Missed items off my order. Not good enough missing peoples dinners off an order.

I found the taste very bland, the price doesn’t justify the taste. Peanuts were scrumptious though.

The quality of the food itself wasn't actually that great compared to other Five Guys branches my friends and I have previously eaten from. SEASONING!!! But can't fault the staff for their efforts and hard work

It is very nice that they have turned their meat halal and removed any haram items. It is a step towards the right direction for humans as a whole to make everyone feel inclusive. It has definitely made them more busy. I know there are lots of folks who are extremely angry at the idea of this but there are still five guys that serve haram foods if they wanted The food was extremely nice, customer service was very good and it's nice to have free drink refills. I would only add that it would be nice if someone could clean the tables every now and then as they were a bit manky. I called beforehand to check what halal certification they have as some of them are not to what I personally agree with but after reading and calling, it may not be the exact halal certificate that I usually go with but this one is practically the same. I hope more big chains can follow five guys especially when they are in heavily Muslim populated areas such as Birmingham

Went as it’s Halal certified. Service was excellent very friendly staff. Busy lovely touch free monkey nuts to eat whilst waiting which were roasted. Good size portions excellent quality meat. Would definitely return if it was in Birmingham again.

I don't feel confident. It's halal. NO track record where is actually meat coming from.

ordered food only for the order to be cancelled 5 minutes before due for delivery. 45 mins to delivery it said when ordered but we'll let you know with a few minutes to go that it's cancelled, thanks for that 👍🏼

Food came over an hour late and was cold. Won’t be ordering from here again!

Ordered at 7:22 with initial time 8-8:20 and it just kept creeping up until it finally arrived at 9:09. It was the restaurant that delayed it this long as the driver was waiting for order so not his fault. Ruined our valentines night

I was denied access to the bathroom even though I was obviously heavily pregnant. Told me I need to purchase something first. Food usually good can’t fault it

2 star for quality for the resturant, I paid for a bacon cheese burger, it came without bacon. Also paid for an original coca cola and got a diet, I know these maybe minor things but for the price of the food and drink I would like the correct order

Driver spot on, burger not hot enough

Milkshake needs to come in two sizes and been slightly cheaper but usual five guys quality and amazing vanilla flavoured milkshake . Dine in is super cold

The burger had no lettuce no cheese. Nothing at all. Just the patty. Not impressed at all and will not buy from them again

Since they opened iv been there 9 times and it's never been a 5 guy experience like iv had previously. Staff are great facilities are standard but the quality of food is very disappointing.

the driver refused to bring my order to my doorstep. I live above a shop and the driver rung me very rude refusing to come to my door and theretend to leave my food outside. I have a 3 month old baby and live alone this really upset me

Ordered a burger it cost over £20 for 2 .. no onions fillings, sauces just plain with a dry cheese slice .. not worth the money

It was ok not the best, but I felt for staff. Only 3 staff one tills, one food and one doing drinks. The one doing food also doing the Que of just eat drivers which ment they left burgers cooking so ours was a little over cooked

Burgers are a bit tough/well done. However fries were on point and love that we get free peanuts on arrival

Only had a milkshake, which is always delicious ( strawberry) but they are expensive more of a treat.

I had a nice shake and enjoyed sitting down while I did some paperwork.

They've got stingy with the portion size.

I got food poisoning today for you guys. I’m so poorly and god forbid I miss my daughter’s sports day. Food was rank will never be having anything from here again. Can’t stop throwing up definitely do not recommend

Great customer service from Bianca and the lady who's name I didn't get to catch I believe she was the supervisor on that evening.. just wanted to say thank you for great food and service. Defo,will be having that mango milkshake which was recommended by the supervisor. Store was also nice and clean.

All freezing cold and came with no sauces.

I'm on crutches so I use delivery service a lot. but the driver called tell me to come to the gate as it was hard for him to find no 4. last order I made was late and food was cold serious looking at other ways or services to get food.

Visited early evening on a Bank holiday Monday. It wasn't too busy which is just as well as there weren't many staff. Burger was the usual standard you'd expect but the fries were a little underwhelming like the potatoes were a variety not best suited to being deep fried. Being located at the Fort which has free parking is a plus.

Great service... Efficient staff and correct orders no mix-ups... usually go in on a Monday..very quiet but clean store... Toilets are clean and can only be used by customers..My favourite is the fries.. alongside the bacon burger..

the place was pretty quiet when we went there and the staff were welcoming and respectful. And the cheeseburger with cajun fries was delicious as always

The staff are efficient and cook great..I love going into Five Guys..The portions of fries are great and the newly cooked taste spoils you!..No more Maccy D's!!

