Comida de calidad increíble, fuimos en familia, comimos quiche, rollos de salchicha, baguette de jamón y queso, pastelería danesa, pain au chocolate, tartas de almendras, todo estaba muy sabroso, esta es una panadería para llevar muy recomendada, es tan buena que normalmente tienen una línea afuera, hemos vuelto 5 - 6 veces y no me puedo quejar.

Oh my gosh, what a find. Having lived in France, it takes a lot to impress me but the pastries from here are mighty fine! Recommend the almond croissant. Mmmmm. Sourdough is also marvellous. Big thumbs up!

Mi novia y yo hemos estado en M's numerosas veces. Es una panadería verdaderamente excepcional. La masa madre es una de las mejores que hemos comido, nos encantan todos los pasteles que hemos probado. Todo está recién respaldado y muy bien presentado y los precios son muy razonables. Creemos que los pasteles son mejores que los pasteles. Los 'crufins' son únicos y definitivamente vale la pena probarlos. En general, es una panadería verdaderamente excepcional, que vale la pena visitar. ¡Somos muy afortunados de vivir tan cerca!

Hay otras panaderías en Bournemouth con una puntuación similar según las reseñas de Google, por ejemplo, pero en realidad su calidad no se acerca ni a la panadería de M. Quiero decir que no se le acerca ni mucho menos. Bien hecho. Gran calidad y precio razonable. La mejor de las suertes ?

No sabría por dónde empezar a describir lo delicioso y maravilloso que es este lugar. He disfrutado inmensamente viendo cómo esta panadería desde sus humildes comienzos se convirtió en el elemento básico de la comunidad que es hoy. NUNCA he tenido un artículo de aquí que no sea sorprendente (y estando en la universidad a la vuelta de la esquina, he comido MUCHOS productos de ellos). Me encanta especialmente el pastel de zanahoria, los croissants, el pastel de pudín de pan y mantequilla y las pequeñas quiches. Ah, y los cruffins, ah y los mini bollos - mira, dije que no sabría por dónde empezar, evidentemente tampoco sé por dónde terminar. DEBES IR ALLÍ. ¡Créeme! ! Gracias por ser as?

So lucky to have M’s so close! Everything is so good we can never decide!! Favourite is the hazelnut choc croissants, cheese scones and ...yummy sourdoughs You must go!!

I absolutely love M's Bakery and genuinely miss it when I don't have a chance to go in the week. Their white sourdough loaf is the best I have tried and they always have a wonderful choice of pastries. I'm never disappointed with the produce.

Amazing breads, croissants, pastries and all kinds of treats, coupled with helpful, friendly service. What's not to like? If there is a better bakery in the country, I haven't found it!

I recently moved to the area and the first thing I did was google a bakery near me - I have a soft spot for real bread - which is actually healthy and good for you! (not what you get in the supermarket). I also have a very soft spot for pastries! When I found this bakery I thought great!! I don't need to travel far. However... after I tried their bread and pastries I was very impressed! I am so lucky to live close enough to go here every other day for my bread! The bread keeps well for a few days and its so nice and soft and fluffy on the inside! Completely delicious! Pastries are so varied I am yet to try them all!As well as great tasting products they have environmentally friendly packaging! Even their take away cups for (great tasting) coffee are fully compostable! There is no sight of plastic anywhere and this just made me love this bakery even more!I have told all my friends about this place and I really hope they get good business and expand! This will be great not only for the bakery and the individual getting the bread - but for the planet too!! I don't think I can go back to buying bread/pastries from Tesco bakery which is packaged in plastic.

Seriously the best bread in town. The pastries are incredible too. I usually come in for a bread only but leave with lots of extra stuff. It's too yummy too resist.

He estado varias veces y probé algunos de los pasteles y manjares dulces y salados. ¿Qué puedo decir? ? ! Todo sabe increíble, incluido el pan recién horneado diario, que todavía está fresco el mejor día y el día siguiente. . . . Definitivamente aparece y prueba algo delicioso! ! ¡El café también es muy bueno! Solo desearía que tuvieran más mesas, ya que a veces se llena demasiado y no puedo encontrar un asiento.

Obviamente es un lugar popular, había alrededor de otras 5 personas en las colas cuando estuvimos allí un sábado. Compré un croissant vegano de queso y una mermelada vegana y hojaldre de almendras (olvido el nombre). Ambos estaban deliciosos. Mi amigo compró un bollo de aceitunas y queso, y estaba igual de contento con el suyo.¡Me encantó!

I like my bread. Real bread made by proper bakers. The problem has been where to find it. Well now I have. M’s bakery on the edge of Boscombe and Pokesdown is a real bakery. Bread and pastries of all kinds made fresh every day while you watch if you want to(they have three tables and serve coffee). Certificates on the wall say they are current winners of world baking competitions and I believe it. Their sourdough is sublime! If you live in the Bournmouth area buy your bread and pain chocolat or whatever at M’s

This place makes great coffee and bakes the best bread and cakes. Staff are very friendly. Highly recommend a visit.

