Ordered on Uber eats, I called the store because it had been out for delivery for 15 mins and the shop is only 1 mile away. I asked where my order is and the person said it was on its way. I explained that I already know it's on its way and it had been on the way for 15 mins he then repeated the same thing and had attitude. The food came cold and quality was very poor. My order came with 1.5 litre bottle and they sent a cheap brand coke cola. Disgusting service won't be ordering from them again

First time I tried on Friday night and disappointed. Ordered pizza and tango. They didn’t send the drink. I mean it was 2 items.

The food use to be so great. It was were I would order regularly. Lately it's been a hit and a miss When its a hit it's so good. But when it's not it's not so great the amount of time they have sent dry or overcooked pizza. I used to order mixed grill and you could tell it's a mix grill but now on 2 occasions brought mix grill and honestly cannot tell the difference between tandoori chicken and mixed grill as theres barely any toppings on so now just stopped ordering mix grill. But did definitely notice sometimes the cheese is rubbery. Never wanted to complain as for years ordering regularly here and they always been so good but just found out that the owners have changed and it just clicked. No wounder the food isn't the same anymore and they are been more stingy with the toppings and increased the prices. That's not how a business lasts. Learn from the previous owner. My other problem is how it's delivered. I have seen how the pizza boxes are taken out of the just eat bags tilted which in return half the pizza are smashed because the delivery drivers don't keep the pizzas straight anymore so annoying never had this problem few months back but now regularly. What's more annoying is packageing they put a burger meal sideways, like seriously what is going to happen to that burger. It comes apart. Yesterday burger was put sideways and the whole burger was coming away from each other. but imagine it was someone with OCD. It was for a kid that didn't mind but If it was for a another child I know they would go crazy just at the sight of how the burger looked, it was worse than MacDonald fish o fillet burger placement and this isn't the first time either. Please keep burger meals flat.

Brought two pizzas however was very disappointed with the quality of the pizzas. They seem undercooked and the toppings were falling when trying to eat them Standard has gone down massively.

I'll start with the good - Daddy burger was very nice, good size, good flavour. The bad - i don't understand how the chef can make a Margherita Pizza and forget to put sauce on the base. It's literally 2 things - sauce and cheese. The pizza was of course disgusting.

I have been coming here for over 10 years, now as an adult we order weekly for a whole family but unfortunately for the last few months the food has just been terrible especially the pizzas that are just dry with barely any toppings on them. We found out recently that there are new owners now and clearly they do not value their customers. I will not be going back to broadway 2 again.

unfortunately since the new owners came the pizza has been bad with very little toppings and cheese and they put up the prices and the pizzas have been overcooked often. Ive been a regular customer for years but i guess the new guys dont value us. I dont think i will order again!

The staff are extremely rude over the phone and instore too. The ownwr is a legend and has always been amazing. I feel he has sold the business off to these new cowboys! If the original owner sees this then please respond here. For now i will not be ordering from here again.

Very good food specially pizza mixed grill you have to try it

Today we ordered 2 extra large pizzas It was burnt and had hardly any cheese or any chicken on them, we had to throw it in the bin waste of our money. we will never go to order from them again, 0-10 mark

Have to say this place has switched over staff and the new staff dont seem bothered, they take forever to make the food, the calzone was delicious but the daddy burger was stale rubbery and the bun seemed old and hard but lucky the calzone was good, overall if I want a daddy burger will go to the original place in Aston, the place is shabby and run down now not the most inviting or pleasant place and staff have no enthusiasm at all, need to work on some customer service. Also they have menus with the old.prices on so ensure you ask them prices dont rely on the menu price and they do not take card.

Just so you know the owners have apparently changed which was quite evident our last two orders consisted of ‘daddy burgers’ where there’s is more taste of bread than of chicken should be called ‘kiddy burger’ to reflect the kids portions. Whoever I spoke to didn’t give a damn about my feedback. You used to be good hence why your were our weekly order!! Hope you read this and fix up customers are what make a business run not your arrogance £7 a meal for a tiny piece of chicken in your burger no thanks

My experience at Broadway 2 was a complete letdown. Not only was the food shockingly stale—the Nan, fries, salad, and chicken all seemed like leftovers from days past—but to add insult to injury, the prices were higher than what was listed on the menu. Serving subpar, old food at inflated prices is a double whammy. It's a shame that they have the audacity to charge more for such dismal quality. Save your money and appetite by avoiding this place at all costs.

