Ordered on uber soggy pizza very cheesy couldn’t taste the sauce. I said if the pizza will be soggy as a thin base with a stuffed crust to just make it as a normal thin base without the stuffed crust but they didn’t listen. I won’t be ordering again from them and they added olives which I don’t like!! Uber didn’t even offer me a refund

The crust was perfectly crispy, the pepperoni was flavorful, and the cheese was just the right amount of gooey. Not only was the food outstanding, but the customer service was top-notch as well. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we felt right at home. If you're looking for delicious Italian food and a warm atmosphere, I highly recommend Pino Italian. I can't wait to go back!

Very disappointed with the service. This pizza is very greasy and dry, looked appalling and as for that couldn’t be able to enjoy my dinner today…as for that it’s even a waste of every penny. Not sure who approved of the chef, but I hope Gordon Ramsay himself has the abilities to shut all unbothered doors down.

Got a large fish and chips for £7.50 and the fish was fried fresh. Had chilli sauce and tasted good.

My favourite place for lunch back in 2012 when I was working at Royal Orthopaedic Hospital. Loved the fried chicken and the fish and chips!!!

Ordered online as its Sunday evening and my usual chippy is closed. I ordered x 2 Southern fried chicken and chips & chicken nuggets for my child. The child's nuggets were fine the chips were hard in the middle and not golden and crispy definitelyneeded to be cooked longer. The southern fried chicken was sopping in grease so much so that the coating was almost wet and dropped off the chicken to revealed anemic looking pale chicken underneath that didn't look fried. Its supposed to be crispy. I called the store and the manager was friendly enough and asked what I would like to do in regards to refund or replacement. I have ordered a replacement mixed meat kebab in a pitta and am paying the extra which has just arrived and is ok but the naan bread was pale white and doughy not like any naan bread ive ever had before. I cant fault the customer service as the manager was pleasant enough but I wouldnt order from here again unless it was a pizza. A big Inconvenience when you are looking forward to food and it tastes/looks revolting like the chicken did. I have kept my whole meal to give to delivery driver to return. The driver has just informed me that they do not have a proper chicken fryer so the sfc is being cooked in the large fryer that all the other items are cooked in hence why it is so greasy. If they dont have the proper equipment to cook items properly then why advertise on the menu ? Apparently the pizzas from here are nice but definitely a no go with the "chippy" food sorry !!

Don’t even deserve 1 star we order from here Sunday 15th may 2022 I waited over 20 minutes for the food to be cooked the chips were dry and hardly no salt or finger my chicken burger was more soggy at the bottom from the vinger🤮 PLUS the chicken burger I had was dry and couldn’t even bite into it I only asked for lettuce they put everything on there onions tomatoes the lot also I have for food poisoning the next day …. Wouldn’t recommend unless you want food poisoning 💯 only good thing was the can of pop 🤣

Pizza arrived smushed up in the box, the chips had barely any salt and vinegar on them, and the fish was stuck to the paper and fell apart as I lifted it onto the plate, pizza tasted rank too. Avoid.

I just ordered on just eat and it was disgusting. My chips were either burnt or the oil needed a change. The sfc do not touch. They must have just through in two pieces of chicken in a deep fat fryer inwhich they were burnt to a crisp, I'm very unsatisfied with the food. And not only that, I've just wasted £14 on food that's not for human consumption.

Ordered food on just eat they accepted the order and then 5 minutes after the order was due they cancel therefore making us have to wait 48 hours for a refund with a hungry child tonight utter scumbags

They sent me pink chicken and I've got pitchers of it. It's sent my husband till he had one bit and seen the chicken was pink. I've tried to call up the restaurant and not got anything back not even answering the phone. What ever you do don't have this place they will send you I'll with there pink chicken they could send that too children and they don't care at all. What kind of place thinks it's okay to send out pink chicken let's see if they respond this reviews as they haven't answered anything. I just wished there a place I could put the pictures on here so you all could see

Easily the worst home delivery 'service' I've experienced. The time on the e-mail for the order was '17:29'; about an hour later I called and was told 'it's on its way'; another 20-or-so minutes, called again; same response. Another 20 so minutes, called again and was told they hadn't received my order, even though I'd had the e-mail notification and money had been taken from my credit card. The response (no apology, no offer of freebies...) was 'shall we send it now'? I finally got the delivery more than two hours after it had been ordered, and it was frankly awful: the 'fish' looked as if it had already been picked over (certainly wasn't complete), and was about 1/3 the quantity of a regular chip-shop fish. Maybe they think they've got a monopoly at the moment? Shocking; don't use this business!

This place is a joke ordered large food they sent burnt small food rang up to complain and they started shouting and swearing at me please everyone DO NOT give them your money it's not worth it this place need closing down!

Never know when they are open now! Looks like it's too much effort for them to open during lunch time but even in the evening you cannot be sure they managed to get out of bed. Other issue is that most of the time they have to cook it for you! I can't believe I am always arriving just when they have run out of chips.

I orderd by phone and when received the fish fell apart The chips were stuck on to the paper and more than half had paper stuck on them The pickled egg smelt off There was no salt or vinegar on chips !!! They gave me the left over stuff that no one else would get while your at the shop Food was soggy inedible and dojjy There were rumors they dont use cod but instead use catfish And my friend has been here before said its rubbish compare to proper fish and chips in the pub for about the same price Save your time and go to the pub if you want real quality fish and chips

I have never known such a rude company wait over an hour for food? manager phones says didnt have the address wen it was on the receipt said they would cook food n be half hour. Still no food called them up and they was rude on the phone and put phone down on me several times i wouldnt mind but i was feeding children and they have waited over 2 hours for nothing!! Dont trust rude ginos never no what they do to the food!
