Probably the worst food I've had in over a year.

Very bad customer service and bad quality of pizza . When asked for refund gave me less £2.

This is a good place to get your pizzas. They have a special offer on all the time. buy one pizzas and get another pizza free. This is on all the sizes. The pizzas are of good quality, and they do put a decent amount of toppings on the pizzas. The pizzas base is good too and cooked well. The staff are polite and respectful. The pizzas are ready on time , and when they deliver it, they'll do it on time. We order from here all the time. We have ordered over 8 large pizzas from here in on time, and they were all good. The pricing is reasonable, and you get a free drink with some of the deals they have on offer.

Food is awful and tasteless. Only thing I could taste in my half pounder was chilli sauce! Wings are dry and almost burnt. What a waste of my money, would rather have given it to charity

Very poor quality pizza, all base of pizza uncooked, did a quick job.We went to the place on 5/5/2023 at about 10 pm. Please ask them to cook it well or they will sell you uncooked pizza trying to save on gas bill/electricity

I enjoyed the pizza in comparison to some other places in Leicester, as the crust wasn't too thick and we received a garlic-herb dip with every pizza. Service was also very good, and we received a complimentary drink to top it off

Terrible customer service the guy on the fone can't take orders properly and blaming the customer trying to say customer is wrong and he is right he has attitude problem i think and threatening to put the phone down repeated the order twice on the phone and kept saying I ordered one not 2 even though I repeated few times and still got it wrong time to avoid this place always trying to say they are right and customer is wrong second time got order wrong

Halal Amazing pizzas and everything is tasty. Ordered multiple times and always food has been freshly prepared. No complaints ever. Pizzas are out of this world and burgers are also fresh. Cheap in price but best in quality.

Horrible store. When we call they don't answer and staff is rude. When we complain about food they don't listen and are rude. Food is over baked or dry. The French fries were dry. One of the French fries wasn't baked. Salad is nice but everything else need sorting out. I don't recommend this shop if you want pizza. So please improve things and answer calls.

I have been here a number of times from Nottingham, travelled all the way to its location in Leicester. The first time we entered we were skeptical about the quality and quantity of food. To our delight the food was really good. Nice staff, delicious food😋

Lovely chicken burger... went in the other day burger never taste the same so went back in and told the owner he said don’t worry then returned back a lovely chicken fillet burger meal which was so lovely!!!

Highly unprofessional. I made a phone order, my husband went there to collect, told the guy at the till that, the guy at the started making a new order, then was told they don't accept card payment. So my husband comes back, then eventually we get a call saying our order is ready, we then go back to collect it, bring it home and there is no chilli sauce on the burgers when we asked for it. Absolute shambles, avoid.

Absolutely amazing. Its very easy to order online and the staff are amazing. The pizzas are the best I've ever tasted and I go jere time and time again. I recommend this place so much.

Worst customer service,very rude staff and yes burnt pizza which they refuse to admit I normally don't post any negative reviews and we need to support our local small shops but looks like they don't need any business from us openly tell me there is plenty other shops i am sure I know and I won't come back to you ever!!!!!

Food used to be really good, but just lately food items are missing or over cooked and dry. Terrible!!!

Not a very good customer service the people are very rude plus they need to sort there phone out you ring 100 times they wont answer they need to go learn how to be nice and how to treat there customers they got some horrible attitude,

This is probably one of the better pizza shops in Leicester. They have a huge variety of pizzas - meat feat is one of my favourites. They do offer other food options besides pizzas such as burgers, kebabs etc. However, in my opinion if you come here stick to their pizzas. I've had their chicken kebabs, and chicken fillet burgers in the past, but on both occasions I wasn't impressed as the cooking of the chicken wasn't quite cooked through. Great Pizzas, stick to their pizzas, their chips are good too!

High quality but with that quality comes long waiting times

Visited the store yesterday had to wait 30 mins for my pizza and garlic bread which I ordered with fresh green chillies. Had to ask the person why my order was taking to long as the people that came same time as me and after me got there orders i think they forgot me! Pizza gave the whole family a upset tummy, and garlic bread with fresh green chillies came as a dough with cheese on top. First n last time never again

Amazing Pizzas and good customer service

I sincerely feel like their pizza is a gift sent from god unto this earth. I've ordered their meat feast pizza for as long as I can remember and they always make it right and their service is always A1. I would definitely recommend it !!!

Excellent pizza and takeaway, the food is tasty and fresh. This is the best place to order from in the area.

Food took over 2 hours from ordering, had a text to say it was on route then didn't arrive for another 45 minutes even though the restaurant is 10 minutes away. After an hour and a half I called to ask where my order was only to be told I would get it, it's on its way then hung up on me, no apology. When the food finally arrived it was cold. Won't be using again.

The wraps are great and the chips are too. Food tastes much fresher than from other takeaways. Drivers are always friendly. Burgers are pretty average and often don't have much salad in.

The food was actually better than expected. The exterior of the shop didn't seem to offer the quality of the food they actually had. I was surprised to see an extensive menu of many kebab aspects such as mixed kebabs, kebab meals and individual kebabs. The food actually tasted really good. It wasn't too spicy and the sauces were also really nice. Salad pretty much came with everything I ordered and that tasted great :) I was told delivery would come in 45 minutes and it came a little after that, but the food was still hot- so all was good. :D I wouldn't recommend the lamb shish unless you like something that is really chewy but the chicken shish tasted great. I would definitely order out again. Brilliant food with brilliant service. Thank you :)
