HONEST REVIEW. Order was late and food was cold. It was absolutely rotten. Chilli tasted like fish and chips was wet and soggy. Pizzas are OK on average. Service was terrible and they don't really go out there way to help you. I'll never be ordering from here again Do not recommend! 1 star at most. P.S I didn't feel very well after eating there food I've always been a loyal customer it's went right downhill. Don't waste your money.

BEST PIZZA I have ever had in my life 10:10 will go again to eat, the pizza had an incredible texture with smooth stretchy cheese straight out of a commercial. The inside of the shop may be a little warm but wasn’t complaining after I saw the staff they treated me in respect and always smiling when talking, I looked at the bad reviews before I went and I didn’t have any of the problems I saw people complained about. The order takes usually 30/50 minutes for it to arrive to my house every time. Would definitely recommend to eat from the takeaway. Food is cheap too,I usually pay £12 for a 12 inch pizza everywhere else, in this shop 16 inch is £12.50.

Genuinely one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had from a takeaway. I had the tikka masala pizza and I can’t recommend it enough to anyone looking for a nice comforting takeaway. Also 20% off on toon eats

Tried the new labanese menu tried the biryani shawarma chicken then again 2 days later and both times was delicious then just tried tge shawarma burger and same again really nice definitely going to keep trying the new menu aswell as getting the rest of the menu

Tried the shawarma chicken and seasoned chips from the new Lebanese menu and it was 10/10. Would highly recommend

Ordered a pizza and nan bread and masala sauce when got home the pizza was black burnt and smelled awful the massala sauce was cold and it was just water with a ton of coconut couldn't eat it as was sickly sweet horrible never have your order done when they give you a time use to be great but went totally downhill one time was in before Xmas and the two men. Behind the counter started having a full on fight punching each other shouting going mad I was so scared never seen anything like it if I had my child there she would of been terrified and crying couldn't believe what was happening was mental and delivery omg takes well over a hour then delivery drivers all outside sitting just stering at you makes you feel very uncomfortable

Hands down the best Pizza & Burgers in the North East!

Went for a Margarita pizza after being at the pub. Friendly service in the shop and the pizza was delicious; lovely fluffy dough, rich tomato sauce base and stretchy, stringy mozzarella cheese (and plenty of it). First time trying, would definitely recommend and will certainly be back.

Ordered from here a few times as my son likes the pizza but ordered tonight and bought my son the usual and the pizza tasted inedible like spew 🤢 full pizza in the bin won’t be ordering from here again.

The worst pizzas I have ever had. Do you put sugar in your dough or something, awful! Even the delivery service was terrible, took 1 and a half hours and I only live a minute away.

I have ordered from this takeaway the past three times and it has been 3 hours late. Tonight I give my pals at work the number and again it was three hours late. The driver put it down to bad roads but there seems to be a pattern. Won’t order from this place again. Expect more bad reviews to follow as there’s another 9 people waiting to complain.

My husband insists on using these and I've no clue why!! I think after 3 bad experiences in a row hes finally learned... they claim to never have received our order the first time. Soggy cold pizza second time and this time I have to phone 5 minutes before closing to ask where our food is!! Ordered at 9.20 its now 11.05pm!

Lads were spot on in the place, and although the food was good, there was something missing in the sauce. Meat was all good and plenty of spice, but sauce could be better. Herbs could be added as well as something else to add a punch to the sauce.

Absolutely disgusting service! It has taken 3 hours for our pizzas to arrive when we live less than 10 minutes away! I rang the shop after an hour and a bit to check on our order. I was told it was on its way. 3 hours later it arrived, clay cold. To top it off we were overcharged for our pizzas at the door! Rang the shop to complain and let them know we were robbed to which the man just laughed. Absolutely disgraceful do not recommend

We were told the driver was outside when he wasn’t and he wasn’t there, called the shop and they kept telling us to call the driver, was a waste of our time and money, kept messing about, joke of a pizza place. Won’t be ordering again. Driver blocked my boyfriends number, shocking attitude.

