Lovely place! The person behind the till was very cheerful and had a nice bop to the upbeat music playing. Good brown sugar milk tea. 💕 The cup has orange details to match the store decorations, the cup seal I had was also Easter themed which was a nice touch.

I ordered from deliveroo , when ı check in the website it looks delicious but when ı ordered it online they packing wrong box and all things everythings in side the box mixed, this is so disappointing, is not worthed, it feels like ı put my money in the bin

What an amazing bubble tea place! Of all the places in Bournemouth to get a bubble tea, W2 is the place. It has a cute atmosphere with the most friendliest woman serving you! Shes always smiling and happy to see people enter the shop. The brown sugar, oreo milk tea is a must and I'd definitely recommend picking pudding with it. I also got myself a Japanese treat box and they're so good! If you're in the area, don't miss visiting. I can't wait to return

I adore W2. I highly recommend their coconut milk tea with tapioca balls and their honey peach fruit tea with aloe. So tasty and refreshing. Im working my way through the menu! Fairly priced and good quality. Not only that but their customer service skills are top notch. Also the spring rolls are crispy perfection! Give them a try.

I’ve never had such an amazing experience! The menu is broad so if your friends don’t particularly like bubble tea they can simply have waffles, ice cream, a selection of tapas and more! The lady that served me was a joy and service was extremely quick. As someone who drinks perhaps too much bubble tea, I can quite easily say this is one of my favourite’s and will definitely visit again whenever i’m back in bournemouth!:)

I loved it here! Ordering was easy and I had my drink in less than 2 minutes. The woman working there looked happy to see me which really makes me want to order from them again. I've ordered both classic milk and match a green tea with tapioca pearl and I loved them both. Looking forward to going in there again.

Excellent desserts and bubble tea. The Bubble Tea was sealed and delivered securely and the taste was great. So we can highly recommend W2 for a great service with tasty desserts and bubble tea.

Very cute bubble tea cafe! They also sell hot food, bubble tea related merchandise and they’re open late. Best watermelon fruit tea that I’ve tried and I love the decor. Definitely recommend if you’re in Bournemouth! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I love the bubble tea and food here. Its as authentic as it gets coming from HK myself. I usually buy a few drinks at a go because I NEED my fix everyday! Don’t bother going anywhere else, people! My favourite is thai milk tea with double pearls and pudding. It makes my eyes dance just thinking of it. So I am off for a fix again after work! And the dimsum… siew mai and dumplings with chilli… OMG to die for. Nostalgic now especially when we can’t go back home to visit our family yet

I order from here regularly, my favourite bubble tea and the desserts and snacks are great too. Never had any issues with any orders!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I did find it odd though that she mentioned to other customers that bubble tea was a Japanese invention… maybe I misheard. The waffles were very fresh and tasty with a crisp texture outside and soft inside, delicious! Fruit was also very fresh, overall just a bit messy to eat, but I guess that’s the nature of it. The bubble tea is what drags the rating down though, pretty bad to be honest. Barely any boba, which were fairly tasteless too, and the rose milk tea gave me heartburn 5 minutes later. Sitting on a sofa that looked like it had had numerous milk teas spilt over it over the course of many years wasn’t too inviting either. Given that there are excellent alternatives for bubble tea within easy reach (literally next door) I would not go back, unless it was for a novelty bubble waffle, but then also only for takeaway. In summary, 3 stars because of the excellent waffle and great service.

I was on holiday and craving coconut bubble tea and so ordered it for delivery through Deliveroo, it was great, especially because it was at 9PM. The bubble tea was delicious

Went here with my freinds at the week end and had a lovely time, the shop was kinda busy but the employees handled it well and finished our order quickly. The bubble tea here compelled me to get some ordered to my house for my aunt to try. It was amazing and there was two x's on my boba so thank you for being amazing!

The tea here is mediocre and is watery, I'd recommend to go to yobu instead much better at making tea.

She is always there with a smile and she always remembers us. We travel from quite a distance to get our bubble tea fix and we would highly recommend w2 Bournemouth

One of my favourite bubble tea stores, the staff is super friendly and the price is also budget-friendly, you can pick the sweetness according to your taste, and there are a lot of options, 100% recommend if you're on budget and you want good bubble tea. There are also snacks you can buy that are Asian style too. Give it a go.