I always used to buy pizza from here and it’s always so nice but now the last few times i’ve ordered somehow the pizza is not cooked on the bottom and it’s just different.

Scammers. Ordered via justeat. Updated the app to say on way, and arrived. 1.5hrs later no food. Called them and they never even sent it out. AVOID THEM!!

Their service was too slow today. I been waiting for half an hour for my food. Got home and missing my two fries and some Jalapenos and that was a slow service. So I would recommend not to go there anymore. So I will definitely give a 1 star.

Our food was absolutely charcoaled. Wedges were that cremated they burnt a hole in the box, garlic bread was as hard as a brick and the pizzas were also burnt to a crisp and very greasy. Only thing we had from there that was nice was the wrap and chip meal, strongly recommend that, loads of meat and loads of flavour.

Just ordered Pizzas from Broadway - Always was quality Pizzas, but today OMG if not the worse defo one of the worse one I have ever had. I know you have offers on, I rather pay normal price and have quality than this. Improve them or you will start to lose a lot of business.

This is absolutely nasty, the fries were cooked in rancid oil, the gourmet beef burger dissolved in the mouth and the pizza had no flavour... What's the point of this shop?

A real lovely place to eat for hearty junk food. If you are attending here for the first time, it has to be a Daddy burger. Very filling and delicious. Great staff and thoroughly enjoyed the service.

Daddy burger is ok . Hash brown nasty. Fries are ok Pizza not good. Too soft dough. Very greasy. No mayo bottles. They give the cheap small packets . Won't be back.

I placed a order via their website at 7:30 and food came at 9pm the food was disgusting the naan was 🤮 it had this funny smell and taste to it the so called peri peri chicken was cold and uncooked fries were dry and the salad it only lettuce soggy tomatoes and dry cucumbers, waste of money. Don’t order from these guys u will regret it and it’s waste of money. Even my cat refused to eat the chicken 🤮🤮🤮🤮

It’s been year’s since I had been to Broadway 2, due to all these new places opening up everywhere. I wasn’t disappointed with returning after many years to find the food is still great and especially value for money. It’s a bit run down now but once you look over that you do get quality food. I tried my old favourite beef daddy burger and it was amazingly tasty full of flavour and juices. The size of the burger was as I remembered huge and filling. I would highly recommend anyone to revisit this hidden gem.

That Mixed Grill for ONLY £8.99 wasn't only Ginormous, it was also very very Nice! Well worth the Price for such excellent food!! Driver was nice & polite, although he got a bit lost, food was still piping hot & delivered well before the specified time. Milkshakes are lovely & thick as well. 10/10. Recommended

Ordered pizza and was told it would arrive within an hour. After calling the shop after an hour was told driver is on his way and should be there in 5 mins. Another 20 mins passed and still not here. I had their burgers over 8 years a go and everything about them was out of this world. Never found something similar in America or Canada. Now they just are another takeaway with good value meals and burgers stacked up to the sky options.

Great place, these guys know how to make a mean pizza :D The pizza is always well baked, not overly greasy and the crust is to die for - so fluffy! The chutney they provide has a nice kick to it too! Even better, the prices are good and affordable. Definitely my fave pizza shop in Birmingham, I really recommend them!

Broadway 2 - lockdown review Food arrived 30 minutes early! I ordered: 1x peri peri chicken burger meal £4 1x american beef burger meal £4 1x daddy gourmet mega stacker burger £9 1× donner burger Meals came with fries & a can of soft drink Well packaged & presentation was nice too & delivered with a smile. Service/packaging/presentation 8/10 Eagerly anticipated since a friend recommended these guys. The food was heavily packaged & I was like a child impatiently peeling his wrapping from his presents. After I finally removed all the layers of wrapping I feasted my eyes on the meals. The daddy gourmet mega stacker stood out from the crowd. To say it was big & heavy (felt like a kilo) would be an understatement, this thing was colossal & increased my wrist strength just by holding it aloft! After contemplating how I would be able to control this beast & how I would wrap my mouth around it, I finally took the plunge.... With my mouth salivating profusely, I duly sank my teeth into it & just closed my eyes momentarily while I chewed & embraced the lovely flavours. The seeded bun was toasted to perfection & tasted good, beneath the bun lay some fresh salad on top of a huge hash brown & below that a huge chunk of chicken breast this process was repeated twice and finally at the bottom was a huge hearty chunk of smashed beef with premium cheese & drenched in a delicious bbq sauce.
