Ordered on 01/08/2024 ‘ Thai green curry ‘ seriously undercooked chicken! I have always loved Yummys and standards were never doubted until now. I’m pregnant, this has seriously worried me because raw chicken has been eaten. So so dangerous to be not cooking chicken correctly. Please all check chicken before eating. I will say however the chicken balls and curry sauce were lovely and they were cooked to standards.

I always use yummys the best chinese in dover in my opinion. I got served by an amazing member of staff i didn’t get his name but he was wearing zebra print trousers. He was kind and had a smile on his face. The food tasted amazing and was nice and hot.

First time we have used Yummy as our regular the Oriental Express was closed. Very disappointed with the quality and cost. Friends regularly use Yummy but its certainly not for us

Great tasting and hot Chinese food from an excellent and imaginative menu.

Four dishes for £23. Fed the two of us very well, and we enjoyed it. Credit card only taken over the phone, cash only if u walk in????

Would be five stars however this place doesn’t do deliveries. Other than that the food is exceptionally good for the price which isn’t to expensive. Cash is king with no card payments.

Very disappointed, paid for 2 portions chicken balls and only got one! No delivery service so other than driving 2 miles back to the shop had no way of getting them!

Meine Begeisterung hielt sich in Grenzen. Zu den Gerichten muss man offensichtlich Beilage (Reis oder Nudeln) dazubestellen. Geschmacklich sollte man nicht zu viel erwarten.

Chow mein was delicious, as was the sweet and sour chicken, curry was also very tasty, rice cooked right, spring rolls crispy and delicious, but the chips were rock hard like they had been sitting in the basket above the fryer since the afternoon just waiting. Will order again, next time no chips.

Great food and always cater to your needs

This has become my favourite chinese takeaway in the area. Food is good, well priced and orders are completed quickly. Parking is a bit of a nightmare however.

Lovely and hot and fresh. Ready in10 mins as said on the phone when I arrived. Friendly staff and helpful. I had forgotten my mask but a helpful young member of staff was there with a box of disposable masks for me. I really enjoyed my Chinese food I haven't had a Chinese takeaway in ages. Will definitely be going back again soon.

After 4.7 Google reviews. Ordered a takeaway. Neef was very chewy and chips were re heated. Not 4.7 should be around 2.5 on reviews. Look for another takeaway to order.

This has been my go to takeaway since moving here 9 years ago. Always great service and fantastic food. Only issue is the tricky parking and no option for delivery but it's worth it.

We've been using Yummys since they first opened and would never go any where else. Food is always consistently good and I think they do the best egg fried rice in Dover. It can get busy in the evening at the weekend, but only because they're are so popular.

Awful service. Average food. Took an hour to get here on a Sunday. Chicken balls, egg fried rice, ribs and noodles and still forgot the curry sauce. Nearly £30 and minimal food. Would not recommend to anyone under any circumstance!!! If I could leave 0/5 stars then I would

Have been using Yummys reguarly forseveral years. Foodis consistently tasty and seems to be made of quality ingredients. Never had an upset stomach or cause for complaint. When busy, even telephone orderscan overrun substantially (45 mins over advised time is the record). If in doubt, orderfor early collection. Prices advised in when ordering, never been overcharged. Rocommended unreservedly.
