Ten ten kebabs, gave me less on my second order however so I stopped going for awhile

Avoid like the plague or you will end up with the plague or food poisoning at least went in side (now called GRILZ) filthy kitchen food kept at room temperature in banmarie that wasn't turned on he used salad toungs to get the meat out put on the hotplate for less than 20 secconds then tryed to charge us more than the menu the reason we went in was because we ordered on line the week before and had food poisoning the same as 3 different friends did the weeks leading up absolutely discussing premises avoid avoid avoid

The food is amazing, the timing was on time , food was perfect temperature and drink was nice and cold. I definitely recommend for you to buy the food it is delicious and worth the price.

Food always amazing when ordered

I ordered Lamb Donner Wrap meal, onion rings and Diet Coke. Calling late my first options were unavailable my own doing so I just switched it about. Delivery time spot on. Lamb Donner Wrap was banging deffo ordering them from there again very full wrap 🌯 I didn't eat the chips as I left them overnight and no chips are nice once left, onion rings no complaints either.

donner was burned,never gets it right how can the donner portion be right this time but the quality is awful chicken burger was hard and inedible nothing positive except delivery timing just awful all around no improvement.

The food was absolutely stone cold freezing and was alot longer than estimated delivery time too. I usually don't have an issue with this place, one of my favourite food places to order from. ut this time.

problem is giving reduced portions and still charging the same price for the product with 0 change 🫤

waited 2 and a half hours, only to have my order cancelled. The restaurant called to apologise and said the driver was stuck in an accident. I told him of this was the case, it would be a good idea to communicate with the customer and not make them wait 2 hours. He then proceeded to ask me why I think he is lying...completely got the wrong end and did not even let me talk. I was trying to advise from a customer service perspective but he did not seem interested at all. Horrendous & rude!

DO NOT ORDER! Delivery said an hour, as soon as I confirmed my order it jumped to an hour & a half. After the time had passed I called the restaurant to be told they have been busy so my food hadn’t even gone on the grill yet. By the time I got my delivery it was more than 2 hours after I had ordered it and I can honestly say I’ve never had a worse takeaway. I used to order from here all the time but the food I received last night was disgusting. It went straight in the bin, wouldn’t use again.

Absolutely poor service. Got told my food was delivered even when I was saying I had not received it. Restaurant staff very rude and horrible. I am pregnant and all I wanted was food. Very very poor customer service !!!

The lamb chops were too burnt and dry. Cheese burger had a weird chilli flavour to it. The chicken tikka meal had a random bone stick in it!!! Not worth the price of how all the meals tasted. Used to be so tasty but never ordering again. Wouldn't have minded the food being delivered late if the taste good!

ordered chicken tikka and naan all the naan was burnt and broken apart couldn’t tell what was chicken and what was bread lol

delivery was quick, food was hot. had the boneless chicken meal, they put the chicken pieces on top of the chips so they where hot. was happy bout it, love there own coleslaw. The only downfall I have is they sent a different drink to what I ordered. have tasted what they gave me and I'm not keen on it. not a lover of mango so never drank most of it. Will order again as food is hot and good portions.

The chips were horrible, my salad was just lettuce and red onion and I had a tiny and I mean tiny amount of coleslaw not to mention I ordered 2x half a chicken meal and it was DEFINITELY NOT half a chicken. very disappointed as this was one of mine and my partners favourite places to order from.

Not nice, ordered tandoori chicken wings, got bbq chicken wings that identify as tandoori. Coke turned up as Pepsi and curly fries where as straight as roman roads. I understand that places run out of items, however they could have phoned and explained the situation and asked if we would like to change the order. The other food we got was OK, but not the best.

i left a note telling them to ring me upon arrival as i live in a shared house but they didnt consider rrading the nite. I ordered veg samosa they gave me meat samosa, I also asked for cutlery they didn't give me any though. but food was alright

Terrible food chicken wings tasted like it was thrown in the toilet and chicken fillet burger was dry and thin. Chips were soggier than my socks after a run. This place is dead don’t order from these lot

Avoid this place very dishonest people was told half an hour turned into over an hour food was also missing very disappointing and unprofessional I was told pizza dough was fresh but it wasn't avoid at all costs

I ordered the chicken this time, and i must say it was moist and spiced really well. I do wish it was charred a bit more, though the turnout was delicious!

Zam Zams never disappoints me. Always on point with the spiceness and seasoning. My fav grill place for my cravings. I love y‘all coleslaw I need the receipe fr🤣

I ordered a platter that was supposed to come with fries and a bottle of Pepsi, instead I got just chicken no fries and a can of Pepsi. I paid 23 pounds and didn’t get my full order. Never ordering from here again

This is my own experience for take out. the guys are great and the food is always nice and hot this is my 3rd visit, so far no issues. the zam zam special kebab is very nice, the pizza is pretty decent on the 2nd time i ordered. i hope anyone that tries this place gets a 5 star experience as i notice in the reviews some have not.

Didn’t bring my fries first, then had to call numerous times to ask where it is and how long it’ll take to come, poor customer service to be honest

I have ordered Masala fish on nan meal and 6 pieces of wings. But they delivered me a chicken on nan with 7 up instead of coke and 4 pieces of over cooked wings and three chicken strips. I am not happy with this behaviour. If you don't have the required things at-least then don't take orders and waste customer time and money. I need my refund as soon as possible.

the driver was so rude harassing my step sister when she has to come over to collect the food because the driver wouldn’t leave the car after i told him i wasn’t able to leave the house due to circumstances and he wasn’t nice about it at all asking my step sister what her name was whilst she was walking away disappointed as i order from here a lot and this isn’t acceptable

The food was good and delivered on time but the price is way to much for 4 chops and some chips, not much meat for almost £16 per portion.

I’ve ordered from Zam Zams multiple times and the food is always on time or early and good warm fresh food :)

My food took a long time to get to my home and I spent a lot of my hard earned money on it because I had been told good reviews from my friends but when the food eventually got to me it was freezing cold and stale. I don’t like to complain about food but I simply couldn’t let this one go due to the fact I heard good things about the shop. Therefore I would like a refund and then hopefully when I order again it will be good

Pepsi drink had a small hole in it possibly due to getting dropped on the foor so was leaking.

The food is always 10/10, fresh and full of flavours. A few times ordered from here and they never seem to get the drinks order correct. The delivery time is quite a long time too

Almost thought the food wasn’t coming. Had to call over 9 times just to get a response from the restaurant Several items were either missing or replaced with items I didn’t want. Zamzam has really gone down hill.

Usually a great place for food, however on thosnoccSion the order was late, the food was on the cooler side and was missing the curly fries.
