I asked for no pepperoni and look there was loads .

Pizzas are flavourless and the base is hard, like toast.

It's a great place to have lovely pizza hand-made fresh , they are very good people , whenever I visit aldi I visit them and eat pizza Good taste value of money .

Ordered off uber one of the worst,most disgusting pizzas I have ever tasted. Dough was thin and dry, toppings tasted off no sause, extremely poor pizza, waste of money, poor food quality, not happy at all. My daughter can make a better pizza at home and shes 7! Garlic bread was undercooked, popcorn chicken hard as a rock, fries were soggy, almost like there were refried to warm them up, very oily and very disappointed, you don't live up to the franchise name, close down, call it a day. Disgusting. Avoid at all costs. Stay well clear

Customer service rubbish cashier refused to sale me if I don’t pay in cash I told him the cash machine is not working then he accepted to take card payment. Will never go back again i don’t recommend this story to anyone.

There is a so called manager. I had a call with him. His customer service is very poor. (Language barrier).He don't know how to talk with womens. No respect at all. To Boss of the shop,Being honest if you want to make your business upgrade please change the manager.

My food was raw. I brought a jacket potato, and it was raw on the outside and inside. The guys there are really funny and are really kind. Whenever I do go it always is quiet. I noticed some stations around that don't get used. I would love for them to get used! My favourite thing on there secret menu used to be their jacket potato!

There were kids running around although overall it's a good place to visit. Don't go for lasagna if you don't want green sauce all over it. I didn't like that. The pizza flavour I had taken was chicken Tikka it was quite good and fulfilling.

Caspian Pizza is a Birmingham special. For pizza; you can't go wrong with any Caspian store. This store is amazing for their food quality and taste, but I think it lacks the 2023 look. It feels a bit dull inside. It could do with some small interior renovation. But overall, it's nice.

Undoubtedly, Caspian Pizza is the best in this part of Birmingham. I always enjoy the quality and palatable pizzas from Caspian. The staff is friendly and welcoming with smiles on faces. Indeed a lot of choice is available either Pizza style or price range. Love to go back very soon❣️.

Ordered a pizza and I was told it will be delivered in 30 minutes and phoned them after 40 minutes and I was told that it's been delivered (delivered to wrong address)never order again from them!

Absolutely disgusting. Ordered through Uber and this is exactly how I received the burger meal in the box. It’s cold, the bun is so soggy and taste disgusting. I usually go to the Coventry road one where I’ve never had a problem. But this shop here is horrific and it’s my first and last time I order from this disgusting place To update this. I rang the shop and spoke to the manager. I told him I’m not happy with my order. He asked what’s wrong with it. I said bun was really soggy and burger was falling apart and it was disgusting. He said sorry brother but this is how we serve these burgers. He asked me to bring the burger back to the shop so he can see. I said it’s in the bin now but I can watsapp you a picture of how the food came. He said sorry we don’t have watsapp Awful service and awful staff really disgusted at the way they serve and treat their customers

My personal favourite is california chicken with pineapple thin base. Meetup point with friends and been here for years and a lot has changed but still offers great pizza.

Collected food and found hair piece and Brillo wire on the pizza slices. Customer service was absolutely rubbish as they brushed it off and smirked when we complained. Would not recommend for your own safety.

Hi Guys just be carefull the TV screen on the window says a panini meal £5,20. but the guy on the till will charge you £6 pound. An when you ring the shop an say how much is the panini meal they will tell you £5,50. This place should be closed down as they are cons shouldbe closed down please check your change an please all so check how much they are charging you as they like to con people.

Absolutley appalled at their customer service, i orderd a pizza meal deal and all of my order wasnt deliverd i called them and they told me not to worry they will look after me next time, i told them im hungry now and iv already paid so if i ent going to get the food i paid for i would like my money back i was then told if i carry on talkin they would put the phone down. Thats their pizza. Who puts whole olives on pizza? Moreover, it wasn’t fully cooked and was taste less with a third grade cheese topping. Would not recommend at all.

Very strange people, my mate used to be a regular in that eating centre and fast forward he asked for his change, owners younger brother skinny geeza gives him a dirty look randomly when he confronts him he starts screaming going all crazy and says he will shoot him, Oh my Gosh, never ever heard of anything or ever encountered this. Hit and miss with this place sometimes the pizzas are really good and sometimes not so good.

Great place overall with good quality service. There pizzas are all round great and for a great price too . They have many seats in a booth style at the back and tables for larger families. The Caspian burger is truly a hidden gem, it consists of a beef/chicken patty with pizza tomato sauce and cheese - mozzarella I believe. This comes for an affordable price of £4.50 with drink and fries. A must have if your not having there pizzas. I would recommend all of there pizzas as they offer a wide variety of pizza toppings and such. An X-large pizza for £10 can easily serve 3-4 hungry people or a group of five just on its own as the pizza seems quite dense. If ones looking for a 'healthier' option I would also highly recommend there pastas which they offer with 3 toppings. It normally comes in a box with the toppings arranged on the fuslili (spiral pasta) like a pizza. All in all must a visit if your looking for good affordable food to satisfy your hunger.

I have been a loyal customer since 2007. The food that was prepared in the past was very tasty. The customer service was excellent. The staff has changed and the quality is now terrible. Not at all worth the price. The individual that serves you is rude and arrogant. This is no longer a respectable establishment. There is no taste to their food and I have noticed that their friends would be served before you despite ordering first - disgraceful.

I have been ordering from this establishment for a while now but what can I say. The standards have dropped. I gave them three strikes b4 I made this review. Now what can I say, I have noticed that they put their cheese burgers in the pizza machine to get over cooked and burned and then they serve it to the customers. Not even a joke. I just cant be asked to talk to them face to face as they are just going to give same response as they do all the time. HOWEVER their SERVICE and PIZZA's are top notch. What can I say I dont want to give them a bad name but management need to look into this.
