Food was hot, tasty and freshly cooked. Shame that my veggie pizza had a shed load of olives but only 3 tiny strips of green pepper. Too salty and the olives overpowered it all. Shame as Pizza Hut Veggie is my favourite pizza this was nowhere near the mark.

Great food, great service best pizza hut ever

It’s maybe greasy, but finally a pizza with a balance of toppings as well as savouring the base without it being too dry! I may hate local food chains but the Pizza Hut chefs have finally had an effort to put some love into it. Yum. I also love how the Pizza Hut app offers fairness for giving discounts which makes it even much more valuable without the hassle of having to pay more than you shouldn’t. Thank you.

Home delivery so the atmosphere rating is irrelevant. The food was ok, hot and fairly tasty and it arrived on time. The delivery driver (Mr Singh) was friendly and professional and made sure the hot and cold food was kept separately.

food was over 20 minutes late and I sent the text request for an update as well as calling pizza hut a multitude of times for it to just ring out every time.  When it got to us it was freezing cold one of the premium sides (the cheese triangles) was crushed and it was missing the drink. The delivery driver's response to this was to ask me what I wanted him to do about it and to offer to deliver the drink the next day. I won't be ordering from here again

They are hiring their own drivers now and have a flat £1.50 delivery fee, even on smaller orders. Pizza arrived in 20 minutes, pipping hot. I got the 'any pizza any size £10' deal, dips and was really happy with the quality of the food. I did find I had to add salt however (this was on a chicken supreme), pepperoni will be fine

So far my food is 10mins late. 2 weeks ago it was 25 mins late. It’s a joke

We ordered from here and when it arrived the tab was open and a slice of pizza was missing. Because it was late when I called the store about it and spoke to a kumar, he said the was closing and to call tomorrow. I did call the next day and spoke to a hassan but neither seemed very eager to resolve the issue.

It was my first time ordering from Pizza Hut on just eat. Not only was my food cold but I received the wrong items (baring in mind I only had three items). After telling them this and requesting a refund I was denied. Very poor in my opinion.

Waited over 45 minutes for my food too came. It came wasn’t even hot. Tasted like cardboard very very disappointing won’t be using here again.

Pizza Hut Delivery in Northfield have improved a lot recently. The food has always been decent and enjoyable. However, delays getting the food to home has previously been a concern. Not anymore! Over the last several orders I have noticed that my orders have been on time, delivered perfectly. Huge thanks to the Delivery Drivers like the excellent Mr Singh who has gone above and beyond to ensure we get our food on time as well as in perfect condition.

I’m a regular customer of Pizza Hut but this branch provides very poor service. Having nearly spent £30 for 2 pizzas - they arrived ruined and squashed - as though they have been dropped. The delivery driver has always been nice. But the manager Daoud is must unhelpful. The order already arrived late and he wanted to make new pizzas but collect these meaning a further wait on the kids school night. A compensation of wedges was offered or a refund which could take 14 days!!! Very poor service as though he didn’t care. Any other branch lets you keep your food and replaced as an apology. 1 star!

Food arrived quickly, before estimated delivery time and was warm. Just Eat Tracker presumably was having issues as never updated though.

Food was hot and exactly what we expected but considering we spent £35 I was at least expecting a couple of garlic dips thrown in as a freebie. Phoned Northfield to ask why they hadn’t included any, only to be told you now have to pay for them and they’ve stopped giving them out as freebies. We’ll use Dominoes from now on, they still like to please their customers.

Gluten free, dairy free, egg free pizza.. the best !! Rang up Pizza Hut delivery yesterday evening for the first time ordering from Pizza Hut in many years. Spoke to a guy called Jemal, some of the best customer service I have ever received. I explained to him about my food, intolerances and allergies and not being able to have dairy/gluten/eggs. He went through every single item in the menu allergy list to explain what I couldn’t couldn’t have over the phone and reassured me that the pizza would come straight from the pizza oven into the box and would not be cross contaminated with the pizza cutter or the same prep area. This gave me extremely high confidence in ordering my gluten-free and dairy free pizza, of which I have allergies and am coeliac. Most pizza places I called before calling. Pizza Hut didn’t want to give me the time of day on the phone and just told me to order online, until I got through to Pizza Hut, it gave me so much confidence to be able to order gluten and dairy free and will be ordering from this Pizza Hut many times in the future. Excellent service, pizza was delicious. In fact it was one of the best pizzas that I’ve had since been gluten-free / dairy free in almost 10 years. Thanks Jama, you have reinvigorated my confidence in ordering pizza from Pizza Hut. Hope this review help someone else.👍👍

I have ordered from Pizza Hut with no problems. However, today I had the worst pizza I have had tasted. I have no idea what cheese was used but it was a weird 'gloopy' and congealed mess. I could not even manage a single slice of pizza. Very disgusting taste. The delivery was otherwise great.

They think it's ok to substitute what you ordered and paid for a cheaper option and when you have the cheek to phone and ask why just told contact just eat I will never order again
