Stumbled across this gem after partaking in a few drinks. Really friendly staff and affordable delicious food. The fries in particular are amongst the nicest I've had in several years of living in Bristol- cooked to absolute perfection.

Lamhajons are top teir. Incredibly yummy. Pizzas are great Xx

I have come here for two years now and I've never had a problem with the food, the prices are justified by inflation and the business owners need to make their money so it's fair to me, if you go to tye negative reviews on this page a woman will say that the pizza was undercooked I'm here to tell you she is lying and she doesn't know anything about food because the pizza was hot that's why the crust turned into dough after she pressed together the crust, to sum it all up this is a great place to eat at I've never had a problem with the food or it being undercooked, to the people and especially the lady that said the food was undercooked you don't know anything about food and you had no right to yell at the owner you should have let the food cool a little and then it would have been fine, that's all I have to say.

Not value for money at all, poor food quality and service, dry and salty chips. Don't recommend it.

We have been getting food from Zam Zam most weeks for 5 years, it’s been great however today I was given slightly undercooked meat. Took one bite of the food to realise this, as we live so close and like the place I went back to ask about it and hope they would make me a new one. I was greeted with no eye contact, no smile, the person didn’t even look at me when I came in. I explained the situation but I was spoken to so rudely, saying that’s never happened in the 3 years he’s been working there, asking who got the food (my partner picked it up for us) saying “he” (my partner) had never complained before … asking me why I ate so much of it (I took one bite - showed him the whole thing was still in the wrapper), he was fuming - explaining how the food is made and that what I said was not true - but didn’t even look when I tried to show him the meat (which was clearly not fully cooked). I explained I was breastfeeding and getting ill just wasn’t something I wished for. He was just getting agitated and annoyed. I explained that we’ve come here weekly for 5 years, and if possible I’d like a new one please, I got told “no I’m not making you food”, gave me £3 back (actual cost £3.50), told me to take the food away by a hand gesture and gestured to leave his shop. I left in disbelieve at the rudeness and attitude. They’ve lost a customer for life, I won’t ever go back and would definitely tell people not to bother (the quality has been going down over the last few years), but we liked supporting small local business. They used to make this most gorgeous bread! We’d get a couple every few days, and the guys working in there before the new people were lovely!

Great freshly made food for a cheap price. Go there at least once a week for lunch and can safely say the lamachun is 10/10.

The worst falafel I have ever had, wrapped in cold tortillas. Dry and tasteless. Waste of money.

Superb lambajon, delicious minced lamb topped with cheese freshly baked. Perfect for a quick bite to eat. The owner was friendly welcoming and talked me through the process he goes through. Believe it or not, 70 nan can fit in the oven. A fantastic place, definitely worth a visit!

This shop is amazing however there have been issues recenetly. the new people at the shop are making mistakes on the food a lot. For example our pizza was burnt and missing a topping. I think they need to train them more or tell them to fix up because I have been going less often because of this.

I stumbled upon Zam Zam by accident a few years ago and I’m so glad I did! Truly a hidden gem of BS5. The first and still the best lamajoun I’ve had. Excellent veggie stuffed breads too!

Lovely freshly baked bread and pizza and the friendliest staff you will ever meet, they are always so chatty and fun. Great value for money too, a whole pizza is £5. We are regulars at Zam Zam's during lockdown, thank you Zam Zam's for keeping us going and still being open in lockdown, yey! :D

Lovely place so cheap for such good quality and fresh food. About 2 pounds for a really decent naan snack wood fired in front of you. Staff are lovely also very welcoming and kind. A new favourite!

Really lovely man that runs this place. He has a magic touch with the dough. Despite us being late, he was more than happy to switch everything back on and sort out our rumbling bellies with his fine baked goods.

Despite us walking through the door at 8 and the oven shut down. He happily fired it up and made us excellent pizzas using his own dough and Ragu. I was dubious as the price was so low but he's just a really genuine nice guy. Highly recommended. I'll be back and often!

Delicious lahmacun! / lahmajon. Friendly guys. This is exactly the sort of place that you would hope to find in Easton. A humble but superb little neighbourhood snack stop where you can find something very tasty and quick at a very reasonable price. The food is centred on Kurdish cuisine but v recognisable to anyone who‘s visited Turkey Iraq Syria etc

Amazing Middle-Eastern bakery serving a limited no frills selection of delicious beads, savouries and pizza's all from an authentic brick oven. There are extended opening hours from 11 am to 8pm everyday and an option to call in your order for those who want to avoid waiting. A definite must visit for anyone in need of quick, affordable, tasty, good quality fare.

Yum! Zam zam doesn't look amazing from the outside but gosh are the treats inside good! You have to try a lahmajoun! Only £2 but it'll fill you up. I can't help myself but get two every time! The bread they make is soft enough that you could just scoff that on its own and be happy.
