Yummy in Thanet

Waited over an hour for my food to arrive just for the delivery driver to call me up and curse at me over the phone telling me to come out of my house and meet him for the food. Nothing but stress when all I wanted was a peaceful night in and some great food. Customer service was not great at all when explained to yummy what had happened directly over the phone as this experience was unacceptable. Definitely won't be ordering from yummy chinese again.

Fast, friendly service, and lovely food.

First time we didn't finish our TA curry sos very watery, pepper with beans chicken was very teast less some chicken was soft some chewy, this same peppers, rise had very weird smell. So not happy. Even prawn cracker was a different colour. Food was on time.

Not happy that we ordered for delivery over an hour of waiting to then keep being called saying the driver couldn’t find our address another 20/30mins of waiting.. a very simple place to find, tried explaining where to go and instead we was made to walk to find the driver ourself the service of the lady on the phone was awful! Not to mention we are now left with cold food! Happy to take the money but give poor service and food! Will not be ordering from these again

Food ok better than others around ramsgate

We’ve ordered from here a few times and have absolutely loved it. Food was always amazing quality and was quickly available. We’ve never had it delivered only collected. Staff were friendly and gave us free prawn crackers every time!

Lovely food and people, order far too often and they cater to my slightly demanding preferences well. Edit: Feb 2024 Returning to review four years later, I can still confirm this Chinese is amazing.

Ordered a takeaway for first time. Food was disgusting, chicken pink, food stone cold. Tried to get it resolved, staff were rude. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN. BAD FOOD, BAD ATTITUDE AND AWFUL THAT THEY HAPPY TO SERVE RAW UNDERCOOKED FOOD. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Love this shop staff are very helpful over the phone if you are not sure about anything . Cannot fault ever their food or service . Yummy , yummy Chinese food.

April '22 lovely food, good quality, delivered on time. Ordered mixed starter, garlic chili mushrooms, set meal for one (curry), veg chow mein and crispy beef. Came with free prawn crackers, sauces and pineapple chunks. A great feast.

Best Chinese Take Away i have found in Thanet, great food reasonably priced and friendly staff/owners. Order direct with them or on just eat, but order direct as they don't loose any commission then !

Definitely the best Chinese takeaway in the Thanet region. Had a few hiccups during the Christmas period with late food, mediocre tasting dishes, and increased pricing. However they're back on form and well worth using.

Asked for an update on our food as it was 90 mins and when told it would be another hour was told to f off. Wouldnt recommend to my worst enemy have reported the company as order from just eat!

worst Chinese i have ever ordered didnt come with the free drink or spring rolls the portions where shocking and all the meats tasted fake would not recommend this at all much nicer ones out there

Since new management best in ramsgate in my opinion. 1/4 of duck was delivered as it should be all still intacked rather than shredded over cooked in a foil container. Keep up the good sevice

My go to for Chinese. Always delivered before it's due, food is always hot and always friendly service every time I go to pick up.

I'm not from this area so had no idea which place to pick for my meal. I opted for yummy and wasnt let down. Food was lovely, hot and plenty of it. Delivery to my hotel was prompt. Would definitely use again if I'm ever back in this area.

Ordered a delivery, I ordered a plain chow mein which before had noodles,onion and bean sprouts, tonight’s one was just noodles, I am very saddened by this, always use yummy but maybe get have to think about going elsewhere, very disappointed

From undercooked chicken balls to satay chicken that had no nuts???!!! Awful food, awful service when called to try and fix the problem. Possibly the worst Chinese takeaway I've eaten from!
