base? Will order again, but always know what to expect.

Had under cooked pizza Friday night from here. It was terrible

Useless, couldn't be more useless if they tried!!! Phone operator couldnt understand what i was saying. Then they tell me for collection its card payment only... im collecting so cash should be fine but no, its a big issue with the person who cant speak/understand the language.

Always great service, but yesterday they really delivered the goods. I ordered a pizza online and made 2 changes to the menu item. It arrived without the changes for reasons unknown, but with no qualms at all they remade it and delivered a fresh one. Brilliant service 👏

Dominos is not a place I'd normally give 5 stars but I'd just like to acknowledge the friendly and joyful staff that we're working there at approx 6pm. You guys deserve a pay rise as you work hard for your money and the customer service was great. Pizza was good too!

Awful service. Ordered on the app and collected. I always choose to collect so my food is hot and not waiting around to be delivered. Got there and waited and whe the app said ready the staff said they had burnt one of the pizzas and it needed doing again. My order was large and everything else was ready and sat under the heat lamps for 20 minutes while they rectified this. I complained that I didn't want the other items as they would be cold, I was told they would be okay because they are under a heat lamp. Who wants there food sitting under a heat lamp for 20+minutes? They refused to remake my whole order, I said I would have to check the food and feel whether it was cold, and if it was I wanted a refund for the whole order. The manager I'm assuming stood near my food at the heat lamps and just kept opening and closing one of the large pizzas and looking at it??? For what reason I don't know. Surely making it colder and also breathing all over it. When the front server put them on the counter I began to open the boxes and felt the food and told her the order felt cold and that I wanted a refund and didn't want the order. She said they were putting through a refund and to take the food. She said I would recieve it through the app and online as I said I didn't have my card with me I thought it would be a simple collection. I haven't received this refund, they have taken the money for this order. I would not have accepted the food if it meant I wouldn't get a refund, I thought they were offering it as a good will gesture as it has wasted over an hour if my time on a sunday evening, I didn't even eat or enjoy the food taken.

Awful cross contamination - on 3 separate orders of Vegan pizzas pieces of chicken were found dropped on top

Had to come here to pick my bosses pizza! Our dinner! Just don't like thin crust pizza! Nothing wrong with the service or pizzas, they were top drawer!

Grumpy, tired and hungry after a 320 mile round trip, I got to Domino's to discover the website hadn't put my order through. The staff there put up with my grumpiness (thank you and sorry for beijng grumpy!) and patiently explained what had gone wrong. They put my order through really quickly which I am really grateful for as I collapsed at home and wolfed it down.

Absolutely delicious!! Prepared and cooked fast, very good price! Usual great quality!! I highly recommend Dominoes pizzas!!! Best pizzas in town!!!

Great food and what a fantastic waitress we had

My daughter asked for vegan cheese on her meat pizza as she is lactose intolerant, but they refused as she is not vegan. Other pizza companies are more than happy to help with dietary requirements. Dominoes you need to learn the difference between an allergy and a lifestyle choice.

I should give it 0 stars, horrible service. had me waiting for more than hour for the pizza AND the pizza came ice cold. so disappointed and annoyed.

The next morning I started vomiting, fever, stomach cramps and diarrhoea ended up calling 111 twice over the weekend as symptoms got worse, then by Tuesday 10th saw the doctors who told me to go straight to hospital which is where I am still 13th. I have been on a constant drip for 3 days and results have just come back saying I contracted food poisoning / gastroenteritis. The hospital said that they would have to report this to the Environmental health, this would been from the poultry/chicken. I'm now waiting for antibiotics before I can go home. Do not risk going here I've had a week of hell Stay clear

The price online was 17.99 in-store 19.99 no explanation and said it is what the til. Says.

An absolute joke, ordered over the phone for collection. The long Eaton branch confirmed 30 min wait. An hour later the pizza still wasn't ready. The staff are useless! No understanding of customer service. Asked for a refund and they said it would need to go to customer service. A joke!

Food was not ready when I got there. They had lost one of the pizzas. Was in rush they said 5mins.. 10 mins later the other pizza was ready.

Covid safe and quick turnaround for collection.