Now I have never ate a Bacon Burger quite like this 1 it was amazing. Bacon was amazing . Burger was amazing . Even the bun & so many fries I like to eat but I couldn't finish the fries ,so Nice & the milkshakes Oreo Beautiful so much Flavour I will be going back . So on Ground level , wheelchair friendly & baby prams- pushchairs friendly . Lots of seating in doors & free peanuts Price of food is more than normal but it's worth it So many Sides 15 of them they even do a bacon milkshake. I love bacon but I don't think that much

Visited here while staying in a local hotel and couldn’t find anything else for dinner. The burger and milkshake were great with great flavour between them both. Staff were helpful (it’d been a while since I’d visited a five guys) with recommending toppings and what milkshake

I'll have a cheeseburger, with extra cheese please No can do, run out of cheese A burger joint, who specially offer cheese burgers as they're main food.......... Not impressed having waited ten minutes watching them attempt to fix a till before using common sense and going to the other till, they've got three, go figure, cos your customers didn't walk into a fast food establishment and expect fast food surely What used to be a well run decent please it's starting to show obvious signs of a lack of quality leadership at the helm, which is a shame, cos this used to be a really good well run outlet

Unfortunately, very disappointing experience despite the store being nice and spacious and clean. 1/ Our order didn't come on time due to a system problem at their end, so we had to wait for 15 other orders who came after us to get our food!!! (They didn't apologize nor offer to compensate). 2/ The taste of the meat in the burger is bland... as if it is missing the seasoning and the fries didn't have any salt on them! I don't know if it was our bad luck, or if that's how this branch operates, sadly 😟!

Randomly located at the fort shopping centre. It's not somewhere you would associate with a fast food restaurant. Overpriced burgers and milkshakes are amazing. It's clean 7/10

I would like to thank Heather for her commitment to great customer service at this store. I visit here often ordering my lunch and she always greets me with a great positive attitude and personality. Her leadership skills are great as i often see that the staff have good morale when she's working.

I was gutted with five guys at the fort, burger was tasteless and was not the best.... Fries plenty of but very dry. To top it off I had Dr pepper for a drink and it was flat. I understand that staff are very busy but the majority of tables are left with mess and sauce spilt over them so you're waiting for decent customers to finish to jump on.

Expensive for what it is. Took food out so unable to comment on atmosphere

It honestly hurts to give restaurant a status of ‘Stay Away’ , total disgrace waited 10 mins in a empty restaurant with no customers present during peak lunch time while staff were having kissing sessions behind closed doors!! Food preparation and presentation was poor , taste of product disappointment value for money too expensive. Atmosphere dead no theme or background music felt like I was in zombie apocalypse movie. I will revisit the place again to see if they have even put the effort to improve the place. Also the place was dirty. Not happy blogger and even more customers

My first time to a 5 guys restaurant, my colleagues had recommended it to me in the past. You go in and order at the till, there's basically a choice of hot dog or burger. The Burgers are £10.35 each fries are extra. You can have refilled soft drinks from the machine. The milkshakes are nice but there nearly £6 each. The burgers are nice, you can tell its quality meat. There's a variety of toppings you can add to the burger at no extra cost. For 3 burger meals it's cost me £52, which is alot for a burger. We sat in the restaurant, which was nice and clean, but cold because the automatic doors kept opening.

Not all items delivered and now told I’ve got to go back through eat to get my money …. Joke don’t take deliveries from here … never again!!!

Went to Five Guys 30th November, Cheeseburger fell apart when picked it up,stuck to tin foil, £4.25 for a small portion of ,never again fries, ripped off

£10.35 for 1 cheeseburger and the fake American style cheese was not even melted properly due to how cold it was! Street food burgers are only 8-9 pound and taste far better. There's no heart in the food here! Five guys used to be decent for the price but not anymore. Thanks in advance for your generic/canned response.

The food isn’t the problem here. The problem is I draw a picture and it goes all the time when a picture that’s been there for ages is still there. Please don’t throw them away as children are excited to see it. Anyways food, the chips are a bit too salty, milk shake straws are way to hard to drink out of but everything else is amazing

Ordered a chocolate milkshake with whipped cream. After receiving my milkshake the whipped cream was no where to be seen. The only cream i saw had dissolved into the chocolate leaving a white residue. Deeply disappointed!

Fries were missing and i got a mini cheeseburger and a mini hot dog for 32£ with a beer, a total waste of money, never order again ! Called the restaurant, and they send me to contact Just Eats. Disgusting experience! Shame

Pop in here when I visit the Fort. The burgers and milkshakes are so good, and you can grab some nuts while you wait. Not bad for price, especially compared to other burgers restaurants.
