We ordered a takeaway of chicken tikka masala. Oh my god, ive never tasted any tikka like it!! Pasty, no flavour, inedible. Had to throw it in the bin! Both my friend and i highly dissapointed. Heard good things about this place, but for me. Never again. Disgusting!!

Amazing hands down the best takeaway I have ever had you can see why they have won awards. Highly recommend will definitely be back.

THE most dreadful experience from a takeaway EVER. Having pre-ordered several hours before, to pick up after work on a Friday, I arrived to be told my order hadn't been done. Re-stating I wanted a medium hot curry, I waited half an hour, I was tired and frustrated, but was patient thru my hunger. 10 minutes after driving away, I was called to be told they'd forgotten the contents of the curry and I only had sauce. And they were sending a driver out with the rest of my order. Another 20 minute wait at home, and the driver appeared. Ravenous by this point I sat down to hoover my well earned dinner. ...the curry was so spicy, I couldn't eat it! To say I was angry is an understatement. So, I don't like leaving bad reviews really, until they remind me of how completely inept a business can be, especially one with all their deceitful and posturing bling. Despite numerous messages to them, they continue to spam me with offers! You continue to remind me of completely s#!t you were.

First time ordering from Zains and first time using the app. The app was easy to use, and the food arrived by a friendly delivery driver, and the food was hot and delicious. Ordered a Calzone & a 10' Pizza for the family. Oh, and I love the packaging. 👍

I have ordered from Zain's literally dozens of times and what can I say. The food is delicous, the curries and pakoras are always bursting with flavour. I have ordered their special naan breads topped with a curry of your choice and cheese and they are always full of flavour. The one and only minor problem that has let the food down a couple of times is the fact that the pizzas have been rushed out the oven a couple of minutes early, particularly on a friday or saturday evening which I can understand as it is so busy and I know they want to get the food delivered as quickly as possible, but I really wouldn't mind waiting a few more minutes to have the base of the pizza cooked to perfection. It isn't a huge deal as I have just chucked it in the oven at home for a few more minutes but I know some people will be eating on the go etc so they wouldn't be able to do that. Apart from that its a great takeaway and deservedly has been nominated for awards and I will continue to order from it.

Let my girlfriend do the phoning tried to to talk her out of ordering from zains as it’s rotten and as usual once again it did not disappoint £40 of absolute garbage cheers again

Nice modern clean place, staff all polite, had to wait 2hrs for main dish (and that was after complaining) way to long with children ! Food IMO not anything like traditional Indian food just a load of same old slop (Indian food in the 80's) !!! For this reason I've stopped.voing to any India (?) restaurants, only went coz of birthday. Plus MEGA EXPENSIVE. Wouldn't go back or recommend ......Sorry

Cost of living crisis I know but price increases over the period far too much. Small Chips went from £1.50 to £2.90 over the past year n a bit. Small plain pizza over £5 now! Automatically charging 20p for bag without being asked. Packaging for chips now in a paper bag- soggy wet mess if you get delivery and have to wait. Where I would have bought twice a week before now only buy once every few months!

Haven’t used Zains in years but heard good things recently. Used for a Saturday night takeaway, I don’t think you can sit in here…..Large menu with the usual options for curry. We got Lamb Tikka curry, paneer Chasni, cheese and onion pakora and a Chicken tikka naan. A huge feast and delivery was prompt for a Saturday night. Lovely lamb and the paneer was very light. Will definitely use again.

We ordered a large takeaway for 8 people, we chose to collect and it was ready at the exact time stated. Food was fabulous every dish we had was delicious, we had a selection of Indian starters and mains, the Naan breads are amazing! Only thing to improve would be the user experience on the app some of the descriptions and pictures were confusing, search wasn’t great and there was not an option to collect so we had to make a note and then call to confirm.

Ordered tea time special. Absolutely lovely. Two curries rice starters Nan bread and salt and chilly chips. Both curries were full of flavour and spices. Well done guys. Happy customer.

Ordered milkshake at 1023pm and didn't receive delivery nor did I get a phone call to say it wouldn't be getting delivered

I ordered a biryani and pizza for my son and I. Never again, it was an utter disappointment to say the least. It arrived 45 mins later than expected. The pizza was freezing and my son ate one slice only and he loves pizza, it was like rubber. My mixed biryani was rice with maybe four pieces of 'meat' that was tough and dry. Most of it went in the bin. I contacted the restaurant today to complain and 'Zain' said he'd get back to me but hasn't. Don't waste your money.

Extremely bland korma and missing poppadoms. Called to ask if we should have received poppadoms with our order as we receive spiced onions so seems a bit odd to have one without the other. We were told some would be sent out, happy days, until the delivery driver handed over a bag that looked like it had been kicked up and down the street before delivering. The poppadoms had clearly been intentionally crushed into tiny pieces. Not sure if this was supposed to be a joke for calling the restaurant and enquiring but some seriously poor customer service going on here and very disappointing to see how they treat returning paying customers.

