5 stars don't do this place justice, it's fantastic. Lorraine and Michelle are 2 amazing ladies who add to the delight of staying here. The food is so fantastic that my family and I are already planning a return, even if its just for the delicious food and amazing company

Tbh a little bit out of the way but they looked after us after we slept in the wrong room on the first night..lol Both of us had the best 2 nights sleep for absolute ages and breakfast was proper.. very quiet countryside location and the bus is only £2 to York centre

Unfortunately, this is a poorly located motel that suffers noise from two major roads. Knowing these roads existed, why not build a motel with soundproof windows and doors? 🤔 the breakfast was nice, but having seen the evening menu I decided otherwise. The good thing is that they provided electric charging, which you don't find in many other hotels. The rooms were clean and functional. Although I stayed here for business not sure I'll be returning, as I need a good sleep.

Stunning little Motel with amazing rooms and staff. I stayed here for business for one night and it's the best stay in the area! The room was spotless and well insulated from noise. Tea and coffee were available in the room. The shower was powerful and clean, and the general fit and fittings were lovely. They have ample parking and perfect options for breakfast. Note I was caught in traffic, so I arrived late, but they ate not 24hr (10pm. close, I think)

The Falcon Inn stands in the Heart of the East Yorkshire village of Withernwick. We chose to go on a Thursday evening as it’s Steak night! My husband and his parents chose steaks and I chose the home made beef lasagne from the main menu. I have to say everything was gorgeous, beautiful tender steaks and the best lasagne I’ve had on a meal out for ages! The pub has a lovely atmosphere, made very welcome by the staff on entering the bar area, and drinks were brought to our table in the dining area. If you are on holiday or just visiting friends near Withernwick, call in for a drink or food you won’t be disappointed. Altass family, Leven, East Yorkshire.

We come here often. Yasmin, the owner, is lovely and friendly. Always remembers us and our likes and dislikes. Don't be put off by the decor, especially if you are a certain age proflie; the coffee is superb, for instance. If you order food, be prepared for ample helpings. Don't assume, if all the seats in the front are occupied, that the place is full. There are other seats out back. Oh, and they do wonderful cocktails too and are about the only cafe in Pocklington which stays open after 4pm. You will find this little gem at the North end of the main street, up by the Post Office and opposite a wonderful florists.

I seem to visit this place so often, as it really is the most gorgeous hidden gem in the little town of Driffield. Staff are always so polite and welcoming and the house itself is utterly stunning! I've eaten dinner and breakfast many times in the last 3 months, all of which have been superb! The coffee is also fantastic! It's a beautiful setting and the menu has something for everyone's taste. I would not fail to recommend, thank you so much Team Highfield!
