The order never arrived. The restaurant claims a lady knowing my name came out at the moment of delivery (I never got any notification which is why I did not go outside, nor the driver called when he was here) and knew the exact food that was ordered but it was definitely not me; I have no food and the restaurant won't do anything else. The order was never completed on Uber eats so I could not know where the order was. Because the restaurant delivers with their own drivers, there was no map I could not follow. No map on the app, no confirmation that the food was here, no call to say the food was here, and apparently a lady with my name and the exact order showed up at the exact time. I will never order from them again.

Ordered dinner for 4 at 7p.m. The arrival time was give as 7:50. when we still hadn’t received the delivery, we called numerous times over half an hour. No one picked up. We thought this restaurant no longer existed and put frozen pizzas in our oven. What a surprise when just after 9 our meal arrived. No apology, just ‚call the manager if you are not happy‘. The food wasn’t great either. Bento boxes are mostly rice (for £12!!), salmon teriyaki just gooey, the starters overpriced and not even as Good as Tesco finest. Go elsewhere to avoid disappointment.

I ordered from here on Uber eats. The food was 1 hour and 20 minutes late. Whenever I called up to ask where my food was I got inconsistent answers. The first time they told me it was on the way and would be 10 minutes. Then 20 minutes they told me it had left 10 minutes ago. When I said this wasn’t what they said previously they then said it had left ages ago and to contact Uber and they hung up. I tried to contact Uber and was told the restaurant uses its own drivers. I tried calling the restaurant again and they never picked up. The sushi finally arrived and it was average.

The sushi looked grey yet somehow tasted better than it looked, although we didn’t enjoy it. The salmon donbury was greasy and the vegetables were almost non existent. The sweet potato tempura did not taste of sweet potato. The shrimp gyoza were as tasty as they usually are but were also greasy. All in all a waste of time and money. You live and learn and will hopefully warn others about the lack of quality. Photos taken after we gave up eating the meal â˜č

Delivery was over 1h late than expected, so nearly 2 hours in total. Sushi was average. Sweet potato tempura was inedible as well as the takuyaki.

Despite taking a while to come it was delicious! The wait was worth while. We demolished it all even though we were full up as we didn’t want to waste it. Will order again.

Ordered a couple Chicken Ramen soups! The orders were sooooooo salty that they were not fit for consumption. The only thing to do was to throw them away! Tried calling the restaurant but no answer! Will never order from here again!

The delivery was two hours late. They were apologetic and sent two cans of soda which was a nice gesture. Only when we finally, after two hours, opened the delivered food it was missing the Smoked Salmon and Philly Roll we'd ordered and instead had another random Salmon roll in it's place. Basically, the entire reason we'd ordered from this place (for the first time) was for that specific roll. We won't be ordering from them again.

Placed an order on 25/04/20 in the evening, however it took them over 3 hours to deliver my food and when it arrived it was wrong!! Ordered a chicken noodle dish and received a seafood noodle dish! Their email address yoshidase27@gmail.com is a joke as they failed even to this day to answer a single query of mine. Their phone service miraculously went down when this all occurred, but was ringing when I visited the branch!! I even went to their restaurant to pick up the food, turned out that they had just sent it 3 hours later!! Asked for a refund and was told to email the above email address by Hussain (the makeshift manager), their boss would process a refund. 2 months later I am still waiting for a refund and any form of confirmation. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT!!!!

I love this Sushi restaurant and order regularly. They have kept a good service going during lockdown and their delivery service is reliable. I’ve had one bad meal on the last 6 months, rolls overfilled with rice and stogy but generally I adore their soft shell crab and prawn tempura rolls. Their prices have gone up recently and to counter this I’d really like to see them tackling using recyclable materials. I’ve had discussions with them about this and they are enthusiastic and receptive to comments.

I ordered a delivery on Friday at 6.50 pm and after having waited for 1h 20 minutes for our food we decided to call the restaurant to see what had happened. The line was busy all the time, so we thought that there had been some sort of problem with the delivery and decided to have some dinner as we were starving. The delivery arrived two hours after having ordered, after 9.00 pm and we sent the food back, it was too late and we were full! I was charged the full amount, and I’ve been trying to get in touch with the restaurant to sort this out but nobody replies to my emails. I have tried on Facebook, gave them my mobile number, but haven’t heard back. Should I really pay for food I didn’t eat, that arrived 2 hours after having ordered? Can someone please get back to me so we can, at least, discuss it?

we ordered sushi in this restaurant, they were terrible! the fish smelled very rotten, our appetite went bad! When we brought sushi back (we ordered delivery), the employee was not convinced of our words, did not return our money to us, 30 pounds, although we asked at least half to give, or replace sushi with more fresh fish, to which they answered rudely, this is such a fish ! Salmon is never green-white with such a terrible smell! We wrote to the manager to replace the fish, as people can die or get sick from such fish! nobody answered us! BE ACCURATE, BETTER DO NOT
