Developers should update the app and let drivers have access to delivery instructions, as this may cause excessive confusion. The limit of inputting to the comment should be more than 500 letters rather than 5 words. The pizzas are however decent and I’m grateful that I didn’t need to overly spend more than I should, knowing discounts are also provided at fair value.

Pizza Hut Delivery in Northfield have improved a lot recently. The food has always been decent and enjoyable. However, delays getting the food to home has previously been a concern. Not anymore! Over the last several orders I have noticed that my orders have been on time, delivered perfectly. Huge thanks to the Delivery Drivers like the excellent Mr Singh who has gone above and beyond to ensure we get our food on time as well as in perfect condition.

Driver very polite and sympathetic -Mr Singh -arrive quick , pizza 🍕 hot and fresh .

Cowboys running it unfortunately here in Northfield from time keeping to basic communication, recommend to go elsewhere to avoid disappointment! And definitely ruining the Brands reputation very incompetent.

A few days ago I had a veggie supreme pizza I enjoyed it, the cookie dough was lovely as well Food was on time, driver Tee was polite. Will be ordering again.

I’m a regular customer of Pizza Hut but this branch provides very poor service. Having nearly spent £30 for 2 pizzas - they arrived ruined and squashed - as though they have been dropped. The delivery driver has always been nice. But the manager Daoud is must unhelpful. The order already arrived late and he wanted to make new pizzas but collect these meaning a further wait on the kids school night. A compensation of wedges was offered or a refund which could take 14 days!!! Very poor service as though he didn’t care. Any other branch lets you keep your food and replaced as an apology. 1 star!

Tastes great nice and hot im a regular my kids love it but and its just a small but i wish they would work on their pizza cutting skills normal slice big slice and tiny slice not one slice even slightly looks the same makes it a bit hard to share equally but other than that very happy

Very poor customer service and really long waiting times for 1 cookie dough to be prepared- literally waited 45 minutes for them to make 1 cookies in an empty store. Weird!!

Food was hot and exactly what we expected but considering we spent £35 I was at least expecting a couple of garlic dips thrown in as a freebie. Phoned Northfield to ask why they hadn’t included any, only to be told you now have to pay for them and they’ve stopped giving them out as freebies. We’ll use Dominoes from now on, they still like to please their customers.

Gluten free, dairy free, egg free pizza.. the best !! Rang up Pizza Hut delivery yesterday evening for the first time ordering from Pizza Hut in many years. Spoke to a guy called Jemal, some of the best customer service I have ever received. I explained to him about my food, intolerances and allergies and not being able to have dairy/gluten/eggs. He went through every single item in the menu allergy list to explain what I couldn’t couldn’t have over the phone and reassured me that the pizza would come straight from the pizza oven into the box and would not be cross contaminated with the pizza cutter or the same prep area. This gave me extremely high confidence in ordering my gluten-free and dairy free pizza, of which I have allergies and am coeliac. Most pizza places I called before calling. Pizza Hut didn’t want to give me the time of day on the phone and just told me to order online, until I got through to Pizza Hut, it gave me so much confidence to be able to order gluten and dairy free and will be ordering from this Pizza Hut many times in the future. Excellent service, pizza was delicious. In fact it was one of the best pizzas that I’ve had since been gluten-free / dairy free in almost 10 years. Thanks Jama, you have reinvigorated my confidence in ordering pizza from Pizza Hut. Hope this review help someone else.👍👍

Hadn’t ordered from Pizza Hut for a while, I have to say my food was delivered super fast. It was piping hot and delicious! Will definitely be ordering from here again! Faith restored after a bad experience here a while ago.

Store has gone back up in my book, was unimpressed a few months back when I couldn't pay cash after losing my card and it does seem it still uses card only, but this time I had my card and although I feel they should have options for either, the service was fair and decent and food was very nice as ever with Pizza Hit and at the end of the day I can't stay mad with a Pizza Hut store (my favourite pizza chain)

Super fast delivery both times, and very nice food all round. When our order came we realised it was the meat supreme. Myself and partner are vegetarian, we realised I ordered the meat one on accident as it was a large order. We rang, and the staff and manager Jamal were brilliant, and deliverd a freshly cooked veggie supreme without charge. I think this is wonderful when it wasn’t even their mistake. So, thank you and we will deffiently be ordering again.

