Great wopper, as usual, fresh food and great service love the refillable drinks.

The whopper had was perfectly juicy, with a tender, charred patty that melted in my mouth. Topped with melted sharp cheddar, crispy bacon, and fresh lettuce, all sandwiched between a toasted bun. The flavors melded together flawlessly, leaving me craving another bite with every chew. I shed tears eating it

Probably the best food from any Burger King store I’ve ever had. Friendly staff and the food was fast and freshly made. Very impressed and will definitely return soon!

I would have not given a 1* if had the option. The young lady with a attitude who is there recently is arrogant, the way she talks to the staff. The other young blonde manager is brilliant dont know her name but she is bob on but she was not in as i would have spoken to her about this new one coming in and giving attitude towards staff.I have not seen the old managers for a very long time now as they were brilliant. Shame on the bunch who have come in as the old managers used to say you will see umpa lumpa’s here soon and they was right

I went there 20 minutes before closing time, was already closed. Ok, i understand it’s Sunday peoples are tired, but they are also hungry and fancy Burger King. Absolutely disappointing. Thanks a lot.

Staff didn't have a clue, got a hot chocolate and a coffee with our meal, both tasted bad, when we complained the girl behind the counter said it wasn't her fault that the machine was broken but was still serving hot drinks.

Manager is ok and a young lady there very helpful some others staff not helpful at all not knowing what their selling at all because that I don't ever comeback to that place

Got given drinks that taste of soda water, the chips where stale cold and tasted disgusting of like chemicals the rudeness on the girl that served me 10 mins ago was redicylous

Today Thursday I went at 9 pm and they closed the door with key in front of my face. The two girls inside even said nothing. On the app and maps states that they closed at 10 pm. Disgusting ans really rude attitude. That two young girls obviously didn’t care about nothing. Should be a supervision for that kind of people.

Poor, I made the mistake of ordering from here after the first time. Needless to say I'm the fool. Delivered without the burger just fries and sides.

I made the mistake of ordering delivery from here several times, and each time it's been a disaster. I'm not sure how an order can get sent out without the actual burger, but, somehow they've managed to do this twice. It turns out waiting a year between orders does not, in fact, allow them time to improve. Won't be going to Burger King again.

Been the burgerking Bolton numerous times, can always guarantee to get the best service when Stacy is working very helpful and polite, always seems like she’s doing everything always rushed off her feet but still manages to deliver the best customer service.

Food arrived absolutely freezing and later than originally stated.

Food freezing and poor quality and waited over an hour and half to be delivered from order time .

Food barely warm, cola warm and top it all, didn't receive full order as only 6 nuggets instead of 9. Terrible, won't be ordering from here again.

Ordered the Bacon Double XL and it was smaller than a double cheeseburger on the McDonald’s saver range for £1.99. Never again!

my Frozen Fanta Strawberry & Raspberry i paid extra for didnt come, my meals were cold, and they didnt answer the phone when i tried to ring them.

We only got 1/2 a box of chips each and they were not cooked properly but got a refund off just eat the rest of the order was cold very disappointed

I ordered via justeat, I paid extra to get a fanta freeze with my meal and they completely missed it off. also the burger was luke warm at best. kids meals were both cold. tried to ring the restaurant and they didnt answer. Judging by the other reviews these issues have been happening for along time!

the driver rang and was at the wrong address to start with. the food was more than just cold, I think perhaps, you just forgot to cook it! diabolical, couldn't get an answer from phoning and only offered just over £6 back on a £24 order! it wasn't a quarter cold, it was 100% cold. having to warm the food defeats the object of ordering food. would not recommend at all.

Food was on time . One of the burgers were missing and the drinks had been packed in same bag as food so warm drinks, cold food.

Didn’t receive my order and waited over 2 hours for it to change delivery time 8 times, then for it to say delivered at 9:40pm! It’s currently 9:08 pm?????

They don't bother filling the drinks machine with anything except basic coke. Fries were cold. £12 for a meal. Absolutely dreadful in every conceivable way. The burger was okay-ish but the cheese wasn't even melted.

The fries were half empty and we paid 7 pound, the actual bag was not closed everything’s cold and the fries were cold.

Was ok, but as others have said, why put drinks in with the food, pit cools. Your Burgers or heats your drink up.

Have ordered from here previously and always been ok however this order took a very long time to be delivered and when the order arrived the food was stone cold and missing one of two burgers. Tried to call the restaurant multiple times with no answer. Couldn’t request a refund on the missing item as the process would only allow you to select the meal deal as a whole. Really disappointed unfortunately.

Food was good, but we made the mistake of ordering when peak office leaving time so the courier was sat in traffic which resulted in tepid food, a few mins in the Microwave and all was good, can't blame the courier for traffic issues

Tried using the app to use points for a meal, plus order another. Wasn't working. So had to go inside to get help, useless and tried through the restaurant the Manager said it didn't work but still took 600 points. He said they will go back on app in 5 minutes. Then he told us it would be 15 minutes. Guess what next day still not on. Bloody useless. Never going again.

This restaurant are a disgrace.there are always food items missing and when you try call they dont answer or they hang up and leave the line busy.I am a carer and when ordering food for the person i care for to have missing food and drinks is not good enough.Burger King should be ashamed how their staff and management are in this restaurant.

traffic was busy the driver to the other side of bolton before making his way to us i have screen sots food was cold and completeky ruined. the driver was polite but just said roads where busy as an explanation to driving in the complete opposite direction from us then got stuck in traffic miles away.

unfortunately the food was cold tried to microwave the chips to make them warmer but unable to warm up the chicken royals so disappointing the last few deliveries.

my original delivery time was 15:10, it was then updated to 15:20. my food arrived at around 15:40 lukewarm. on the delivery bag it states that order was picked up at 14:59.

Ordered full meals when arrived there was no drinks and the man that delivered them was rude when asked where the drinks were we was told if there not in the bag complain we will not be ordering from here again

Terrible experience, left a note saying “No mayo on vegan Royale meal due to allergies” and they still put mayo on, I also ordered a bacon double duo and none of the drinks requested were in the bag