The WORSE bubble tea/coffee I had in my entire life. Pure SYRUP taste and extremely SWEET. Staff was friendly, plenty of choices, cozy looking place and cute packaging. However, the main reason I go to a bubble tea place is to get the product. We can hate the service, but if the product is good we will come back, but not all the way round. Extremely sweet drinks, I did ask to have 0-20% sugar and was told it cannot be done. Which is super weird as in any other bubble tea place you can ask for this and it is possible. Bubble tea and coffee (I got two drinks) tasted like a pure syrup. We made a few sips and just threw it in the bin. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Unless you have a sweet tooth, but even then it was the sweetest thing I have tried in my entire life.

Literally THE BEST bubble tea in Bournemouth. The vibe is so good In the shop, and the tea is really well priced; it’s cheaper than every other place I’ve been to. Their steamed buns and bubble waffles are amazing too. They literally don’t have a bad item on their menu

TLDR of review: Amazing store, great bubble tea and also really good milkshakes! really accommodating and kind about my food intolerances, and my favorite place to order bubble tea from on deliveroo! Long review: I unfortunately have a food intolerance to jasmine tea, which causes nausea/headaches/stomach issues and much more. This was sad to handle as I really loved bubble tea. W2 has always been really kind with switching the tea in my fruit teas, making it possible for me to continue to drink bubble tea, and they taste almost the same! They also make really good milkshakes that my partner orders everytime that we really recommend!

Wonderful place for quick energy pick up. I am hooked on the gorgeous bubble tea, brace yourself there is so much variations you are going to be spoilt for choice. Love the dim sums and hot, freshly made snacks and my favourite eggy pancakes. My husband is a convert too and we visit a few times a week. Lovely host and price is very reasonable, cosy seating area too. MUST visit. GO hungry and have a feast!

I really like bubble tea, I've tried all of the ones in the local area and W2 seems to have the best tasting bubble tea in my opinion. They also sell the locally made Giggis ice cream, which is definitely worth trying as it's some of the best in the world! Whenever I go to Bournemouth, I always go here at the end of the day to get a roasted oolong bubble tea to drink on the bus ride home. If you're reading this review and considering going here, I definitely suggest that you do.

First time I've had Bubble tea and it was a joy, had dumplings (veggie) too would have taken a photo of them but they were too delicious to stop and take one sorry! Heres one of the tea Thanks will be coming again soon for my next flavour experience ☺☺

My girlfriend and I have only visited a couple of times however we always get such a warm welcome. The shop is very sweet with plenty of great photo opportunities for your social media. The drinks themselves are fantastic! There is an extensive menu and you can customise your toppings. We are now on a mission to try each flavour combination. A personal favorite of mine is the brown sugar milk tea with oreo (pictured right) the one on the left is taro milk tea with coconut jelly.

Small cafe just over the corner from the bust shopping street. We were lucky to spontaneously decided to pop in. Great choice of bubble waffles, and you can choose from variety of sweet toppings including fresh berries, whipped cream, ice cream, caramel source, but also savory options. Waffles are delicious, low fat, made just for you. Highly recommend

These bubble waffles are utterly delicious. Your choice of toppings and fillings from fresh fruit and ice cream to savoury options like chicken nuggets! They can make the waffle vegan as well. Tons of options for bubble teas, and I plan to go back for the steamed buns because this is something we love to eat, but keep getting distracted by waffles! Lovely little shop. Small step to get into it, but this isn't too bad for a mobility vehicle or wheelchair to navigate. Lovely little place inside and more seating outside, great service, and the waffle you get really does look as good as the photos, perhaps better! If this shop was closer to home it'd be very dangerous for my wallet and waistline, I really recommend giving it a try! My personal recommendation is the Berry Queen waffle cone, or one of the ones with the M&Ms inside the waffle bubbles.

Amazing little place that offers the most delicious sweet and savory bubble waffles with plenty of toppings to choose form. They have ice cream and BUBBLE TEA that is so heavenly one serving will definitely not be enough. The owner of the shop is so kind and friendly and the prices are excellently affordable..

Me and sister have wanted to have bubble waffles for years! These were worth the wait. Really light and not at all sickly. There were all sorts including some covered in sweeties!

This is a unique restaurant in town which offers fluffy aerial bubble waffles filled with sweets, chocolate, fruits and so on. Really loved their chocolate strawberry combination.

Really yummy waffles would highly recommend the lady there is really nice too, really clean unfortunately they don’t have a toilet. They also have savoury menu, vegetarian and meat dishes .
