Zacs Fish Bar in Rotherham

Called today after recommendations definetly was dissapointed had monday night special 2 large fish regular chips and 2 sauces was cooked to perfection told staff wed got a fair journey ride home they wrapped food in foil to keep warm

As I don't live far from Zac's I have eaten here more than a few times, they have all the staples you would expect from a fish ad chip shop. The staff are always friendly and the place is always spotless. If you want a food related challenge the Nan Kebab is a cheap tester, I can't finish it and at £5 you can easily share it between two. Always friendly and well priced

We always call in when we are in the erea. The staff are always friendly, the place is always spotlessly clean, and the kebabs & chips are amazing - looking forward to next visit.

We have been going here for 20 years and you will not find better quality takeaway food anywhere in the area. Chili sauce is ace & chips are always fresh, tasty and not greasy.

Proper fish and chips not caked in loads of grease . Always go to zacs . Best one in area . Spot on .

Been getting chips from Zac's ( and other fried items) for over 25 years. Always friendly, fresh and tasty. Got variety of food and excellent kebabs.

It was ok not to be rude but it was nothing exciting but it was ok , however I would not buy from them again . They were fine ,a fine takeaway for anyone living near them it was never a meal in and I haven't had a sacs fish bar in over 3 years

Love their kebabs, mixed chicken .....hhmmmmmmmm! Yummeeeee! Fish and chips are spot on also! The staff are chatty and make your visit queuing seem very short indeed. I would recommend the fish n chip shop and rate it as one of the best in the area, but they do not open Mondays, so be warned! Excellent food, large portions and great prices too,

Great Food in This Shop . Quality and Quantity .. Yummy .. Whether its a kebab , fish and chips or even scallop or sausage buttie .. All the food is so tasty . :D

Have always used Zac's chip shop as its local to where I live, the foods lovely staff are chatty and friendly, nothing's too much hassle and food is fresh :)

Completely love this chippy, and even though I no longer live in the area it is more than worth the journey for a treat, beautiful kebabs, not grease soaked offerings , full of flavour with fantastic fresh salad. My husband usually has the fish which just falls to pieces with delicious light crispy batter and huge portions of chips . My favourites are the new potato chips when the season starts !! Staff are always very friendly and helpful and food is always piping hot and fresh. Honestly can't recommend highly enough!

Had a giant cod from Zacs for my lunch and it was absolutely delicious. Cooked fresh as well :) Jason loves his spam fritters too.

Zac and Steff have run this place for years. Good, quality fish and chips. A really friendly couple. Their eldest son has successfully moved on into Birmingham and taken his training from his parents and opened up a place down South. Good luck to him.

Feel lucky to have a local chip shop that serves up delicious fish and chips but also such a lovely friendly family who are so kind and friendly.

Nice friendly staff with smiles on there faces, somewhat expensive but good portion size! Shame it's not open longer on weekends.
