Have none of the items on there deliveroo menu and then don't cancel the order or let you know. Shame you can't do 0 stars

Don’t ever order from this establishment, cancelled my order for no reason then denied ever receiving an order from my address, absolute scammers

Took my order, it never arrived. I waited for over an hour only to ring the restaurant and they say we never got your order, to then saying they dont accept deliveroo orders, to then soeaking to deliveroo who said they clearly do and the order is there, deliveroo then call them and they lie and say they tried to deliver it and then they cancel the order and i have no food and i go hungry because its too late to order from anyone else. :(

Lovely pizza. I collected my order so it was cooked fresh and was piping hot by the time i took it home. We ordered the meaty one. It had lots of toppings and tasted great. Bbq wings were good to. Great value. Look forward to seeing you again soon

Had a nice tuna pizza (topped with the garlic dip pot) and garlic bread. The meal deal was supposed to come with a can of Tango, but that was forgotten. Emailed the restaurant to ask for a credit, but no reply so far.

Had trouble ordering via their own website and I rang the pizza store. The man was very helpful and advised to order via Just Eat, I did this and I kept calling them because I was having trouble placing the order. Pizza arrived and it was worth the wait and also a good deal 18' Veggie pizza. Will order again and just want to say thanks to the person who was very helpful.

Very good value for money and cooked well.. £6.99 for a 10in pepperoni bargain.cant add a photo as it's all gone..lol

Really disappointed Ordered the Yummy special 18" pizza Took 2hrs before it arrived. 1hr to accept the order and 1hr to deliver it ( I appreciate they are busy hence I didn't call) I was really looking forward to it but when it arrived it was over done and there was hardly anything on it. No flavour at all (No I don't have covid) Next time I fancy a pizza il wait for Oz's to open his pizzas are colourful and full of flavour unlike yours which look dull and taste boring. I could buy a cheap 64p pizza out a supermarket freezer and make it taste better than what we got! 😔

We placed an order at around 1am and 45 minutes later received a phonecall from the shop saying that they won't be able to complete my order because they didn't have the ingredients to make a pizza. I was asking the person on the phone why it took so long for them to contact us to tell us they were gonna cancel our order. The rude man said to us that there was nothing he could do and that he didn't care anyway and then put the phone down on me! Such a rude man. I will never call this place again!

Absolutely nothing like an Italian pizza or the pictures shown. Really dreadful. The home made coleslaw was lovely but the pizza was awful. Avoid like the plague if you are looking for a nice Italian pizza.

Brought a chicken burger for £5.40 and all it was was a big chicken nugget in a dry bun with some petty onions

nice pizza and hot on delivery. just bit of a let down on the topping about 6 meatballs and 4 slices pepperoni on 18" farmhouse deluxe. only other problem when ordering on line told out of region.

Very disappointed, used to be really good however now no one answers the phone, delivery’s online are very deceiving, you think the order has gone through when it hasn’t therefore end up waiting for a delivery that never arrives. Website says they are open when they are obviously not. No information regarding why they are shut or whether they have closed. Such a shame as the food was always good.

Terrible under new management 45 minuets in store order wrong twice in store.. to find once home food was still wrong and cold. Other customers I store also complained orders were wrong.This place used to be great but after today and the staff are so rude not worth the time or hassle. Never again better places to spend my money.

Great place to pop in for a snack .costume service excellent. Advise to visit it.

I was happy with the thought of my meal..a single chicken with large chips and large salad and drink for £12 ..happy days ..hubby gets chips I get salad ...when it arrived the large salad was missing ..I called and was told that the salad is not part of the meal ..!!! YET IN THE MENU ITS STATES ... Whole chicken Large fries Large salad 1.5 lt drink .....am disgusted at the false advertising and non refund on salad ... Your now left with very unsatisfied customers

Review originally posted week of 12 December, 2016: This review is for both the quality of the food and the service. If it wasn't for the poor takeaway experience, I would rate this 3 as a minimum. With my very first order back in October, I found that the chicken pieces had way less seasoning/flavour than the boneless chicken strips, which is unusual because it's usually the opposite for pretty much every other chicken place. I made the suggestion to ensure adequate seasoning for all chicken pieces to avoid this problem in the future. I also made the point that the food would be ready for collection 25 minutes after the order was approved, but I received a call literally minutes after to tell me it was ready right now, which isn't that convenient if I was expecting to go and collect it in almost half an hour. For my next order, I complimented the chicken burger for its tenderness. It was unlike other fast food places in that it didn't have the nasty "chunky" and tough feeling you get. The chicken nuggets were okay, but it's the same ones you can get at every other fast food place. The onion rings were bland, but I think it's because of the batter. As this is a halal venue, they can't use beer batter to enrich the flavour. On this occasion, the fries were cold and hard. My next order was very disappointing. The chicken burger fillet was very, very tough. The one I had before was moist and tender so I suspected the quality of the food will vary depending on what time you order, e.g. late-night orders will get you leftovers or burgers fried straight from frozen. For my final approved order, I commented on how the chicken burger was better than last time, but I think they forgot the sauce because there was only a tiny drizzle of it. I made a comment about how I'd probably order the beef burger in future because it's probably harder to screw that up (you just flame grill it and flip it a couple of times). On 10 December, I felt like chicken again so I ordered thru Just-Eat only to find it was declined straight away. I called the venue to find out what was going on, and the worker told me that they were busy and that I should try again at 1pm. I went ahead and ordered for collection at 1pm but this got declined again. I received a call from the venue and was told that they can't accept any more orders from me through Just-Eat. I asked why, but the worker said that this is what his manager told him, and he wasn't given a reason. I suggested that it's to do with some of the critical reviews I've left and they're trying to prevent me from publicly reviewing their food. He dismissed this straight away, but how could he possibly know if his manager hasn't told him anything? What solidified my suspicion is when the worker offered to take my order over the phone. So they obviously have no problem taking my money, but they do have a problem with me ordering through Just-Eat. Needless to say, I've reported this to Just-Eat. If the manager expects perfect reviews for every order, then I'm afraid that's not a realistic ambition. There's always room for improvement and attempting to censor critical reviews of your product is very unprofessional. Quick edit: the worker informed me that it was me and one other person banned from making orders thru Just-Eat. Edit 20 December, 2016: "It seems now that you don't have have the right hart or intention for my business." You run a fast food place. What does this even mean? "you seem to be very not satisfied customer which seems to Be always upset." That's not exactly true, is it? You've ignored the compliments I had for some food. "I hope your not writing these long reviews and getting paid by my competition." Is there any evidence for what you've said here? If not, it's pure conjecture.

Love this place peri chicken wings are nice and big good value for money

Was deeply upset when Dallas chicken shut down 6 months ago but now something better has opened. If you are feeling healthy then the peri peri chicken is for you. If like me you love your fried chicken then this is the place. Could do with a 10th meal deal option which has 2 pieces of chicken, 3 hot wings, side of beans, fries and a drink!! Also staff are very friendly.