Pizza was undercooked. I assume that there is a cheese shortage in Long Eaton because there was hardly any of it on my pizza. If I wanted to cook my own pizza and add my own toppings I wouldn’t have ordered a takeaway. Poor 2/10

Debido al covid, estos dominó han decidido que ya no servirán pizzas sin gluten a pesar de que todavía ofrecen una amplia variedad de otras pizzas de forma regular. Como celíaco, el dominó ha sido un lugar habitual que siempre ofrece una gran variedad de ingredientes en una deliciosa base sin gluten. Esperaba que el menú se expandiera cuando se redujera el bloqueo, pero la situación sigue siendo la misma. Esto es completamente injusto y esta situación debe enmendarse de inmediato.

I would give 0 stars if I could. The only one that's deserves 5stars is the driver. My pizza topping wasn't what I ordered. Rang up didn't seem interested at all with trying to sort something to keep me happy as I was really looking forward to my take away doing an 18hr shift as a key worker. As the saying goes.. The customer is always right.I won't be ordering from dominoes again 💷💷💷💷👎

La comida siempre es de gran calidad, sin embargo, siempre creo que son demasiado caros. Es genial que pueda ordenar en la aplicación y entrar y recoger su comida, ahorre tiempo y, especialmente, ahorre que su pedido sea incorrecto si llama a la tienda.

Good value when deals are on, pizza quality can be inconsistent.

PLEASE GET THE SUN-DRIED TOMATO BASE SAUCE IN!!. The pizzas just aren't the same with normal tomato base. I probably won't order again unless they get this in as it's what sets them apart form normal pizzas. However other than that the food was well cooked and really quickly made and delivered on a Friday night.

Pizza was ok. Wedges portions are getting smaller and smaller for the price! I can by 3 bags for that price....

Pizza is not traditional, but it's good (the sauce may be a bit too on the sweet side for an Italian, but it's tasty). Kind and fast service.

Pizza! Mmm these are the best out of all the big corporates. Nice dough,fab flavours and always quick if we order takeaway. Prices are high but then you get what you pay for. Maybe the price of meal deals should come down. More people would try it then. If you think, £25 us alot of cash when you ain't got much to start with. That's like a weeks shopping for some folk. Maybe Domino's,you should do a cheaper deal for everyone to afford.👍

Ordered a pizza from the City Centre store to arrive at 7pm, however it didn’t arrive until 8:10pm, after various phone calls I was told it was my fault for an incorrect delivery contact number, despite the phone number being correct as they later contacted me on said number. When the food arrived it was all cold and the pizza was not properly cooked. Very poor customer service.

Best pizza place around! Always arrives hot and correct. Never had a wrong order. They always have good deals on too so you don't pay full price. Especially love the half and half pizzes for our family

Carnage no other word to describe to mayhem we faced when collecting an order this evening. No one had a clue who's order was where . Truly terrible

Collected the pizza and when I got home (2min drive) it was stone cold, when called to complain they said it was impossible that this was the case, I even offered to bring the pizza down but they didn’t want to hear. Very disappointed!! Very poor customer service and even the manager couldn’t care less, would have been better ordering from papa johns and driving the extra 5 mins at least I would have had a warm dinner!!!! Can’t say I will make this error again!!

Great pizza don't get me wrong but I've had a fair share of bad experience. Once i ordered a pizza for around an hour later, and it was delivered wrong ASAP, then i said it was wrong and they brought a correct one. One hour later they bring the exact same order and gave it free (I mean i'm not complaining). But if they are missing something that you order, they are adamant on not giving back the money, and just give you some random item and apologise. Not too pleased with that.

Placed delivery order and call handler suggested my post code was in Sandiacre despite me correcting him and making it clear I was in Long Eaton. When I chased to establish whereabouts of order after lengthly wait I was advised it had been taken to wrong address and was not at all concerned at the error or extra time it would take to get back to Long Eaton. Only 1 item was hot, rest had gone warm / cold. No recompense offered for their mistake.

Really let down by dominoes.. we always use to be happy with the service from them but now the pizzas are a mess.. they must get slung around in the boxes and you ring them to complain and what a surprise no answer missing items, poor quality. I ordered tomato and we got a phone call from dominoes saying they had no tomato left despite long eaton branch sharing a wall with Tesco. Lazy staff

you cant go wrong with a dominos! actually, it did once , but I complained to the manager and got a free pizza! Cant grumble!

