Star Pizza in Erewash

It’s one thing asking you to pay a 24% increase in price then reduce the kebab down by 30% Been using this kebab shop since it opened but what they are doing is making me now look around for better value to money I know there are increased prices everywhere but it comes to something when you order two kebabs and chips and it’s cheaper to go to Nando’s

Cracking kebab... 5 stars 🌟.... Good quality food and cooked fresh and is always hot... I always do pick up and I've never had a problem

Its not nuce tastes like bum and all that dont get it its bum and greesie so i dont recamend it mate pls

Ordered a large pizza, small pizza and 2 fries everything was warm good quality food and amazing staff thank you will 100% be ordering again.

Bare with me there may be a few typos as i’m typing through the grease. now i know i’ve put stars over the last word of the title, but if ur wondering what it rlly says, try the pizza. was that bbq base?? KETCHUP?? more like a reverse trip to the toilet (that shortly followed in the correct order). should’ve gone to the funeral directors down the road as it would’ve been a more direct route to hell. only order from here if you have access to the nhs and a good plunger. wouldn't recommend to a friend unless i rlly hated them.

Normally they’re really good, but not tonight. Ordered a large chicken shish, small chips and cheese, jacket potato with cheese, and a lamb and chicken shish. Actually got, large chips and cheese, small chips and cheese, jack potato, and lamb and chicken shish. Not an issue, accidents happen, so I called, and got called a liar, and ironically got lied to in the process, while they told me they asked me three times (never happened). Order from these guys all the time, but I won’t be doing so again.

Made an order the price was £13.10 on menu was charged £15.10 at door then rang shop to query this and was told the delivery is £2 because of whats going off with COVID and suppliers are charging more. that's bang out of order. The last order from here and been a regular customer for years.

Rang in to order a 14 inch pizza box meal. All i asked was if the kebab meat could be kept separate as my partner is vegetarian . To which she said no we cant do that . I said i would pay extra to even have it in a small paper bag but she still wouldnt let me order. She was very rude on the phone i think your staff need re training !I ended up going to your competitor star kebab who were more than happy to keep the meat separate in there box meal . Lost a customer and i wont be ringing in again to be spoken to like that !

Waited over an hour for food. Tried to ring but phone was ignored as restaurant was open until 1 am and I started trying to ring them at 12:45pm. Should still answer phone to deal with enquiries about missing deliveries/problems with orders until closing time even though orders for delivery can no longer be taken. No food ever came. Completely Unacceptable. If your too busy you just tell people your no longer taking orders for delivery. It's that simple.

Second time ordering food from star pizza and both times our order never arrived. Awful place please avoid.

load of crap,cheap greasy kebab,really grumpy staff,even with each other,wish i went to briggs like i normally do

These folks are so helpful. The chicken kebabs and salad are the best. Love 'em. We go back quite often and will continue to do so. Best takeaway in Ilkeston.

This was our first visit and will definitely go again soon. All 3 pizzas were spot on and ready on time.

Been using them for ever they are the best. Best food they have catered many parties for us their food is second to none. Best staff always friendly always polite. Can't recommend them highly enough well done guys here's to many more years of yummy food 😁😘

Just eaten their steak, pepper and mushroom kebab. Well. The steak was so tough I had to rip it apart and swallow chunks whole, not enjoyable at all. The naan bread was dry and crumbled apart. Portion I thought was small, half the tray was salad. £6.80 is high, compared to Derbys finest it was just terrible. When will we get a decent kebab house in Ilkeston?????

Fabulous food pleasant people who take orders very prompt i will definitely use them again and tell other people

Food from here is plentiful, perfect if you have got kids but the last few times I've had it the chicken has been very dry and quite tasteless. Having said that the value for money aspect outweighs a few niggles.

Delicious food. Always cooked to order. The best chicken kebabs we have had. Definitely worth ordering from whether you like pizza, burgers or kebabs. We have never been disappointed with the food or service that we received.

Si vas a Star Pizza prepárate para esperar. No es una mala cosa, no creo que, porque la comida que reciben es muy fresca. Las pizzas son muy buenos con escasa generosos pero son las hamburguesas que es mi favorito. Soy bastante exigente en lo que se refiere a hamburguesas pero son super delicioso con cantidades generosas de ensalada en ellos. El personal es muy amable y educado, y recomiendo encarecidamente una visita.
