Zaffran in Wolverhampton

The food here is lovely service is always with a smile and ever seems too much trouble for them. Never have I had a bad meal always tasty and just how we like it and for a fussy adult in the party they must be doing something right as they never complain It nice to see that the staff have a bit of banter with the customers gives me that homely feeling

Order placed at 6.30 approx. Before placing order suggested delivery at 7.30pm once paid it went to 7.55pm at 8.10 no food so used just eat app which said to call Zaffran to which I got “we are busy” a don’t care attitude eventually said would be with me shortly but I noticed just eat app was showing delivered so questioned with no good reply. At 8.35pm the just eat app again showing delivered at 8.30 so called restaurant back to be told they were really busy!!!!! They then said I had cancelled order on last call and driver had gone back which was a pack of lies plus on first call I was told driver had not left! Long argument they wanted to redeliver the original food which would obvs be stone cold and as I pointed out. You should not reheat rice plus why would I pay for a cold meal. Disgusting service! I did eventually get money refunded via just eat but that was not easy as Zaffran had marked as delivered. DO NOT USE BECAUSE MOST LIKELY THE FOOD WILL HAVE BEEN REHEATED AND SERVICE TOTAL RUBBISH

What can I say, with all that is going on at this moment in time, I was a bit apprehensive about a takeaway but the driver had a mask and gloves which reassured me that if the driver was kitted out the kitchen staff would be as well. The food came on time and was excellent. Thanks again.

You know an Indian restaurant is good when your partner finally does not complain of 'bad chicken' and I mean he none stop moans if the meat is awful quality. we will eat nowhere else for this type of food again. had it once as an aaa lets try it feel. and we can not stop going back. they even know whos ordering as soon as I speak. the quality of the food is just downright amazing. I'm still yet to have even one tiny piece of meat bad in any curry I've purchased. keema naan? look no further. the meat spreads all the way to the edge. yes, you heard me ALL the way to the edge of the naan not just a dollop in the middle. got to be an unbeatable keema nan bread, let's not forget the fresh egg fried rice and the chips that could make you wish you had the chef as your own personal cook. well done people. beautiful food and lovely staff!

This is a pretty decent restaurant, with good ambience and the food was very tasty too. Location is excellent! I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who likes a decent curry
