There are a couple of girls that work here who are really BRILLIANT! Karen and Paulina were super patient explaining how it all works for me (over and over as I kept changing my mind)! 😉 As a vegetarian, I sometimes find fast food/convenience options can be bland, but the Pumpkin Katsu curry, or the Katsu curry on any of the vege options is really tasty. The sense of humour and helpfulness of the staff here make a huge difference in wanting to come back. Lovely atmosphere, will definitely be dining here again.

Ordered online through uber eats and was completely disappointed with the entire order. K-POP barbecue has barely any taste of barbecue The egg fried rice was completely tasteless with barely any egg The salt and pepper chicken was incredibly chewy and tasted disgusting The only decent thing i had was the sweet and sour chicken which was still the worst sweet and sour chicken i have ever had. I ordered the salt and pepper chicken box with rice and the chicken came completely separate from the rice??? Not worth the money i paid

First time trying Chopstix, first time coming to Middlebrook...I got the X-Large box, comes with 4 toppings of your choice I got Firecracker Chicken 🔥😋 Sweet & Sour Chicken 🤤 K-Pop BBQ Chicken 👍🏼 Salt & Pepper chicken 👌🏼 You start off choosing a base (choice of Vegetable noodles, Egg Fried Rice or Plant Based) I got Egg Fried Rice, then you pick your toppings. The food is of a nice quality, worth the price, I couldn't move afterwards 😅 I made it a meal deal, you get a drink and a side. £11.79 for everything. Well worth it! 👌🏼

Visited on Thurs 22nd Feb the staff were very friendly, service was extremely quick and the food was very good value for money as you could get 3 sizes of boxes with base and a varying number of topping depending on the size you chose also a meal deal which include a drink and a side I would definitely visit again.

very average experience with the food being bellow average. I have always enjoyed Chopstix at the more busier locations but here the food tasted like it had been out a while which drained from the flavour and with in being almost £20 for 2 people I would much rather go to Five Guys which is located next door...

Wasn't very much food for the price. Also the taste wasn't great better going to a Chinese where its cooked fresh and not left under heat lamps.

First visit to choptixs didn't really know what I was doing was served by a lady called Karen she recommended food to my taste and let me try some options she was very helpful and friendly she took her time explaining my options thanks Karen. Every shop should have a Karen

Saturday 6pm, no rice, 15-20 min wait, noddles look like they have been there all afternoon. Dishes empty.

Food was horrible. Sweet and sour chicken isn’t sweet and sour. The chicken balls taste so processed it’s unbelievable. Definitely won’t be coming back here. Shocking!

Very unorganised service, although chloe saved the day, she went above and beyond , food was delicious as always, Trafford centre chopstix are a lot more organised, maybe middlebrook should take some tips from then

Karen is amazing, I was unsure of what to do or eat and she took charge , gave me tasty , told me to take time and look at what I want. She recommended certain ones that suited to my taste. She was so nice every shop should have her. Food was hot and delicious

Over all it was great there was just one problem with the carmel drizzle i was eating it and nearly broke my tooth because there was a bone in it but over all it was great.

Ladies! Fellas! When I say this is the greatest food establishment in the country, I mean it. They do everything perfect. Big Man Dan in the kitchen absolutely knew the assignment and the food was top tier.

Walked in here Wednesday 15th November 2024 at 17:20 and the lone member of staff was having a FaceTime conversation on her mobile phone with a friend. Approaching the service area she made to attempt to end the call despite the fact we were ready to order. So I walked out the restaurant and went to Wagamamas instead. Disappointed as the food looked good here and reasonably priced however I refuse to eat in a place where the staff are so rude and provide terrible customer service like this.

Been looking forward to trying this for weeks, very disappointed. Hardly any food we asked for was available, waited approx 15 mins while having to ask were they actually going to make any of the dishes that had run out. Wasn’t even busy and 3 members of staff in. They were going to give me dried up noodles so asked for fresh so waited again while they had already boxed my husband up but wouldn’t let him start eating it as were told they’d take payment when all food was ready. Finally they put it in a warm box to keep it warm ( which it really wasn’t once we finally had all we’d asked for ) won’t be rushing back.

Had high hopes for the food. Went in thinking this could try to replicate real Asian street food. Falls really short of the mark, the egg fried rice being the base for my entire meal had that awful microwaved rice taste, I had a few mouthfuls and could not endure the rest, even smothered in sweet and sour sauce that plastic rice flavour still dominated, the three toppings I had also missed the mark not being able to pack that punch of flavour that I was craving. Very affordably priced, cool interior and very accommodating staff, this didn’t make up for the bland, microwave meal tasting food.

Paulina served us this evening she was helpful and polite.