Was lovely the first time we had it. Had it twice since and it hasnt impressed. The madras sauce tasted and smelled like Chinese curry sauce the second time and the third time it was just brown water. Kebab is ok and garlic was nice but probably wont be back to try again.

I've been waiting over 2hrs for delivery, still hasn't arrived.

Had the balti naan bab. Was a little gutted because the flavour wasn't as good as it used to be and you get less chicken.

Food was ment to come at 19:36 did not come until 8:05 pizza was cold a granny’s slipper would have more tast to it and we’ll the Donna don’t even won’t to sat say but DO NoT eat here

We have ordered regularly from Pizza Master and usually the food is OK, However tonight our order was missing a couple of items. (Which happens of course). A simple phone call to the restaurant, or so i thought, resulted in me being called a liar. "Chef said he packed the item so..." excellent customer service! On challenging the statement they told me eventually after talking back and forth that my items would be sent but would take an hour as its busy or I can have it next time! Again appreciate but waited long enough already and no apology offered, which really is all I wanted, a simple sorry and well get it to you ASAP. Im sorry but your free can of pop won't be enough to get me to order from here again. Terrible terrible handling of a simple misshap.

Wicked food, only downfall is they’ve changed there garlic sauce it tastes absolutely awful tastes like it’s off and just been left for days No clue why they changed it.

*Dont waste your time or money!* Usually our go to takeaway, never had a problem, until now. Absolutely shocking experience with Pizza Masters tonight. Ordered through uber eats at 17:00 and scheduled delivery for between 19:30-20:00 in time for the match. I have camera footage on my phone of the delivery driver stood at my door at 19:56 with no attempt of knocking on my door or ringing the doorbell, even the dog didn't bark. I rang to be told they'll send another order out with a can of pop for the inconvenience and would be with us within 20minutes. Over an hour later the driver delivered our order, missing items from the order and no pop as mentioned aswell as no sauces on the kebab wraps. Rang again, to be told fresh wraps would be sent out within 20minutes, 40 minutes later the wraps arrived HALF the size of what they usually are. Staff didn't seem to mind they've lost a loyal customer, absolute shambles of a takeaway, gone right down hill. I'll be avoiding in future & advice anyone else to do the same. Would have given zero stars if possible.

Ordered madras pizza got chicken curry phoned and complained re delivered a fresh pizza exactly the same . They don't know what a madras pizza is

Tried kabab pizza from here ordered by phone and when i got to shop said order again was told would be ready in 5/10 minutes, ok no problem with that but while waiting there seemed to be a lot of shouting between staff, no understanding at all and when i got home the chips where hot and tasty but the kabab calzone was just an ordinary one made with turkey ham and not very nice, plus onion rings were very soggy, won't be in a hurry to try again.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Down right rude staff. Good job I’m a much calmer person than I used to be. Order missing items YET AGAIN. We stopped ordering from here over a year ago due to constantly missing items and delivery being late. We gave it another go and nothing has changed. In fact it’s worse: the food is bland and the service has gone down hill. Rang to ask for missing items to be told nothing they can do. Shame as I’m friends with the family who have the same shop in Gateshead.

Twice out order has took over an hour.last week it was 2 hours this week an hour and a half.there shop is 10 minutes away from us so our order should not have taken that long.wife phoned and they said the driver was waiting for another order before bringing ours.their deliverydrivers are a joke.however.the food was absolutely rank.had to put in microwave to warm up.will NEVER order from there again. Scammers in plain sight!! AVOID! Ordered from Just Eat. I got a call from them to say an item is out of stock so I requested a cashback refund instead which was agreed upon and will be given by the driver. Driver then arrives with the food but no refund given! Rang the shop and said driver will come to drop refund. Never came!! Absolute disgrace, disgusting customer service. Never again!!

