Two hours to delivery and a meal missing

Never again !!! Ordered one medium box with added drink and side. Box mainly rice . Ordered a topper box for a small appetite. 4 pieces of chicken. Only one third full of a very small pot. The advertised picture shows a pot full to the top. False advertising. Chicken also felt like reconstituted meat.

Food was good and staff very helpful and friendly.

Amazing rice,noddles and I loved the salt and pepper chicken it was spectacular and it is so clean and have wonderful people who are at the counter.

Josh is a legend, amazing customer service, served with a smile, amazing food and price will absolutely be coming again!

Went today with my other half and got served by Josh. What an absolute delight he is,laughing&joking with us and just being a lovely lad. The food portions are brilliant for the price and I’ve never been disappointed with the quality yet. Thanks Josh 🙏

Went for a quick lunch and was one of the first after the doors opened. No staff behind the counter but I could hear them laughing in the kitchen. Obviously too busy to serve customers. Ordered and then sat down to eat. The place was filthy. Food on the tables and benches, even more on the floor. I’d understand had it been late evening and a busy day. The place had just opened so it was from the previous day. Not a good experience.

Exceptional service from Josh and Kafi today. We were served promptly and everything was made fresh and hot and it was absolutely gorgeous. These two are an absolute credit to the team. We will 100% be returning!

We come here every Sunday as a treat and it never disappoints, friendly staff, big portions and fresh hot food. The app is handy to save a few pound and using a blue light card saves 20% 👍👍 would recommend to anyone

Waited just under 2hours to receive our food. Estimated delivery time kept going up. Portion size of the toppings are so small, not worth the price at all, we got more egg fried rice than anything else.

Great Service with delicious food 🥘

First time at this chopstix location. After watching a film at the Vue we popped in to the restaurant for our dinner. It's very clean and everything was hot and tasty. We had to wait a little bit for more caramel chicken but goodness it's worth the wait. Thank you Josh for looking after us and bringing the chicken to us. We'll be back

The food is alright, dry but has taste. Extremely slow service for a place that serves pre-cooked food. Told to wait 15 minutes to be served as they prioritise delivery orders.

We came to Middlebrook to do some sale shopping on the 27th December. We walked past Chopstix and could see things being set up. It looked nice and within our price point so we noted the opening time and returned when it "opened"......only it wasn't. I, again, checked the opening time (10:30am), checked my watch (10:40am) and then checked the inside door (located inside). It was locked with "wet floor" cones blocking it. I then went to try the outside door. Again, it was locked. The staff inside could see me trying to gain access but just laughed among themselves and offered no explanation. End of. If you cannot be bothered to open, I cannot be bothered purchasing. Simples.

Nice and quick noodles or rice. Reasonable prices too. Really enjoyed it. I had rice with firecracker chicken and salt and pepper chicken. Only complaint was I didn't get a single bit of fried peppers or onion with the salt and pepper chicken and the portion was a little measly compared to how much rice you get. Aside from that it was pretty tasty and quick and clean. Will definitely go again.

Atmosphere wise it's clean and lovely decor. Music not too loud and really nicely decorated. Great business. Will be returning and recommending :)

Absolutely amazing noodles! Been here many times and food has always been outstanding. I absolutely love the caramel drizzle chicken and is definitely a must-have any time I go. Would highly recommend trying the salt & pepper wedges too as they are really good. Service is amazing, prices aren't expensive compared to other restaurants, food is always SO GOOD. Chopstix Never Disappoints!!

They are a noodle bar and they didn’t put the noodles in, eggs fried rice and the string rolls what a joke call them and said there nothing they can do about it they wouldn’t even send someone out with the missing items

My grandad went in on his own, and met a lovely employee called Johnny. We went again together and he recognised my grandad and remembered their last conversation, asked how my grandad was. Didn’t make us feel rushed, was so lovely. That’s exactly what we are missing in todays society so thank you Johnny. It’s so nice to know that my grandad who’s been through a lot this year is met with people like you who take the time to listen.

AVOID MONDAY NIGHTS - look, this is a decent little takeaway but there’s a really big problem - if you go on a Monday evening, the guy and lady who work that shift give meagre portions compared to their colleagues on other nights. I love Chopstix but for some reason, on Monday’s, you never get a full box of food which doesn’t seem very fair. They need to be consistent with their portions otherwise guests will start eating elsewhere.

Chopstix has really gone downhill, they don't even serve real beef anymore some substitute instead, so pretty much all chicken.egg fried looked disgusting.