I worked in that store as a driver. When you leave the job you won't get any full pay they cut off half of your earned income. It's a worst store

Orders are always late. There's loads of pizza places to order from, however we choose Pizza hut for the 'standard' garlic crust...what we get 9/10 is standard crust, I understand being busy but really the basics of your key selling point missing? Food is never really hot, probably to do with how long delivery takes. Taste is always consistent

We were served in store this evening by a young man called Lewis. He was attentive, friendly and had a positive personality that really shone through. He dealt with my awkward food request with ease and he was really helpful- working out the best deal for us. He really made us smile after a very long day. Our food was also lovely. But Lewis made the visit!

Pizza was greasy and way to expensive. Staff are rude and you are treated really badly. Everything about this order was a disgrace from the customer service to the food itself. Box was also open when arrived even though driver apologised.

Food took 45minutes driver no idea where going good was cold and burnt around edges and on my pepperoni customer service poor to add to theball ache the driver got lost when collecting it to take back I asked for a refund. Ordered with pizza hut delievery in birmingham northfield at 7.10pm order arrived at 10.20pm over 3 hours later.. only because we rang an hour n half later for them to ask where order is for them to tell us that it will take 30 mins then when it got to 3 hours me and partner rang over 10 times to get no answer on phone, for then for them to finially answer and say.. yeah we are busy i asked for a refund then at first they said the delievery isnt going to come.. to i can offer you a voucher of 10 pound... when we spent 15 pound... to it will be with you in 10 mins... why didnt they just send it in the first place instead of 3 hours later?

Zero stars if I could. Pizza did not arrive after OVER AN HOUR (was told 30 mins). Called store and rude staff claimed they called me about delay (total lies). Refused to offer a discount and claimed pizza was definitely coming in 20 mins. 20 mins has passed and STILL WAITING (1 1/2 HOURS). A total joke. DO NOT WASTE YOUR CASH.

If I could leave a 0 I would, I have been a regular customer without any complaints for a long time yet my order was 2 hours late the other week. I had to chase my food and was told it was due to staff shortages- not my problem and may be a courtesy call would help. So was promised a £10 off voucher on my next order. I have just tried to redeem that and have been told you can have some extra wedges or something! Erm no that is not what I was offered or promised so I will take my custom to Dominoes. Very very disappointed.

I’m appalled at the service I have received, my food was more than 2 hours late. They said it’s on the way, ended up waiting an hour after that. 3 hours wait. The food was freezing, wen I rang the store to complain they said there is nothing we can do. So I’ve wasted my money they said yeh. I didn’t receive a new order so I gave up. I’ve been saddened with the news a dear friend of mine is borderline turning vegan after a very disappointing delivery. Not only did you deliver to the wrong entry point resulting my pal having to walking the long way round to collect his meal With him being heavy set guy any extra walking could cause strain on his heart, that’s a law suit you just can’t handle. he planned to enjoy his pizza watching what I rate a 4 out of 5 film (Elf) all ruined with your poor service. if that wasn’t bad enough you can imagine the horror when my buddy realised that the cookie doe desserts he ordered never came with ice cream. It’s sold as cookie Doe and icecream how the hell do you forget the icecream. Safe to say that my mate will order his food from sams chicken in Northfield. Pizza Hut your an absolute bunch of *%#$. Sort your life out how hard can it be.

The range of pizzas could be better

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Past 3 times we ordered we’ve always waited for way over an hour! First time thought thats normal delivery time, second time saw ”We deliver in 30mins and you will receive £10 voucher if we’re 10mins late” on their website and after calling them when it was an hour late they said theyre super busy and next time we will get an extra pizza for free, they will put it in their system. For that only reason we ordered again and called to let them know its us and so they can bring the extra pizza. Only to be told the message on website is not valid and they cant do anything. Disgusting people and will change to Dominos.

waited close to two hours for cold food in squashed boxes the taste was off and the food was not eaten after calling for refund they offered me another pizza and said, i quote, 'the food will still be cold because its cold outside' i said no thanks and im still waiting for the call from area manager for refund i doubt ill ever get! two managers one male one female i spoke to were rude!! bad servic, bad food, and from the taste of the food i could go as far as saying bad food hygiene. 0 stars

Absolutely disgraceful. 90 minutes of waiting delivery of 2 pizzas. Finally arrived with wrong pizza and cold garlic bread. ill never use this pizzahut again.
