Overpriced, bad food, bad service. If you want to have an authentic Chinese meal, I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant. The way they treat customers is disgusting. Shop owner takes criticism personally. Me and a bunch of my friends had several run ins at this store multiple times. Just be aware. Also to the owner, if you’re reading this, you should probably treat your local chinese crowd with some respect.

Great food at affordable price. The staff tells you everything you need to know. You can select from different broths and the food items are diverse. Even when we were only 3 people in the restaurant good ingredientes still came out. Will come again 10/10

The store owner is a very cunning and dishonest person. When I went in to eat, he told me that there was no time limit. After eating for more than an hour, he told me that the time limit was 2 hours and asked me to leave within 15 minutes. Moreover, the service attitude was very poor. The rotating hot pot stopped halfway through the rotation. The merchant ignored me if I wanted to order. I will never go there again.

Went to this place as I had seen the reviews. We went on a Friday afternoon and although we were the only two guests the server was amazing. They explained how it worked since it was our first time and they didn’t hold back on the food that came round considering it was just us in there. We had the lunch time special and it was really great. I will be back again.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Yummy Pot, and I can confidently say it was the best hotpot I’ve ever had. Hotpot and BBQ with unlimited food and great service. Great value and very tasty food, I will definitely be coming back again, this time with an even emptier stomach.

Delicious! Having both the hot pot and bbq plus conveyor belt is fantastic. Food is also very good. The staff were kind and accommodating.

So yummy, as a student we got all you can eat (meat included) + a drink for £24 mid day saturday. Such a good deal!! They have a great selection of food for hotpot and BBQ. Staff were very friendly and helpful, even has a nice sauce made for me to try with my food. Apparently it's £28 for a student in the evening or £28 mid day for non student. Will definitely be back

A restaurant that must be fully recommended! ! The boss is super nice! The price is completely affordable, and you can return to China in a second, especially the variety of dishes. It’s so happy to be able to eat hot pot and barbecue at the same time! ! ! I really want to come to Nan'an again just for this rotating hotpot!

If you want to pay by card you need to do a bank transfer. I'm sure the hot pot broth has MSG. For the value of money, the price isn't too bad. You can fill yourself up and be very happy. There weren't a lot of people when we went, so we didn't need to book to find seats. They will top up your broth when they come around, so you're always good to go. They also changed the BBQ. I didn't do much BBQ as I didn't find many choices. I prefer the broth as the cooking times are a lot quicker.

Funny way to eat hotpot. But little bit over priced for a meal.

The food was so-so. But there are two things. First, We had a little awkward moment when we ordered our food. The waiter leaned very closely; his face was only a few inches away. We have to step back to make more space between us and the waiter. I don’t know if this is normal, but I am not your friend. Second, the breakdown of the price. We are ok to pay, but there is no clarification, menu, or bill. Almost everything is written in Chinese, and I hardly see any English except the pot and grill pan instructions. It would be nice if you could provide us with a bill. At least knowing what we have to pay for.

My brother (a frequent visitor) took me to Yummy Pot after raving about it for months! My expectations were high. It did not disappoint! The service was brilliant!! We were made to feel really welcome by Helen, the owner. The flavour of the hot pot (I had the medium spicy) was soooo good! I loved the novelty of cooking it yourself in either the pot or on a small hot plate. All condiments and garnishes are provided too to make your foot extra tasty. Everything was so authentic. I lived in China for 2.5 years and the flavours took me back to being there! Thank you for this! I’m veggie, which isn’t typically catered to in Chinese cooking, but there were loads of different things I could have, woodear mushrooms, tofu, beancurd in different forms, noodles, bok choi, Chinese leaf, potato, spring rolls and much more! And Helen said with advance warning she could prepare some more for me! So kind! I’m already looking forward to going back.

As a Chinese, I think it's one of the greatest Hotpot restaurants in Southampton. Highly recommend locals to have a try!

I was recommended and was not disappointed at all. Very good, the service is also very good, very friendly, and the ingredients are very fresh. You can't experience it anywhere else. If I wasn't in a hurry, I would eat again haha

Attractive track delivery food (taste so so), hot pot and BBQ together, but price in front door said £24.5 per person and end up £28 per person. Asked why, they claimed that price is only for students and they DID NOT mention it at all! Dishonest people, won’t go there anymore!

Really attentive and kind waitress and chef. Came here with three generations of family, old and young, and the hot pot experience managed to captivate them all. At home we were more used to a shared pot so the individual pot was novel and fun. A really clean restaurant with many free sauce and condiments to choose from. The food selection on the conveyor belt and to order was fresh and varied. The meat arrived on plates as cargo on a train on the second level of the conveyor belt. Was a super fun and cute way of delivering food that delighted the whole family! Dessert fruit and ice cream was also a touch. Definitely recommend and will come back here next time I’m in the city! ✨

Unlike some people, I ate at noon and there were not many people in the store. I got good service and the ingredients were all fresh and varied. The BBQ pork belly was very delicious. I chose the hot pot with medium spicy, but it was not enough. Spicy and overall a very good experience

This is a rubbish place. So many people went there and got diarrhea. The attitude was bad and unhygienic. They vomited🤮
