Lovely filling food, with a good portion and good price. Although wait can be long, it’s understandable for a smaller sized takeaway restaurant, with well mannered and helpful staff. Little couch to rest on which is very comfy and helps you adhere to the wait. Cost little place, hasn’t been exposed to the majority and is a real secret treasure trove for your ideal small cheaper takeaway service. Also as a side note, one of the BEST chips ever made in this restaurant

New years day night, av had a few and need food to pick me up and Zara Pizza is 100% capable! Fresh and tasty I had the New York Pizza and tasted great as did the sauces Must try for yourselves!

Hi, I’m writing to raise a concern about how I was treated at your store. I’ve been a loyal customer since moving to Newcastle, and recently placed an order through your app. When I arrived to pick it up, I was given the wrong order despite clearly stating my name and details. When I pointed this out, a staff member got upset, blamed me, and even threw the pizza on the floor before saying they’d issue a refund. This was highly disrespectful, especially since I was happy to wait for a replacement despite my Uber waiting outside.I hope you can address this issue and improve your service since I’ve never been treated this way with your service at all, especially with the lady thats always been there whenever we order. this was the first time, and it wasn’t even my fault, because when I gave them my name, the order that I received is what they gave me. Thank you.

The more central of toon you get, the nicer the burger and chips get. Got a 1/2 pound cheese burger and chips for 6.40. Canny lass at the till and got some decent tunes banging. If you’re getting some scran after a few bevs on your way home get yourself some scran from here. I’m sure you won’t be disappointed

I will definitely not recommend! I was waiting for more than 35 minutes after placing the order just to hear from them they don't had a driver and canceled my order.Also they blocked my funds for 3-5 days!

When I came inside, the place was almost empty. There was just one delivery, me and the employee. Firstly, he did’t answer my greetings, which I find super impolite, but it is what it is. What made me leave was when I wanted to order and when I hesitated for 3 seconds, thinking about the exact name of the dish, he interrupted me and told me to give him a shout when I will be ready. This put me into strange situation, when I already knew what I wanted, but he just ignored me. After like 10 seconds, I told him I am ready, but he did not react at all. Then I told myself, that I am not going to spend any money here and left. The service is just horrible, there was nobody inside, there were no new orders and yet he could not give me his 30 seconds to order something… Even the food is average at best (based on my experience two years ago). I recommend to avoid this place!

Considering the price, it was excellent. I ordered at about midnight on a Wednesday which left me with few options. Whilst there are better pizzas about, I can't think where at that time of night. Even if there were, they couldn't compete on price. My food arrived fast, hot and was tasty. I'll definitely order from here again.

Ordered on just eat and never received the order. Said order was delivered. When ringing the place itself, the man on the phone was rude and didn’t even bother to resolve the situation. So £20 out of pocket and didn’t even get the food I ordered

OMG THE FOOD IS BEYOND THIS EARTH FAM. LIKE U GOTTA TRY THE CHEESEBURGER. IT HAS CHANGED ME DIFFERENTLY, I THINK THAT THERES NO OTHER PLACE THAT IS AS GOOD. THE CHEESE IS SPECIAL FOR REAL. HAD CHIPS WITH MY WRAP AND IT WAS MMMMMM... DELISH.

The order arrived quickly, the food was warm and fresh! I also added a note on my order and they followed it, which is amazing as other restaurants just ignores the notes. Very happy and will definitely order again. Would recommend.

Accepted my order on Uber eats and no food showed up. Called several times - no answer despite being open. Gave up after 2 hours and had my order cancelled. Waste of time.

Last week my order arrived cold, not even lukewarm! Tonight it arrived almost an hour later than the 60 minutes delivery time. Guess what it made last week’s delivery seem warm. The cheese had reached the state where it wasn’t even soft. It had obviously been cooked and left sitting in the box really for delivery for 60 to 90 minutes. Unbeatable if you like your food hot or at least warm. Totally unacceptable

First time here and both pizzas were delicious and the lady behind the counter was very polite and cheerful

The seller does not the discount policy and allows herself to rise a voice on customers. New prices everyday and no politeness. I definitely cannot recommend anybody buy anything there.

Honestly avoid food came 20mins early was stone cold the cheese wasn't even melted it was clear the food was going in the bin if I hadn't of ordered before hand so god knows how long they were sitting I tried contacting the shop to at least get another one sent out as am pregnant and definitely wasn't going to even try eating it they kept cutting me off and wouldn't answer the food quality is seriously bad and the size is a huge rip off save your money and goes else where

I used to love this place but the last couple of times have been a let down food and delivery time wise.

Please refund the amount, I ordered a pizza two days ago and paid twice by mistake, and I asked you to return the extra amount via e-mail, but you did not.!! And the amount I paid for a burnt pizza is £13.93.

I have tried their food many times and I am literally addicted to their pizza 🍕 and parmesan and also when we order through their website we will get 15% discount which will cover the delivery fee. I recommend their veg pizza with chicken and garlic butter add on. It is heaven ❤️. I appreciate their service as well. Keep going guys.

I ordered Double pepperoni pizza and Ham and pineapple. Both pizzas tasted too salty, we cannot even eat all of the slice, nevermind the whole pizza. The Pepperoni was expected to be a lot as it says "double pepperoni". It is like 1 pepperoni for each slice, wtheck I paid 10pounds for it and some of the pepperoni is not even whole. Awful service, never to order here again. This place should be shutdown, it is ripping me off.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is a health hazard. Ordering chilli sauce on the pizza is a deathwish and one that I wouldn't wish on anyone. The pizza is grotesque and the chips were undercooked. Avoid this place at all costs. Tried it twice now and severely disappointed both times.

Sahara Pizza is the first takeaway I've had since moving to Newcastle, and it was fantastic first impressions. Delicious, great pricing and friendly staff. Will definitely be going back.

Possibly the worst takeaway ive ever been to, garlic bread cold and hard, chips undercooked, chicken tasteless and rubbery, they couldn't even get the pop right as they wrapped it with the food so the cans were warm.. very low quality, use as last resort only.

Placed an order here for some food with friends following a difficult day. Sadly it never arrived, phones were blanked when we tried to chase it up and the payment was taken. Very dissapointing that we were treated like this, still waiting for the pizzas/money back, I guess this is 2018.

Pizza was nice, but was given no garlic dips despite paying for them, and was given the wrong drink.

Ordered food yes it was a little late but how does it take 20 minutes to then turn down the order? By which time everywhere else is shut waste of time won’t be trying again!!!!!

Only chose this place as the delivery time was 35 minutes then after ordering it changed to an hour so I rang to cancel or as I didn’t want to wait that long. They blocked my number so I could not get through and had it on hold so they didn’t need to answer the phone when I rang off another number. After 2 and a half hours the order had finally turned up. Absolute joke never order off here again waste of time and money! Baring in mind this is literally a 4 minute drive to my house also! And the order was wrong!

Do not order from here. We have been sent bread with mould on. We rang the shop to ask for new bread and they told us that they couldn't drop anymore off. When I asked for a refund and they could come collect the food they said no and hung up on me!!! The place is disgusting

Pizza is well over an hour late and no answer from the shop. I honestly would not care if my food did not turn up right now after waiting two hours for it to arrive I have lost my appetite purely out of annoyance that it is so late however I have already paid £25 for my food for a group of people for it to not arrive. Will NEVER use this pizza shop again.