The guy over the phone had no clue what to do hardly new what his job were. the driver was really dodgy as well tried running off with £40 when he still owned me £14 change. Not to mention I could tell he ate some of my wedges

Pizza was actually quite nice & so was the garlic bread .However the wedges were only just cooked and a few of them were still under cooked along with the chicken strips which were the palest soggy and totally unappetising things ever !! Then we get to our cookies ...2 of the 4 were still pieces of raw dough and the other 2 were once again barely cooked ! First time we've had dominos and it's certainly the last .... waste of £25

Oh dear what a shambles! People who had ordered online were waiting over an hour. The staff prioritised telephone orders over customers who were waiting to order. The staff had no idea.

Told 20 mins. One and a half hours later and they admitted losing order. This was my first time to try dominoes...never again. At least they answered the phone.

We ordered quite a lot of food the other day from Domino’s for a family occasion as I quite often use this branch myself .... however unfortunately we had to wait over an hour for the food to arrive hence the food wasn’t the hottest but none the less still tasted really good. Understand that it is a busy period so still happy to recommend and certainly will use again.

The pizzas were fine but by the time we took delivery of them they luke warm which was a shame. I can only think as it took nearly an hour from ordering that we the last of his deliveries.

We decided to order a Pizza yesterday as we couldn't be bothered to cook and really enjoyed our food from Domino's in Long Eaton. We ordered a half and half large pizza, garlic bread pizza and the selection of chicken. All the food arrived on time and piping hot. Great quality ingredients and really tasty. Ordered from Domino's before on several occasions and not had a bad one for some time. Would certainly use again and highly recommend.

Just fancied a pizza and dont normally go for a Dominos, never a again. Full of grease and very slimy. Didnt complain as I had felt the same after the last one ! gave them one more chance

Bit mixed, sometimes the food is hot, sometimes cold even though "its not yet ready to collect" all in all, you get what you pay for, gloriously unhealthy but yet great for a treat - awesome Dom's!

They apologised that the delivery was delayed and the 1st order was be thrown in the bin and re-cooked. The 2nd attempt arrived over an hour later. I expected it to be free as a minimum. Very poor service

I ordered my daughter and her friends Dominoes Pizza at Long Eaton (after being told Ilkeston wont deliver to Sandiacre although we are closer to the Ilkeston store than Long Eaton by 0.8 miles according to Google Maps) The Pizza came cold so I rang the store and was put through to Amy the manager who told me the Pizzas never arrive cold! Okay I said well mine did and I would also like to state I asked for extra pepperoni but didn't look like my Pizza had extra even though I had been charged for it? I wasn't offered a replacement or even a discount code or voucher for my next order so its safe to say I wont be returning to Long Eaton store as "Amy" if that is even her real name is extremely rude and obnoxious and seems to hide behind her Dominoes Pizza Badge when it comes to being abusive towards customers!

Terrible service ordered twice in 1 month and been back both times cause the pizza is wrong never gave me fresh stuff just put it under heat!! £32 a waste for cold food basicly gave them atleast 3 nhalf hours notice on what time we wanted the pizza and still wasnt readyy!!!!!

Bien, habiendo tenido muchas pizzas desde aquí desde que abrió sus puertas en el £9,99 cualquier tamaño recoger opción de pizza, le doy.

Tengo que ser sincero y decir que nos enamoramos de este outlet después de varias paradas Cock y mala calidad de la comida el pasado año. Sin embargo, no me apetecía pizza última New Year's eve y, después de leer el menú, que había sido puesto a través de la puerta que nos decidimos a morder la bala y ver ... bien nos alegramos de haberlo hecho. Nuestra orden estaba bien caliente y las pizzas estaban mucho mejor calidad que anteriormente ordenados.

Decidimos tener un Domino's Pizza por primera vez, ya que nos apetecía cambiar de Pizza Hut y ojalá nos equivocábamos .

Awful customer service , Ordered the Pizza online ,and asked for it to be ready in 45 mins for collection , Pizza was not even ready when we arrived in store. The staff are just young people who have no idea !! I order from Poppa Johns in Beeston now. Much better.

Never had a problem with Dominos. Tend to have a pizza from here once a month, i order online and leave immediately for the 10 minute journey and it is ready without fail when i arrive. Always hot and very tasty no matter what toppings are ordered. I particularly like the garlic and herb dip they include for dipping crusts into! I also like the fact that there are always deals to be had such as buy one get one free. Only criticism, which is not really Dominos fault, is that it can be difficult to park when collecting. Have no qualms about highly recommending.