Terrible, wish I could give no stars. Never once got an order right. Don’t care enough about customer service to check orders before sending them out. Couldn’t tell you how many times I’ve asked for no chilli sauce in the notes and my whole meal...

Zain’s curry house is really enjoyable, the curry’s are so fresh and authentic. Reasonably priced and really good menu, the only thing I would take note on is delivery time, they are a busy takeaway so Friday-Sunday i would Put your order in early as there is sometimes a long wait however this is understandable considering how popular they are!

Just received our takeaway, simple veg pakora and a Facebook special of donner chips cheese and garlic chilli chicken which was ok at best.....veg pakora was rubbish, portion size so poor it looked like it had been half eating with a sprinkle of very soft...

Had a few orders from here now and the food is always decent. Downsides are the deliveries have always been ridiculously slow and its bit pricey.. a kebab shop charging £1.20 for a can of juice is a bit much.

Terrible cold food absolutely not worth the expensive prices!!! Can of juice covered in thick grease!! Kebab had about a teaspoon of sauce on it and was freezing cold. Pizza also freezing! Absolute too big for their boots and now aren’t giving a sh*t about what they’re putting out the door for people! Will go back to Abids. £20 for a load of crap

Just had pizza from Zains. Fantastic. No grease at all and base was just right. Cooked to perfection. Very busy shop but well worth a small wait as food fresh and piping hot.

Visited Zains on recommendation when staying in Beith. From the service to the food was brilliant! We have a favourite takeaway back home but the quality/price was fab! They have honestly the freshest tasting salad ever! Keep up the good work guys :)

Excellent pizza, good value, friendly staff. We tend to have takeaway on a Friday night as a family. Kids love Zains pizza.

Conseguimos una llevar a cabo recientemente. Personal de teléfono muy agradable, el conductor muy alegre. Es la primera vez que me dieron una comida de aquí, como por las críticas, Sonaba genial. Mi pollo tikka masala salsa - carne preciosa, demasiado gruesas y de color rosa! No gusto de nada - lo siento! Cordero madras - carne preciosa y tierna, pero el sabor era deficiente. No es lo que esperaba, pero de todos modos intenté.

Pedí una pizza y llamó para quejarse de que hacía frío, Chaz, el dueño, me preguntó qué me gustaría hacer sobre ella, así que después de explicar que no comer comida fría y dijo que enviaría una nueva pizza y mi dinero. Una mujer entregada la primera pizza, sin embargo, vino un hombre la segunda vez actuar agresivamente exigente para ver la pizza y tratando de tomar de mí? ? No soy fácilmente miedo así que después de decirle tres veces para retroceder él desistió. Cuando llamé Chaz me dijo que su marido no dejaría que su enviar otra pizza y no permitir que mi dinero a menos que el hombre se aseguró de que la pizza era todo (que era). Piensa dos veces antes de pedir desde aquí.

Great Indian takeaway - best in the area. Fantastic choices on the menu and everything freshly prepared while you wait. Lovely staff - very friendly and helpful. Also do teatime specials which can save you money. Fast delivery service too.

What can I say love Zain's could get a delivery a few times a week (oops did I say that loll) family favourite munchy box and mixed kebab can't beat it x

Decidí probar zains esta noche me apetecía algo diferente para un cambio. Así que me alegro de haberlo hecho. Pedí un pollo y hongos cosa. Fue maravilloso, pakora estuvo estupendo y fue una delicia para conseguir comida para llevar que todavía popadoms crujiente.

Yo uso este realizar sobre una base regular y no me puedo quejar de nada, con una buena relación calidad-precio la calidad de la comida es excelente y abundante. Los resolvieran los estándares de este negocio siempre es evidente cuando estás esperando para su comida para estar preparado el personal son limpieza parar. Siempre hay una palabra agradable al joven que sirve (lo siento, no recuerdo su nombre. En mi opinión este lugar es excelente.

Si quieres un buen llevar Zains prueba rápida entrega y buenos precios y el personal es muy amable y servicial. Se puede aparcar el coche justo fuera de la tienda mientras se puede realizar su pedido. O hacer entregas por £1 justo a su mente de puerta propina al conductor.

Seems to be cooked to order, portions are enormous, have only tried the Asian food but it's pretty good. Shop is always busy and they seem happy to deliver. Takeaway only.

Food is always fresh and in good quantity.The set meals are excellent value. People come from all over to get a takeaway from this shop. Staff are friendly and the place is very clean.

No problem to add or leave out certain ingredients...have an allergy to peppers, but this is no problem to the staff... food is fantastic, and pakora sauce is the THE best ever!!!

The food was adequate and the delivery service is reasonable.I haven't sampled everything off the menu. they have quite a good range of pizzas. The last curry we had delivered was a bit too hot and quite bland.

Their take away menu is so large that there are plenty of dishes to chose from. The food tastes great and quality is excellent and consistent week after week. Great value for money two. A portion serves two for well under £10. I highly recommend this take away if you are in the area. They will deliver too for a very small fee.
