YO! Bolton Middlebrook in Bolton

I went in to collect my small birthday box yesterday and the food was delicious. The staff were very helpful and kind. Thank you!

Karen was great who served us and really went out her way to make our visit pleasant

First time customer and very disappointed. The delivery driver set off and took 25 minutes to deliver despite being 7 minutes driving distance, he spent 15 minute of his journey sat on new Chorley road (Tracking app) Chicken balls arrived clock cold. Egg fried rice arrived with a slight warmth but also pretty much cold. Chicken in BBQ sauce arrived clock cold. They didn’t deliver our sauces with the two chicken balls. They also delivered only 1 standalone sauce out of two we ordered. Absolutely terrible food and service.

I was served today by Karen, i got my birthday nox and she was really patient withe whilst i made my selection. Lovely lady& great customer service!

Food was cold (all of it), my order wasn't 100% correct and portions are not huge. With the 40% I received it was worth it though, quality was good, would order again if same offer.

Fast, clean, plenty of seats. Has toilets as well.

Although the food was on time its was not very warm and I have never seen such small amounts of “topping” or sauce serving there was only about a tablespoon of each

Food is really nicely packaged and it's nice to be able to build your own meal choosing the various toppings etc. However, it's a little bit overpriced in my opinion, and the bases (rice, noodles) are quite bland.

Been here a few times and have always opted for small portion boxes as it's usually quite filling, after a spend of £28 for 4 small boxes and a small Pepsi it would appear shrinkflation has hit, left still hungry , far too expensive for what amounted to 5 or 6 forkfuls of food, tasted ok though.

I recently dined at Chopstick, and I must say, the experience was outstanding! The service provided by Jonny and Jamie was top-notch. They were attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout my meal. It's rare to find such dedicated staff who genuinely care about their customers. The venue itself was spotless, reflecting a high standard of cleanliness that added to the overall pleasant atmosphere. It was also nice to see that the other customers seemed equally happy, which speaks volumes about the consistency of the service and quality at Chopstick. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great dining experience in Middlebrook. Kudos to Jonny, Jamie, and the entire team!

Wow little hidden gem at Middlebrook Bolton. My daughter loves this place we are here weekly for her bbq chicken noodle treat. Her new fave place … the food is hot every time, meat dishes are delicious they have a loyalty card so points built up quickly/ great value for money. Karen is also really lovely she is friendly and service is prompt x

First visit to Middlebrook's ChopStix, cannot fault it. Generous portions, great choice of toppings. I had Thai curry and it was absolutely delicious, with a bit of a kick. Definitely coming again

my first time ordering from here I will definitely be ordering from here again its so tasty and filling and the noodles aren't to thick lots of vegetables in the noodles and the chicken was lovely.

I only received prawn crackers, soy sauce and a drink. No chicken box, no noodles and no extra side, what a waste

Stopped here for a bite to eat at Lunch. I was served by Jonny. He was really chatty and happy to take my order. I loved the spring rolls, they're great. I will definitely be back!

Goof food, very friendly and helpful staff

Ate at the Middlebrook one with my family. Unfortunately, our noodles were very soggy as was the veg, the peppers were just mush. The chicken was poor quality, the texture was awful. No chilli prawns or apple pie bites, which is fine, it was a busy weekend. However, the server must of been having bad day as she was very blunt in her responses when questions were asked. The food went in the bin.

The atmosphere is wonderful with great seating & a clean environment. I had Cameron serve me & I can say I was definitely pleased with the customer service he provided. He provided an excellent service with a smile and ensured he gave customers the best experience.

Went down for some dinner and got the best food and would definitely recommend to everyone. They have amazing staff and great costumer service. The atmosphere is very welcoming to new costumer and regulars. I would definitely go again Thank you Lewis for a wonderful service.

I visited this evening for the first time, as my partner recommended it and wanted the chilli prawns. He was gutted there weren't any left, but ordered something else and enjoyed it. As we were eating a member of staff (I think his name was Cameron) sent his colleague over with some chilli prawns for my partner. Really good service, good price and the noodles where delicious 😋 Thank you Cameron, and the rest of the staff :)

Chopstix Middlebrook is a very nice place to Eat. Me and my son love it there. Good prices and atmosphere as well. I really wanted to express my disappointment/ dissatisfaction with my recent visit tonight to chopstix in Bolton. I have come alot to this restaurant and tonight has really put me off coming back again 😔. 1. The staff members kept walking past me and I waited 8mins until someone finally served me. To then be told I need to wait 10mins before any rice will be available. 2. The cauliflower bites had zero taste and they was tiny and really hard with no cauliflower in it. ( Please see photos) I had 2 portions of these. 3. My husband also got the side of potato's which were also like bricks and very hard. Also had no taste. The service and the food was VERY POOR!! For the price of £23. I would like us to reach a resolution about my many issues.

Please make vegan options clearer on the ordering sites.