El amable personal que sonrió y nos saludó y nos hizo sentir bienvenidos.Dos pequeñas mesas disponibles para que pudiéramos comer para nuestro almuerzo aleatorio de los miércoles por la tarde. Lovely, lovely gem in Bournemouth. Very nice, friendly bunch of people. We stayed for a coffee, which was so delicious. The pistachio-berry tart was phenomenal. Me (Hungarian) and Husband (English) both loved it. Can't wait to taste the other stuff we (my mum) bought for Christmas (bejgli etc). Will definitely return. Hopefully very soon. Have I mentioned the coffee?

The best and friendliest bakers we’ve visited. We popped in one morning for a croissant. Left with a carrier bag full of goodies! We visited every day when we were on holiday! If we lived closer we’d be here every weekend.

Gerbeaud and pistachios tart are very delicious. All bread they make is superb, I highly recommend to visit M's Bakery in Bournemouth.

I think that there is no better smell than baking bread and there is no better shop than a really good quality bakers. I happened upon this treasure trove of magnificent assorted delights whilst trying to find somewhere that makes bagels (they don’t), but what I found was a shop that truly does love what they do. You can’t make product this good without skill, knowledge and a real passion.

Visited for the 1st time to buy some cakes to take to a friends, lovely warm welcome from the young lady behind the counter, she told me what the cakes were, ordered 2 black forest slices, 2 chocolate and cherry slices, 2 banana cakes, 4 pan au chocolate, which were huge!, all absolutely amazing, fresh, moist so tasty, the banana cakes were the best! Also bought a sourdough. Very reasonably priced and well worth it, will def be back and have been raving on about M's all weekend.

We have been buying bread, croissants and cakes from M's for two years and have never been disappointed. All prepared and baked on site. You can prebook your bread so you don't miss out should you not get there early enough. This is important especially at the weekend. There are a few seats in the bakery to enjoy your bakes with a coffee or you can take it away and enjoy your goods overlooking the sea 5 mins drive away. The almond chocolate croissants is a decadent treat! We particularly like M's sourdough breads. Well worth a visit.

Amazing. I seldom visit Pokesdown and Boscombe,but so glad i stumbled on this little gem of a Bakery. In 50+ years I would say that was the best ever. I can't wait to sample their other goods. Well done. A true craftsman.

Having driven past M’s numerous times & following a couple of recommendations I decided to make a special trip to purchase.

How excited can one get over a sausage roll?

Popped in for a light lunch on Saturday and was really pleased with the prices and the quality of the pies, sausage roll, and coffee we had. Also bought a sour dough loaf for Sunday breakfast and it was delicious. Great to see these owner operated places taking hold in the local area.

I've been meaning to go to this bakery for ages and finally made it today, on Easter Sunday, after a walk on Hengistbury Head. Couldn't go home without making a quick detour. We pretty much bought one of everything and had to go back to the car for a bag! Just working my way through my selection. So far I have had the best ever vegetarian sausage roll, and half of a chocolate brownie to die for! Will be back but not too frequently as far too tempting and delicious.

Such a treat, the best bread, pastries, cake and treats ever. I'm so glad that I don't live any closer as I would be in their every day! The almond pain au chocolate is spectacular and I hope to work my way through everything.

I love a good breakfast pastry item and this bakery is the best. From croissants to cinnamon rolls to cruffins, every item I have ever bought here has been amazing. Great quality loaves of bread as well. Staff always happy and friendly.

Not the best most amazing coffee BUT the pastry. Wow! We had a croistant and a chocolate swirl bigger than my hand. Delish! We also took a multi seed sourdough and so fresh! Everything is made in the morning, you can taste and feel the freshness. Little hidden pastry gem.

Absolutely love M's Bakery they are lovely people and their food is incredible.

M's Bakery is simply the best. Everything made onsite by the friendly team and is a feast for the eyes as well as the belly! You will probably buy more than you went in for as once you see the huge, buttery and golden croissants and range of breads and pastries you will be drawn into temptation! But go on indulge, it all tastes so good you won't regret it and you deserve a little indulgence once in a while! :-) There is a little seating inside if you want to eat in. The breads are also first rate, and as having won awards at an international level I don't really need to say anymore - (apart from make sure you have some very good quality butter in to do it full justice)! Tucked away in Pokesdown you could easily drive past and not notice little M's Bakery but make a point of parking up and popping in sometime, they even open Sunday mornings - (Just think! Fresh flaky croissants and coffee on a Sunday morning - Mmmmm!) - it will be worth the trip I promise!

Wow! How nice to have such a beautiful bakery on the high street. Everything is beyond delicious and the sourdough is second to none. The croissants are more than just croissants - you have to try the chocolate and almond one! The staff are really friendly and I wish them a continued success!

In addition to the 'best sourdough in the UK' this charming little bakery does a small selection of delicious sandwiches. We're are partial to their Chilli Sausage Rolls too but make sure you get in early as they nearly always sell through by 2pm.

