I called into her with my son as we were travelling through the town. We were really disappointed with the food which was served up to us. I had the sour bread with cheese and ham at a cost of £4.00, my son had a chicken burger and chips at £6.00. Not top prices paid but I was really disappointed to get basically cheese on toast!! The bread was only toasted on one side and if there was any ham in it, I struggled to find it. The burger was acceptable but the chips looked like they had been fried a few times and were like bullets. The ladies serving and cleaning were really polite, friendly and pleasant to converse with, this is the only reason I gave one star. I hope these comments get taken on board and I look forward to any reply the management may wish to post on my comments. Tesco’s reputation has definitely been affected by the standard of the food served and looking at the comments prior to mine, it appears we were not the only ones being served poor quality food.

Well what can I say tables were dirty and chairs, had to wipe my own table with baby wipes and there was no staff around. I ordered a pannis and literally that’s all I got, I wished I had of take a picture lol. It was very poor now I would expect a dressed side salad on the side and few crisps just something on the plate to accompany it. There’s just no care or customer service there at all.

I bought a cup of tea and two slices of toast. The tea was okay, the toast arrived about five minutes after purchase. The supplied butter was rock hard, so I placed it on the toast to melt it some, but the toast was only just warm and could not melt the butter enough to spread it. I think I will give it a miss next time.

Very friendly staff, food fine, as you would expect from a cafe. We were late for an “all day breakfast “ they had run out of mushrooms....this is Tesco why can’t they go get some from the shelf.

A quick stop before shopping. I like eggs, I love poached eggs, so I chose poached eggs on brown bread. Stunned was I when they arrived at the table. Two formed 'poached' eggs that had come out of a mould and then got very lost on two pieces of brown toast. I supposed got what I ordered, and yes it was cheap, but little more effort to make the food look appetising isn't too much to ask, it it?

I can't see how this could have been so bad, this is a massive company that should know the right things to do, it could have been so much better without any extra cost to either side. First off, all the "Girls" from in the kitchen and behind the counter were stood with their hands in their pockets or leant up against something chatting, there was only one person that seemed to give a damn about customer service or anything else, I saw a woman touch and move an open bin, then pick up a food container and take it in the kitchen to be used, another coughed into her hand and shortly afterwards served a customer, in the seating area an elderly person asked about the menu, and was sharply told the menu is over there, it was out of sight and the poor woman had to get up and go look while her husband was in the toilet, how ignorant is that, it's disgusting, even more disgusting than the food and that's saying something. Speaking of which.... I asked for a normal breakfast, and was asked which one I wanted, so I repeated a normal one, and was then asked whether I wanted toast or fried bread, actually I would have liked bread and butter but that wasn't an option, I didn't request it because I'm reviewing this "as it comes" so to speak, in it's natural process. So... The hash browns were over microwaved tasteless hot mush enough to take the skin off my mouth, if you think these may have been straight out of the oven hot you'd be having a laugh, they were clearly out of the microwave, as was the sausage and beans, however to say these had any heat in them would have been a lie, they were probably just above room temperature. I didn't want fried bread so had to go with the toast option, with one tiny packet of butter that didn't even cover half a slice, well, i say toast, it somehow was soggy and wouldn't take any of the butter, the bacon was warmed enough so you could loosely say it was cooked, but again this was served at slightly above room temperature, and you can see it was hardly cooked at all and only just had a colour change from it's raw state, the tomato was ok, and the egg was also ok. This wasn't a cheap £3 breakfast, with a cuppa it was over £6, I think you would be hard pressed to get a worse breakfast then this anywhere in Ipswich, or even the surrounding area, a joke and an insult to it's customers is what I should be calling it, the basic hygiene here doesn't exist, the way they treat their customers is disrespectful, (I'm referring to the old lady incident) NOWHERE ELSE would that have happened, just that alone is a disgrace, but also tells you all you need to know about the food there as well, if you like playing food roulette and don't mind being ill, it's 50\50, pay your money and take your chance, you've been warned, the smart amongst us will steer well clear of any Tesco cafe if this is anything to go by...

Clearly anybody who has recommended this place are either devoid of their taste buds or have only eaten from a pigs trough prior to eating here. The French supermarkets are in a completely different league serving decent food & wine. Same old crap...

Possibly one of the worst and saltiest breakfasts I’ve ever eaten. Sausages were reheated, eggs burnt, bacon white & underdone, hash browns limp & underdone. I didn’t even get the fried slice I was promised! Coffee was cheap and almost as thick as gravy!

Ordered my meals through the McDonald's app at 16.50. Should have known there would be an issue when I then received a message to say my delivery would be delayed due to another order. Food finally arrived at 18.05 and was stone cold and they had put cheese in the burgers which I had asked to be removed. Contacted McDonald's and was given an Uber number to ring. Have spent all evening and this morning trying to get through to be finally told that they will not refund my money as they feel that waiting for over an hour is fine and that it doesn't matter whether the food was edible, and that I had actually received my food. Therefore they will not refund my money. Contacted McDonald's to be told that there is nothing they can do I have to go through Uber. Nobody wants to take responsibility. I will never use this again. No good going to McDonald's either as can't park due to Uber drivers taking up all parking spaces. Furious

Surprisingly busy for a Saturday, pleased I booked a table in advance. Good variety on the menu, drinks served quickly by a very friendly waitress. Bit of a wait for the food, but the restaurant was busy, well worth the wait, piping hot food and great value for money. Would definitely recommend

Did not know it was now a pizza place. Ordered usual Indian and got 5 calls from a London number which was random. Then 2hours later called them as still on delivery and they claiming they knocked but no one answered...or their phone calls from a London number?? They took my money and refuse to refund or deliver. Don't even think of ordering from this place seriously.