Still really annoyed. I had placed an order for a pizza. It was approximately 10 minutes before closing. The food arrived and the pizza was stone cold. The dough was cheap, and to be honest it did not seem to have one piece of effort other than the ritual of making it, nothing fancy and it was very lack luster, I ordered ben and Jerry's because I really wanted some, and I got cookie dough and a small ice cream. It wasn't what I ordered. Therefore I would expect a refund. But its like "ah just give him another desert that should be fine".; I would rather a pizza with effort put in on it's own than 2 things that where below par. I know it was late.

Absolute digrase ! Ordered a meal deal which included a chicken Kiev pizza for it to come filled with pineapple inside ! The extra sauce I had paid for did not arrive and then only recieved a £5 refund on the order that was £20 ! The parts that were correct tasted terrible , kebab must very low quality , chips were hard and stodgy and the garlic sauce that did arrive was more mint than garlic. AVOID !!!!

Put order in to collect went for it 25 minutes after put it in online, told not ready come back in 10 minutes, the delivery times are shocking cold food that why thought try once more after last shambles of food after 25 minutes not even started cooking that's me done now should of not bothered after last waste of money and wrong items in home delivery rang up said were vert busy be a hour to get correct food delivered to me my advice go elsewhere much better places should of read reviews in first place

Awesome food! Always get the nann kebabs and pizza. Every match day myself and my family buy from here whilst we watch the football or Film. Every Hot and food tastes amazing. You can taste the differnt flavours in the Pizza master Nann Kebabs Yuuuuuummmm

I have ordered from here and they have took my money on Uber eats and haven’t delivered my food the shop is now closed and getting no reply what do I do

We ordered a vegetarian pizza with no mushrooms, got mushrooms We ordered a cheesy chip wrap no salad, got salad and the guy at the till was just useless tbh Also everything was more expensive when we ordered in store than on Uber?

Nice food overall. Cant fault the pizza. But is a bit pricey and delivery times are utterly terrible and customer service pretty clueless.

Ordered from here for a change and the food was disgusting cold dry burnt chips pizza was stuck to the box ( uncooked) salad was hot because it was sat on top of tin foil covering the kebab and kebab meat was covered in only what I can describe as slime. The wrap was falling apart with a slimy sauce never again

Pit a large order in last night when I got home we asked for one pizza with no mushrooms what did it have on mushrooms in the bin, Ordered 3 lots of chips one sweet potato, one ordinary chips , one cheese chips , no cheese chips last visit from me.

Absolutely horrendous food! We accidentally ordered from here thinking it was ‘Pizza Master in Teams’. We it arrived the smell and taste was disgusting! Do not order from here from undercooked chicken and tasteless kabab to freezing chips! We’ve had to go elsewhere for food!

Got garlic bread supreme and it was the cheapest garlic bread baguette you could get from a shop with cheese sprinkled on an was like rubber also payed for extra topping on my pizza which I’m glad I did as even with extra was next to nothing on it

Excellent customer service when I entered shop was greeted by friendly faces and smiles. Placed an order for 2 x 16 inch pizzas and they gave me a free 12" garlic bread with cheese. Food was absolutely delicious and very reasonably priced will definitely be making another visit soon. Keep up the great work guys

Had a surprise delivery with a free pizza, garlic and a can of coke. As its new management and wanted to make things right from the last order which was awful thanks again and will be ordering again!

Terrible food honestly all went in the bin. I heard about Pizza Masters im Hebburn and thought this shop is a part of them. Food inedible, chicken was smelling, chips were rotten and over cooked, pizza was doughy and stodgy. What a shame as the shop is beautiful. It seems the guys lack experience and clueless when it comes to food. Only thing nice about the food was the containers and the boxes the food came in! Guys you need to employ a trained chef who has experience.

Awful, awful, awful. If you find this on Just Eat or anywhere else. MOVE ON! It’s that simple. We got a takeaway and for a start the garlic bread for a starter was not only horrible but looked unappealingly unique. The pizza was yet again, disgusting and I appreciate pictures on Just Eat are only stock photos but it could at least look somewhat appealing.
