half my fries were missing and not crispy, the tray wasn't fully loaded and was missing ingredients, like taco beef, jalapeños etc..

All good , however the footlong was only meant to be toasted and have sauce but it had jalepenos init too, so had to rake them out.

Got takeaway yesterday and was served by a lovely chap with a smile, clean shop and fresh food. Would return.

Placed my order and the guy serving charged me more than the price advertised. When I questioned it he said that what he had charged was correct. I thought it was me that had just made a mistake but when I started eating and realised that he had made the wrong sub, i questioned it and they wouldn't do anything about it. So I ended up paying more money for something I actually didn't order. Won't be visiting here again, terrible customer service.

I went here for my lunch break today to get a cheeky sub Asked for all star chicken which is one which already has all ingredients as I was too tired to choose my own, first off the man and woman kept talking in there own language and giggling which I find rude and didn't even acknowledge me(unless they called me fatty in hindu) Then she added japenoes to my order which aren't on there but i like so I let it slide then she put xx hot Chipotle sauce on there which it's meant to come with garlic and herb and she put garlic and herb on top to cover it, the guy was watching aswel and thought I didn't notice. She then put crispy onions on with one shake and 2 crumbs of cripsys onions dropped on. There was Noone in the store it was dead and didn't even acknowledge me as a customer. I asked for a refund for making the wrong sub and being extremely rude and it's on of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had and I've been to Marius at the radley's. I'd like to speak to owner of this franchise branch and have a meeting with him, this needs to be addressed

Wouldn't let me use the toilet facilities until I brought something. I've got a condition that I explained but he didn't care. You've lost a valuable customer to all Subway stores now. I was about to spend around £30-£50 for myself and my family. All he had to do was let me use the toilet

no cheese in my salad, no onions, there was 2 tiny slithers of peppers, 3 sweet corns, the tiniest bit of tuna, basically paid for a box of lettuce, if I could give zero stars I would have, disgraceful

My order was paid for, I had a copy of the receipt on my phone via. txt message, yet it would not be accepted without the original payment card. Not happy

Walk past this subway everyday just found out it was halal ! . so we come in for a meal it was really good was greeted by a very friendly guy at the counter name was James places clean and tidy resort will have to get a takeout as they were closing but the guy let us sit down and eat really appreciated the customer service.

Bread not very fresh, quite hard. The guy who served me today is in the wrong job, he would be much more suited to a role where he does not have to interact with people. He came across as rude, impatient and totally ignored me when asking a simple question. I almost cancelled my order halfway through the Sub being made, I wish now that I had considering the quality if it. Visited 23.3.24 a.m

Chicken was cold in the salad, I asked for cheese had no cheese and didn’t ask for olives and I got olives.

With being insulin dependent especially upon having to have it before food I always time a delivery to give me enough time, with food arriving too early it isn't great, unfortunately although the meatballs were nice all the food was very cold and it literally does not have far to be delivered. A shame as I wouldn't order again unless actually at a shop. I didn't use restaurant service but had to click a rating to submit my review.

Received the wrong food & snacks and haven’t received a refund

Placed an order, over £40 on Friday for delivery. Arrived almost an hour after the agreed delivery time, food freezing cold. Driver stated that he got lost when asked why the delay. Complained to manager who replied today and thanked me for my feedback. Think my point was missed. Poor service, poor delivery, cold food. Will avoid and advise Others to do same. 👎

Delivery time was great and the delivery guy was lovely and friendly. I definitely use again from that aspect! But the salad itself was fairly small and definitely not the double meat I had paid for. Plus it was bacon added not turkey which I can’t eat so had ti remove that.

Made an order around 14.00 on just eat. We still haven't recieved our food 2hrs later. We are still waiting for the food and every time we try to call the restaurant, the line is busy. We cant get in touch with anybody. If Subway is reading this, please send us our food or give us our money back. Thanks. Extremely disappointed. We will never ever order there again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The restaurant was helpful to a certain extent but no communication what so ever from the driver he seemed clueless like he was intoxicated or under the influence of substance , Highly unprofessional .

Between receiving the notification that it was on its way and receiving it was around an hour. Food was obviously delicious as it's subway. Wouldn't stop me ordering in the future as an hour in transit isn't so bad for subway but still had to get the microwave to help out

Food came at 8pm which was 10 minutes earlier then the resturants estimated of 8.10pm - 8.30pm. So happy with the service and speed

Worst Subway in Brum, don’t even waste your time coming here, cold food, manager is rubbish just stands there like a lost cause has no customer service at all. Plenty of better subways to go to, Star City Washwood Heath, City Centre don’t waste your time coming here!!

Called multiple times and could not get through to anyone it kept going to voicemail. The worst thing was someone answered at first and hung up straight away.

Had to phone 3 time to be told driver on way. Waited over 1hr 30 min for delivery. And hot food was cold not happy
