The best Chinese restaurant! We ordered dim sum, fried rice, and some fried chicken for the kids and everything was just awesome! Will visit again for sure. This is our 3rd time visit and never disappointed us!

Went here with my old man, as we were staying in the nearby holiday inn. Just sat outside the main China town drag Really lovely food, the best Chinese supper, i ve eaten in a long time, outside of my old mans cooking. We had the salted chicken, vegetables in garlic, and their home made soup, as waitress recommended it (tong) It was really tasty and even thought they were really busy, it came pretty quick. Around £50 for the lot, which I thought was pretty good. Excellent find, and weve eaten in pretty much every Chinatown in England.

Service is a joke, 1 main turned up then after 5 minutes another, when we enquired where our starters and sides were the reply was we are busy intimating is was our fault. The final straw was charging for a couple of take away containers to put our starters in. Pity as the food wasn't bad.

Food is authentically Cantonese cuisine. We had yummy wonton soup noodles and Vietnamese spring rolls were a good variation. Unfortunately the brusque service staff give the impression that you should get moving, as they ready for the next customer.

The BEST Cantonese/Chinese food I’ve ever had!!!! Where do I start we ordered lots of food so I didn’t get to capture all the food But every dim sum and dumplings and rice roll was like 10/10 full of flavour and fillings The crispy beef strips of my gosh 10/10 The prawn toast 10/10 The noodle wonton soup the best ever !!! I have been anticipating to go back there asap And I have already reccomended this place to like a dozen people so far 4 days since having it… It gets crazy busy so 1st come 1st serve They serve the food Quick, Fresh and HOT(Temperature) If only I lived in Birmingham this would be my local literally… But Listen when I say go and you WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED !!!!!!!

Very good dim sums with a wide variety of options. Food comes to you steaming hot which is always welcome. The king prawn dumplings are definitely worth getting!

Went for lunch with four people. Food was excellent, one of the best Chinese meals I've had in a long time. Service was a bit patchy but friendly and the food came out fairly quickly, and was piping hot.

Very nice. Had King Prawn chow Mein which was okay, plenty of prawns, but when you sit in at a restaurant and you get takeaway standard food, it is a bit disconcerting. No vegetables in the dish at all, no inspiring green, choy sum, mange tout, just onion!

Went in for a takeaway of fried rice and noodles. Half an hour later I got my money back, after being offered someone else's order. Won't bother again for a quick tea.

We weren’t asked what tea we wanted as soon as we were sat down like the other customers (probably because they saw that we didn’t speak Cantonese). Ordered the stir fried rice noodles with beef and black bean sauce as per the dim sum menu, and instead they brought our rice noodles stir fried in soy sauce. Tried to tell the waitress this wasn’t what we ordered and got greeted with a pretty stern defence that we had in fact ordered that. She even brought the menu that we’d checked off over which clearly stated we ordered the one with black bean sauce and then tried to pass it off as a ‘mistranslation’ so noodles we’d ordered was in fact stir fried without the sauce or the beef. After a bit of back and forth she finally took our noodles back to the kitchen to ‘add’ the sauce on (which they shouldn’t do anyway and should cook a brand new order that’s actually correct). It came out 5 mins later where it STILL had no sauce on and only had a few black beans chucked in there and stir fried, so it still wasn’t what we’d ordered even after raising this directly with the waitress. At this point I couldn’t be bothered to argue with them again so just ate, paid and left. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you can’t speak Cantonese or read Chinese as you might be at risk of ordering the wrong thing due to a ‘mistranslation’ which I’m still not convinced that was the case (more like they made an error but refused to admit it). We felt like we were taken advantage of in this scenario because we didn’t speak the language and if the translation is incorrect, then they should reprint their menus to reflect the correct translation. Not a great first time experience and certainly will not be returning as the food was pretty similar to Chung Ying’s/China Court’s, but at least the menus there are correctly translated and the staff are much friendlier and helpful.

Amazing food. Beautiful gravy like sauce for the noodle soup and wow, the sizzling beancurd in satay sauce was one of the best Chinese dishes I've had in the UK . Definitely not your average Chinese takeaway food. Friendly staff as well.

If you’re trying to find Han Dynasty and don’t see it, it’s because this is Han Dynasty. We were so confused but finally got there in the end. This restaurant takes cash and card but ideally cash is better. Friendly members of staff, no wait time, plenty of seats and quick to deliver food (or that it felt like it). The dim sum was decent and would come here again! I recommend their congee, it was surprisingly really good!

Was too busy to cook so decided to come to Yue Xin for our dinner fix. This place never disappoints and we always walk away with a contented belly and very satisfied tastebuds. We had the salt and pepper pork chops, chilli beef and a side of stir fried veg. Absolute nom and reasonable price.

Had a quick lunch before catch the train, happily found this Cantonese restaurant with very professional and thoughtful service. We mentioned that we only have less than an hour for lunch and the staff said will put our order as priority! How amazing is this?! Turns out it come with one of the best dim sum I ever tried in UK. Majority of the customer here are people who speak Cantonese so you can tell it is authentic! Very happy with our stay!

Disappointing dim sum. The 3 roast rice was reheated (microwaved) so it was dry and inedible. 2 adults 2 kids (under 8) the bill came over £60. Will not be returning.

Best dim sum and Congee in Birmingham! And probably one of the cheapest places to get it. Also, they have amazing noodles (specially the braise meat ones). Quite addicted to this place and taken by their friendly staff! Thanks for all your hard work and your cooking skills! Definitely a place to go if you like Chinese food.

Made an order at 1830 by 1930 I had to cancel as the order kept getting pushed back, at 1930 the estimated delivery was 2050... Not acceptable service.
