Zaitun Take Away in Havering

3 hours late for delivery, rude stuff, cold food !! Manager said we would get a full refund instead tried giving us back £3 on just eat ! Dont order from here not worth it

If I could give 0 I would …. Absolutely shocking. Food tastes average however Customer service is awful … hung up the phone on me, because they cocked up our order and was told it would be 25 minutes however that turned into an hour!!! Rude

We were disappointed by the takeaway experience as there were missing items for our family gathering order. Despite contacting them twice, they claimed we hadn't ordered those items. After cross-referencing with their menu, we discovered we were actually charged for the missing items, but they still argued. Last time we order from Zaitun

Ordered for 5 people, one main missing upon delivery. First call to the restaurant they say that we did not mention the main when ordering, so it has not been charged. Tally up the total from the menu and compared with the charge on the card and it had been included. Call a 2nd time and they insist it wasn't included and the extra price was because the menu prices had changed. One excuse after another just to pinch an extra £5. DO NOT ORDER UNLESS YOU ARE FINE WITH BEING SCAMMED.

I always order my Indian food from zaitun but this is the last time. I gave the driver a bag of £1 coins totalling £20, my order came to £18.50 so giving a little tip. I double checked the bag and new exactly what I was giving him but the driver knocked on my door 5 mins later (after he was sitting in his car) saying the money was incorrect handing me a bag back containing 5ps 10ps and various other coins saying that it was short when I knew full well what I gave him.

How this is 4 stars on reviews is beyond me. Never in my 40 years of existence have I ever thrown away a takeaway. I am far too tight! But I threw this in the bin after 3 bites. Terrible. No taste.

Quality Indian food. The Kebab rolls are the best

Used to order from Zaitun often, had a bad experience so looked elsewhere for a while. We gave them a second chance via deliveroo and it was top notch, very tasty

Ordered £40 worth of food which we DID NOT receive. Rang the restaurant after waiting over an hour, and they claimed it had been delivered. This is a lie. Don't risk your money on this scam.
