Due for delivery at 18.40hrs, arrived 19.35hrs. Phoned the restaurant at 19.10hrs and told that they were waiting for a driver! Food was cold as a result.

The half chicken was beautiful, but the chicken burger was way over cooked, the chicken was so tough it really spoilt it. Shame really because the half chicken was delicious

Great portion size, arrived early and hot. Just a tad overpriced, not somewhere we could order from regularly, which is a shame, over £30 for two kebabs, 1 chips and delivery, but a lovely meal all the same.

Absolutely disgusting! Will not ever order again it’s gone so down hill, tiny bits of chicken that was grey and chewy pasta was not fully cooked and payed £4 delivery for something that went in the bin!

Due to digestive problems I'm not able to eat seeds anymore so I'm so glad I found Zaitun Grill as they use brioche buns for their burger's and both the fried chicken burgers and cheese burgers are very tasty and I honestly have had the best doner kebabs from here too!!!!

Food did not turn up and no one answered the phone

We ordered 3 kebabs with pots of sauce. We had 3 wraps and no sauce delivered. When we rang to say they had got the order wrong, we were told that the machine to make the naan breads for the kebabs was broken. We asked for the £16.40 (!!!!) difference in price to be refunded and they said no, just bring the wraps back to them !! Shocking customer service and HUGELY overcharged. AVOID this takeaway at all costs!

Food was very bland, we ordered extra hot on all and was barely hot. Tried to call the restaurant abs they had closed so food had obviously been rushed! Usually love ordering from here abs we paid £4 delivery for it, really gutted, Complained through here on the night but not got a refund or told about getting one, hopefully we get to order again soon abs a little bit better as usually lovely, £29 gone

Another great kebab! I think this is the only kebab house that uses naan breads locally. Excellent food, well worth a try!

Had to use the delivery service even though I live a few yards away I couldn’t leave the house, I looked at the bill online and was charged £3.00 for the privilege, 10p for a bag (ok fair enough, but free when you collect) and 50p ‘service charge’ again not charged on collection. I wouldn’t mind but at £16.10 for a small chewy wrap, some pasta and hummus was expensive enough! Avoid this place they are only interested in making money however which way.

Just looked at my bill and charged 10for a bag (ok fine but should of asked if wanted one as don’t get charged when collecting) 50p service charge, which again they don’t add if you collect, and £3.00 delivery charge to go across the road. I’m shocked at this money making scheme it’s disgusting the food is expensive enough!

charged me £3.50 to deliver across the road as unable to leave house. Wouldn’t mind but 3 items came to £16.10 as it was for a bowl of past and cheese a tiny chewy wrap and some hummus l, not at all worth it. I would avoid this place and try somewhere else

Service and delivery was great, food arrived early by a friendly delivery guy 😊 this place seems to have gotten more expensive since the very first time we ordered a year or so ago; not somewhere we would order from often anymore as a result, but a nice Christmas treat nonetheless. Got my order wrong, ordered a double cheeseburger no salad and ketchup but I received the double cheeseburger with salad and mayonnaise, very disappointed.

Paid £27 for 2 chicken pasta cheesy chips and garlic bread! Paid £3 delivery and a service charge I’m only a 2 minute drive I’m up the road. Still paid it for me and my children and they couldn’t even give me a little bit of salad I asked for if I wanted that I’d have needed to pay £3 extra! Food was dry and burnt, not worth the price at all too expensive! Won’t be ordering again

Took my money, didn't get my food, staff refuse to accept that their website didn't work and they hung up on me. Never buy from these people! So rude! And theives! You owe me money! UPDATE: 40 mins later they phoned back and sent out the order, which was actually quite nice. Provided proof of payment to the delivery driver so hopefully that's the end of an argument that almost ruined our Friday night.

Food was nice but meals all missing the salad ordered nice meals a little short on the meat in mixed kebab. Disappointed that salad was missing after paying £40 and £3 delivery for 5 min drive to deliver .

Ordered food, and turned up in 9 minutes to my address. And made my family ill! We got food poisoning! Spoke on the phone to them today, and the man on the phone, stated he wasn’t bothered. And he doesn’t care about the 2star food hygiene rating they have. He told me that they cook all the chicken products during the day, and then reheat them when orders come in!! Everything is microwaved! No wonder my family was ill!!

So. Never ordered from here before so thought I would try it. They came 10 mins late...........but I tell you what......I don't care they must have been busy and I don't mind as..........the food was very hot! The taste was amazing. Everything very very nice. And then I opened my kebab expecting to find a pitta with it.......oh no it was a NAN BREAD😁😁😁 YES!!!! Absolutely amazing food! Fresh! Hot! Deffo ordering from here again!!! Thank you!!

I hesitated ordering after seeing the last reviews, however food was lovely , warm and on time! The spicy rice is something else though when it comes to spice 😂 for the spice lovers you’ll love it, those a little on the cooler side ... it’s hot! Also hats off to the delivery driver, literally the friendliest guy around!

I don't recommend eating here, what you order off the menu isn't what they supply you with, just seem to be cutting corners with my whole order. Took a while to be delivered Not professional at all and not much of a selection to chose from and there popular dishes arnt up to scratch either

Arrived 20 minutes after ordering caused alarm bells! Donner Kebab poor. Meat bland and rubbery, no salad. Chicken kebab okay. Chips awful. Overpriced. Will not be ordering ever again.

Highly disappointed,ordered online food arrived but missing 2 items,called shop got told it was on its way 30 mins later called again,got told they weren’t sure what’s happened and again on its way,by the time items arrived the food had been Sat on plates for an hour and gone cold ended up in the bin waste of £30

It tasted Amazing, what more could I say 😉 I would have liked a little/lot more Chilli 🌶 Heat considering I ordered the Hot peri peri whole chicken 🐔 but I suppose they have to cater for the average person. I LOVE CHILLI and the Hotter the Better so I'm not the average person.

Absolutely the best peri peri chicken we’ve eaten! I had the peri chicken burger and my partner had the chicken kebab, both lots of chicken where succulent and very tasty. First time we’ve ordered and will do so again!

I ordered through " Just Eat " as they advertised free delivery on new years eve but I had to pay £2 delivery , the restaurant didn't want to know and wouldn't listen plus I specifically ordered delivery for 8pm but it arrived at 7pm but was still cold , I ordered several hours in advance as new years eve so no excuse really

Donna meat had a weird texture and was crumbly... peri peri chicken was lovely.

Brilliant food - really good quality meat, kebab and chicken. Good choice of food and something different to other takeaways. Good service and quick delivery. Could have onion in the salad and chips could be better.

We ordered a double smashed burger as they make it with gherkins, and it was one of the best I have ever had. Definitely would get again.

Rude staff member and chips under cooked Would not recommend

On the whole the food was lovely!! Chips were not very hot and had were starting to go quite soggy. Aside from the chips everything else was great. Food was ordered for 6:30pm arrived about 7:10pm, we have this before with Zaitans so we were prepared for it not arriving on time.

Food was ment to come at 18:50. Rang at 19:20 they said it was round the corner. Rang again at 19:40 they said the driver left 20 mins ago. Food turned up at 19:45 and driver said he was the only driver and he had only just left the shop. So not only was food late but they lied to us. Chicken was dry and looked like it had been waiting around.

20 mins late the chips were too soggy to be edible, the bun on the burger was saturated the only thing dry was the chicken
