Nice nice place, friendly service

I feel the meat was too dry. Overall, food wasn't tasty. Service was excellent but just wouldn't go there because I don't like the burger. Tried beef, grilled chicken burger. Just not to my liking.

Service was very slow and had to send milkshake back as it was too lumpy to drink. Generally like these restaurants but will stick to the one at the metro centre from now on.

Tasty meat BUT what on earth is in this sauce? I only had the classic burger... Im now ravenously thirsty. I came in here for time out...to sort out my recipts and some paperwork... Its really quiet... But the staff are still rushing me on... 3 times... Asking if i want drink. Their burgers Obvously have chemicals in to make you get thirsty and not care about costs.... My head is tingling with excitement... This is MONOSODIUM GLUTIMATE not good meat! Wont be returning. How rude.

Just been to the restaurant in Eldon Square. We were greeted straight away and sat down by a lovely waitress called Becca. She was very polite and helpful throughout our time there & couldn't do enough for us! Very satisfied with the burgers but even more so the service!

Very helpful and friendly staff. Food is top nosh. Restaurant is lovely, clean and comfortable. Definitely going again 😀🍔💖

Burgers were disappointing considering the price. Drinks pricey too. Worse of all was the service. Incredibly long waits on a quiet day for ordering, getting drinks COLD COFFEE, long wait for average food. Considering the choice in this area. I'd avoid this one personally.

It"s not a great burger and it's overpriced, poor location also! Great customer service though.
