Tried to treat my son, the server was so rude to my son and we were told he wasn't allowed 5 toppings! It was his birthday and he was so upset. Won't be coming back!

Loved the menu, lots of interesting choices. Place looks pretty and cozy, & employees are nice. I had the black forest cookies and cream milkshake which was tasty.

What a great place. Not only the best bubble tea for miles, but the staff team are all fabulous too. Had a delicious bubble tea today, along with a frozen yoghurt. So many topping choices but the staff helped me select some and their recommendations were so tasty. A big thank you to Ann, Tsomo, Novahlie and Nok. Your smiling welcome always lifts my mood.

We love the bubble teas from Yobu. The staff are friendly and really knowledgeable about the drinks. We were served by Ann, Tsomo and Nol who are always smiling and happy. They have a huge variety of teas and flavours to try as well as super cute toys and accessories which my daughter loves to dream about buying... but somehow always forgets to bring her pocket money! My son loves the black forest milkshake (see photo!), and my daughter loves the strawberry tea and I try all the rest! We recommend this place if you enjoy bubble teas and there is a nice seating area inside too. Thank you all for your service and we'll see you next time 😁

Very long waiting time, need more staff. The front door is closed, hot and unventilated place, no social distancing. The drink was good but everything else is a nightmare

Its been a while since I visited last but I was certainly not dissapointed. Everyone in this place is so lovely and friendly . They now have a very good range of tasty hot meals and everyone already knows they make the best, most authentic,Bubble Tea in the Bournemouth area. It was busy when I visited and I am not surprised. Very polite staff ,but dreadful food .spicy chicken curry was bland and processed . Vegetable noodle was tasteless and the vegetable was a bit of chopped spring onion on top .Very dissatisfied and a waste of money .

Delicious! We ordered bubble teas and Taiwanese dishes. Thoroughly enjoyed everything. Superb service, good social distancing, and lots & lots of choices. All staff were really nice. ¡Yobu es excelente! Desde que probé uno de sus tés de burbujas hace años, he sido adicto y ahora consigo uno al menos una vez a la semana, a menudo más. Amor, amor, amor, soy adicto. Intento tener nuevos sabores, pero mis favoritos a los que siempre vuelvo son Assam taro con pudín y té con leche tailandés con tapioca. ! I was served by Abby today, who has helped me before and even served me earlier this week. She was friendly and I loved the tea that was made for me by some other staff (apologies as i forgot the card so dont know who else helped) and i had dumplings which were good

We were in Bournemouth for visiting our nephews who are living there and they took us to this beautiful bubble tea shop! We had never tried the bubble tea before and it was really funny and tasty! We want to specially thank Tania and Andy for their beautiful smiles, for their professionality and for explaining to us all the characteristics of the amazing new beverage we were about to try!

I was served by a lovely young lady named abby who helped advise my on my order and it was lovely! I had a great time there and have enjoyed several trips since, all thanks to this member of staff who has seemly been in every time; how funny.

I’ve had bubble tea before but never this nice, all due to the wonderful Abby who suggested my tea choice and knew exactly what to suggest. I won’t look back again, taro is perfect, all thanks to the fantastic service of Abby.

I've been coming here at least once a week for almost two years since I started living and working in the area. The staff are always friendly and since I order the same thing every week, Mei knows exactly what to grab before I've even said a word. And when new staff are training she helps out with my awkward order (I order something that isn't on the menu!)

My friends and I came to the shop the other day and we tried Honeydew Melon milktea with black pearl and Tarot with pudding. I think the shop has a wide range of flavours and they are very good. The staff, i think his name is Andy (i couldn’t remember his name exactly) is very friendly and helpful when suggesting us yummy drinks. I’d highly recommend the shop as a nice spot to hangout and chitchat with quality milktea

Seeing many asian customers in the shop has encouraged me to try out this place. I was suggested trying mango milk tea by the guy with glasses and it was superb . Highly recommend people to try this flavour there. Just be aware that you can change the sugar/ice level up to your preference

I've tried many different types of Yobu drinks and I'm really satisfied with all till now. Andy was super nice when he recommended me what to drink and he also served me well whenever I visited. That was the good experiences at Yobu!

It was my first time in Bournemouth i decided on treating myself to bubble tea since it was my birthday. i went with my husband and the blonde lady with a nice accent serving asked my name when i answered thőr she laughed and went "like?" Meaning as in the superhero. Yes my name is unusual but laughing hurts and it was in front of me and my husband who also heard. I do have pics of my bubble tea so this isnt a fake review. I ordered the lychee with 3 varietys. I was sorely disappointed and it ruined my birthday. I actually left in tears when i got out of the shop. My bubble tea was lovely however but the attitude was offensive and rude

I went to little yobu in noodle bar on Saturday a couple weeks ago as I really like the bigger store but this is close to university and I was with some friends. I couldn’t fully understand ben due to a slight but not awful language barrier but he seemed annoyed about this. He kept slowing his words and getting louder instead.

Just try the lavender bubble tea today. It is great and has strong flavour but i still prefer honey peach fruit tea:)) Also highly recommend Asian mid summer shaved ice.

Since i came to Bournemouth to study abroad, Yobu have become my most favourite Bubble Tea shop. Good cooked tapioca, nice smells of tea and delicious yogurt (it has the sweet-sour taste balance). Their staffs are very kind and friendly. Once, i came with my friend and she broke a cup because using the straw in wrong way. The staff immediately wraped the trouble up and gave her a new drink. That impressed me a lot.

Had bubble tea here several times and they all great and fancy! Yobu staffs are friendly and helpful! Must try!!!!

I was served a few days ago in the Main Yobu store in Bourenmouth by Ben, he seemed uninterested and rushed to serve me, I felt a nuisance just by being there. I hope it gets better soon, the other staff were lovely though but i didnt stay.

We visit Yobu on a regular basis for the amazing frozen yoghurt. The staff are always really friendly. I have not personally tried the bubble tea but my niece loves it!! If you have a reward card you can earn points for free food/drinks too.

Went to bournemouth for a lovely weekend. Pop in yobu store in Noodle bar. The person tht served me was josh and he was very helpful and friendly. Especially because i had no idea what to choose and how it worked. He recommended the best bubble tea which was taro and it was amazing! so thank you josh! We will definitely be back again for sure.

This was a family visit with hubby and our nieces. They’d told us about it and we were unsure seeing as we’d not had it before. Hubby had a mango tea with pomegranate balls. It was delicious I had played it safe with a frozen yoghurt which was also great. I realised the bubble tea was really good so I’ll have that next time. The staff were super friendly and really helpful especially Ben. Thanks we will be back. :)

Had my first bubble tea here. Won’t be my last. Mad concept that’s so refreshing and tasty. Particularly on a warm summers visit to the seaside! Highly recommend a visit here.

Great choice if you fancy something different to drink, very unique but very tasty. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Visited here for a frozen yoghurt and were really disappointed. The shop was very warm and quite uncomfortable. To top it off the yoghurt was really melted and sloppy and not firm like usual. Not a cheap experience either. £11.80 for two not so frozen yoghurts. Very disappointing and not up to usual standards.

Me and my son enjoyed in the past coming to yobu. Unfurtunatlely the staff are not very happy with my son playing on their beanbags. And when he asked for a fresh straw they refused one.

Was looking for a coffee shop that stay open till late and I decided to try YOBU. Tea with a difference, that tastes great. The fun thing is that you get to try different teas every time.