A beacon among shops in Boscombe this friendly little traditional bakery is for locals the place to go for unbeatable croissants - stunning golden crescents of deliciousness - tasty sourdough breads and cakes. A couple of eat-in tables too. Open Tuesday to Sunday. Closed on Monday.

The cakes, breads, pastries etc..are better than the coffee & tea which comes out of a not very good machine. But, you go to a bakery for the baked goods, and these are all amazing! So lucky to have this locally.

Lovely small place for breakfast, snack as well. And the most important the opportunity to buy healthy, freshly baked sourdough bread and some other delicious pastry, quiche, foccacia. Highly recommend visiting M's Bakery in Bournemouth. Thank you for the great experience. We will BACK!

Great place to go for a coffee and a cake, although they only have space for a couple of tables. Delicious and huge croissants and pain au raisin - coffee is a very reasonable price, and you can watch the baker busy producing yet more cakes. The bread is amazing, have only tried the sourdough so far, but lots of variety on offer.

Have been buying bread, pastries, quiche, croissants, pecan pies, cinnamon swirls and whatever treats are freshly baked for quite a while from this hidden treasure of a bakery.

I use this bakery regularly. They make the best croissants you will ever try and have a fantastic selection of bread. The chocolate and almond croissant is a must!

I love independent shops and this place does lovely quiches, sausage rolls and croissants. But i hate the fact that flies are all over the uncovered food. I would recommend going early am when everything is fresh.

Hands down one of the best bakeries nearby. Their sourdough loaves are great, and each day they have a different special flavour available. But the best thing in the shop? Their pain au chocolates! In fact any of their pastries are to die for!

Lovely little place. I used to live locally, not anymore but I still do regular trips there to buy bread, you cannot beat their sourdough! And the pastries are also delicious. Cannot recommend enough.

My daughter and I came across this wonderful little bakery after visiting a couple of the vintage clothes shops in the area. The staff were very friendly and cups of tea and home baked food absolutely delicious. Each cup of tea arrived with two little tiny shortbread- one plain and one chocolate which was a lovely and unexpected touch. I bought six little cheese scones expecting to take five home but we ended up eating them on the spot.My daughter’s macaroon was excellent.We were told that all the food is made on the premises. We will be back - highly,highly recommended.

That is a small place but very lovely. I have visited once and I had sandwich, bread,and hot chocolat. The bread with chesee and chili was very delicious. I loved it! Istvan and Marti are very friendly people. I'll be back as soon as possible

I have visited twice and had sandwich and a pastry with coffee. Tasty and well baked. As an Artisan Baker myself I was happy to find this delightful bakery. The loaves I purchased were all enjoyed by my family.

I am very particular about bread - there is really a lot of difference if you are going for anything beyond the morning toast. Supermarket bread is boring, locally baked ones in some may be good on the day they are baked where they do it, but for proper bread that lasts a few days and has a great taste you really need to look for specialist bakers. I used to drive about 10 miles to get that proper bread - not any more since M's Bakery opened. A different selection of bread every day, what more do you need? I guess the wide selection of pastries can't hurt either. There's coffee too for those who choose to eat in.

I know the lovely couple, Marti and Istvan, who runs it this heavenly place,They are really talented and creative. I can definitely recommend to try all the delicious pastries, cakes, breads and savoury products! Anything you taste you will love!!! :-)

Lovely little bakery with a great range of sweet and savoury treats. So far I’ve tried cinnamon swirls and a maple and pecan tart. Both were delicious and I’m looking forward to trying more!

Attracted by the appearance of the bread, cakes quiche, we had wonderful croissants with tea and coffee. Bought delightful bread and spectacular quiches for later. Very friendly couple operating the bakery. Very highly recommended.

Try this bakery if you’re in the area, you won’t be disappointed. I would highly recommend the cinnamon swirl (my personal favourite), and the cakes! Yummy! Have a coffee with them as well if you’re eating in. So many kind of breads too, baguettes, croissants and to top it off it’s all served with love - kind staff too!

This great independent bakery has the best quality of bread, pastries, and cakes made from scratch ( they make sausage as well!.) I always enjoy their bread itself - no need spreads. Needless to say, the pastries and cakes are absolutely scrumptious. My favourite ones are the almond chocolate croissant and chocolate swirl. Very friendly staff are always welcoming.

A wonderful little bakery, top quality and independent and tucked away at the Pokesdown end of Christchurch Rd. Everything made on site and utterly delicious! Everything I have tried has been delicious and M's has become a firm family favourite. The staff are friendly and welcoming. A real hidden gem, go and seek it out - you won't be disappointed!!!

Absolutely love M's bakery, the staff are soo friendly & I've watched this bakery grow from when it first opened till now & it keeps on getting better producing more & more delicious breads & pastries. I would recommend the chocolate shortbread in the bag & the individual vegetable & cheese tartlets they sell.

It’s heartening to see the steady growth of the Pokedown/Southbourne/Boscombe area as a focus of creativity, and M’s bakery is just one of the many new inspiring businesses in the area. Not even in London can you expect to have a quality artisan bakery like this on your doorstep.
