If your closed put your closed, drove 4 miles here and just spoke to workmen on site closed today , bad management skills

Cheesy bacon loaded fries had literally 6 fries in there and no bacon. All the food was cold

Incorrect order yet again. Guess someone can’t read the orders correctly.

Food was good, but we made the mistake of ordering when peak office leaving time so the courier was sat in traffic which resulted in tepid food, a few mins in the Microwave and all was good, can't blame the courier for traffic issues

Tried using the app to use points for a meal, plus order another. Wasn't working. So had to go inside to get help, useless and tried through the restaurant the Manager said it didn't work but still took 600 points. He said they will go back on app in 5 minutes. Then he told us it would be 15 minutes. Guess what next day still not on. Bloody useless. Never going again.

Went on Wednesday evening the staff was friendly and the manager was lovely she helped with our order at the kiosk

2nd time I have had missing items from my order they need to be more careful when processing orders or get them checked before dispatching to the driver. I know just eat will refund but that’s not a good service from them.

got my food on time, but was missing my burger for my whopper meal, and the fries I got where made freezing by being stuffed between to cold drinks, very disappointed, I'm used to the food from here being cold but how do you miss the thing your restaurant is named after?

Haven’t ordered for a long time,as order was always cold and items missing and just eat wouldn’t refund,decided to give it another go food arrived hot and exactly what we ordered!

This restaurant are a disgrace.there are always food items missing and when you try call they dont answer or they hang up and leave the line busy.I am a carer and when ordering food for the person i care for to have missing food and drinks is not good enough.Burger King should be ashamed how their staff and management are in this restaurant.

traffic was busy the driver to the other side of bolton before making his way to us i have screen sots food was cold and completeky ruined. the driver was polite but just said roads where busy as an explanation to driving in the complete opposite direction from us then got stuck in traffic miles away.

unfortunately the food was cold tried to microwave the chips to make them warmer but unable to warm up the chicken royals so disappointing the last few deliveries.

my original delivery time was 15:10, it was then updated to 15:20. my food arrived at around 15:40 lukewarm. on the delivery bag it states that order was picked up at 14:59.

Cold and no proper drink and chips had never seen any cheese

Ordered full meals when arrived there was no drinks and the man that delivered them was rude when asked where the drinks were we was told if there not in the bag complain we will not be ordering from here again

Terrible experience, left a note saying “No mayo on vegan Royale meal due to allergies” and they still put mayo on, I also ordered a bacon double duo and none of the drinks requested were in the bag

burger had cheese when I selected no cheese and I ordered a large size ice cream and received a small. also the apple slices were missing.

Literally just ordered from here on deliveroo. A whopper meal and 6 nuggets. No fries no drink. This is why fast food workers get the reputation of not being the brightest. Half the meal forgotten its not rocket science is it.

Used Deliveroo to order food. One burger didn't arrive, the rest completely ruined as someone decided putting the ice cream on top of the hot food was a good idea.....result running icecream and cold, wet food. Tried to call to give them the opportunity to resolve but the girl on the phone was not in the least bit interested. Shockingly bad.

really bad they sent me out the rugby against and slimy in the burgers at the dits and the cheese was like Robert it smelled like it's been pre-cut that's been there for days just the don't want to help so if I just leave the review and so everyone can see 28 ,

Normally no order issues ordering from here however tonight was really dissatisfied the food was absolutely dry ,no toppings,no nothing!!and the Mc crispy burger absolutely burnt not edible not acceptable especially with what I payed for the food ordered

On the 4.5.24 , we ordered '2' chicken royal meals with drinks from Bolton burger king , they turned up just warm enough to eat, but approximately 1- 1/2 hours after the meals were eaten the trouble started with really bad stomach cramps followed by a night of diarrhea , after a restless night I recovered the next day but my wife couldn't stop vomiting till the afternoon.i know for a fact that this was the cause of this illness as we both hadn't eaten anything else that day due to work commitments. This branch of Burger king needs closing down and a food inspection carried out before they kill someone. Anybody who reads this I advise you to eat elsewhere , thankyou .

Cold bottles of pop onto of the food.. food cold stone.. Delivery driver spent 15 mins riding round with the food lost.

Only half of portion of chips. Burger was cold. Put a bottle of coke in same bag as warm food, you guessed it I had warm coke! And there was no tomato sauce sachets like you would get if you went yourself through the drive through.

Waited 30 minutes for 2 burgers, Burger King is literally the worst fast food chain I’ve ever experienced.

I live facing this so used to go regularly however they stopped doing the £1.99 whopper offer so I stopped going. I went last week after a while & decided to eat in but was highly disappointed as the burger was still pink inside, and I already had a hassle ordering so couldn’t be bothered to go back and complain. Disappointing for the price you spend in there. Additionally when this BK was first refurbished, the standards were so high but the dining area and food this time was in the nicest way… grim and underwhelming! There are bits of food all over the place such as the seats and above the seats on the back plus the trims, looks like it’s been swept and swept only for the past 6 months, horrid. If any management reads this, I would highly advise that you put some better procedures in place with your cleaning rota because if the dining area looks like that, I seriously question how the kitchen hygiene is too. Probably wouldn’t return after the last visit and definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Delivery was cold when it got here because the drive went to wrong location. I ended up having to txt the postcode to him and when he arrived he proceeded to tell me the address we put was wrong which wasn’t and was the exact same postcode that was txt. I have put quality as 3 due to it being cold. Other than that all good.

Ordered many times, food fine as always. Just some feedback please consider putting drinks in a separate bag like other places. The drinks end up lukewarm and they also cool down the food they are sat on.

When I ordered the double duo deal I wasn't expecting the burgers to be so small and underwhelming. It's like a cheap 20p microwave burger. I don't know what you've done to your fries lately but they're not crispy at all. You're more expensive than McDonalds so the quality and size should be improved, with this order it wasn't.
